We purchased a fridge (my second appliance purchased) from PC Richard & Son, and had an overall excellent experience. Tony C helped me every step of the way, helping me pick out a fridge, recommending warranty coverage, arranging delivery & haul away of the old fridge, and following up with me even on his day off. The delivery and haul away went very smoothly and this all transpired in a few days. Incredible service from start to finish. Excellent prices as well, unbeatable value. Cannot recommend Tony & PC Richard enough. Will continue to purchase appliances from them forever. Also, big shoutout to Joshua from PC Richard, who sold me a dishwasher about a year ago. A similar excellent experience and we love the dishwasher. These folks are the real deal! Bravo gentleman !!!

My sales woman’s name is Angelica. She’s from the Philadelphia store but you can place online orders with her by simply requesting her name or sales number 10228. I purchased a fridge from her 6 months ago and she was absolutely amazing so it was a no-brainer for me to contact her recently to purchase a gas range, dishwasher and microwave. She’s so amazing that I didn’t know she came to work while dealing with a family emergency to place my order. She’s extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable about the products, making sure I had everything I needed and that my delivery and installation would be perfect. I strongly suggest her if you’re looking to buy anything from PC Richards.

Secondly, they seem to always have appliances when other stores may be out. Thirdly, my rep Tony C. is an absolute delight to interact with and always gets back to me so quickly. In a world with a growing sense of poor customer service, it's really nice to know that excellence still remains somewhere. Stopped here to check out a smart tv. They had exactly what I was looking for a Samsung 43" smart TV with crystal ultra high definition. The sales associate was very helpful in helping me choose the best tv for what I was looking for. He wasn't real pushy either which I appreciated. They also deliver and setup your television.

Sean was the sales person who helped me. I met Sean about 3 months ago. When I can to the store,the store was about to close shortly. But Sean greeted me with a nice friendly smile and a warm hello. He didn't hurry, me long but took time to answer all off my questions and to give me additional helpful information. I told Sean when I was ready to purchase my stove and refrigerator I would come see him.. There are other stores, that I could have gone to,, but good customer service means everything to me. I needed a new Dryer ASAP, delivered and take out the old one After I got out of my car one of the employees, Sean, was going back into the building. Since I'm in that store frequently, Sean recognized me and he greeted me in the parking lot. I told Sean I was there for a dryer. I needed a small dryer for a small unit. Sean walked me into the store and within 15- 20 minutes I had exactly what I needed at a great price with a deliver 2 days away. My experience buying a new washer and dryer was phenomenal!! Our associate Gabe made our purchase easy. Gabe was so helpful and knowledgeable which made our decision on what to buy so easy. He let us know at the time of purchase what to expect on delivery day. I received a text the night before delivery on what time to expect our delivery. The day of delivery the driver called to let me know he was 1/2hr away. Even the delivery guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I knew I made the right choice to buy my appliances at this location. My new place to buy anything is PC Richards. What a great team.

Found me a model to my suiting with a discounted price and double checked to me sure it was at the store before I purchased it. Emailed the warehouse ahead of delivery to inform them they’ll have to come to the store first since the warehouse no longer has the item. So no unpleasant surprises. I went to Lowe's & Home Depot 1st, but they were not helpful, lazy, and were out of stock of the Refrigerator that I needed. P.C. The staff knew I'd have trouble getting the fridge through the narrow opening in my kitchen doorway and made sure the delivery people were ready to be extra patient. With some extra effort on their part they got the job done! Terrific service and delivery experience. When our old TV started to die I knew exactly where to go for a great new updated model. We caught a great sale price and again I was able to make a smooth purchase. When it comes time for my next appliance purchase I know just where I'm going! Even though I live in Brooklyn, I somehow got on the line with Ruben in Philadelphia for a desperately needed new AC in my apartment. Ruben hooked me up with all of the necessities for a tough window install on the third floor. Update: August 15, 2018 The two delivery men were amazing. The delivery men, Greg, and the store manager Michael definitely saved this order! I updated my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. Because this order was impressively fixed. Date of Purchase: Saturday - August 11, 2018 My family and I were assisted by Joshua R. with our appliance order. At FIRST, he seemed okay. After spending some time with us and finding out the dimensions we needed, we made a big purchase of $2k for a refrigerator and a gas range stove because I am gifting the appliances to my parents to help renovate the house. I told Joshua PLENTY of times through the whole time we made the order that I needed the last delivery time frame available. Because of that my delivery date was pushed 4 days out from the date of purchase. Not a problem as long as it was the time I needed. Explain to me why I received a call the day before stating that I’m literally the second delivery on the list??? If I spend that much on two appliances, I have a serious 9-5 career. I definitely called back and lashed out at the girl who answered the phone and then Joshua when she got scared and handed me to my sales rep. All he did was talk his nonsense and try to defend himself. I hung up on him and stated that I’ll be right at that store after work to give them all a piece of my mind. I did not care to speak to anyone but the manager. I am sorry but I forgot his name in the midst of all the upset but he was young and literally the most understanding worker in that store. He was confused why Joshua would even try to request the 3-4PM last delivery because their drivers end at 5PM also. I told him that Joshua did not mention that. I would have clearly went somewhere else if I was told that because the time change is not an option. All Joshua was trying to do was make a sale. He doesn’t care about the customer or their needs. The manager stated that he would have a serious talk with him. He went in to some trouble to change my delivery time to one I wanted without any problems or attitude. Clearly the only option for me was that or I want my refund. I did not NEED this order. This was a gift and I could have clearly went to Best Buy like I usually do for all of my products. The manager definitely saved this order. I even told Joshua that I had planned to come back in a few months to work on the washer and dryer next. But guess what? After the customer service I experienced, I am never going back there again. I refuse to have to go through the manager for all their mistakes. My friends and coworkers will hear about this too. I was at work when I yelled at them over the phone so people already are aware of this store and their employees. My delivery date is now tomorrow at 3PM. If that fails as well I will update this review. Then I am giving the main number a call to file a complaint. Clearly employees need to be better trained and be honest to their customers. Joshua KNEW I was heading to Best Buy regardless and wanted to make the sale. By doing that, he chose to not tell me of the REAL delivery time frames and lie his way through stating that my request was possible. His poor performance will be noted.

Second one came dented and was also left in my living room, and now I am thinking are they messing with me. I asked the driver to take it away he said no. Their prices are generally decent, but the way they still use salesmen, as if this were 1954 and appliances we're used cars, and you have to bargain them down, it's pretty lame. But if you know what you're looking for, they'll do it, and they can be sort of helpful sometimes. Selection is usually decent too.

Gregory, the manager, was AWESOME even after one of his reps was less than stellar. He apologized for the lack of professionalism of the other employee and made it up to us by knocking off $100 from the price f a dryer. He also provided helpful information regarding delivery and other savings and discounts. I went to this store last night and wanted to share my great experience. I came for a microwave as a spur of the moment decision. Sales Rep Christian (9338) went over and above to help us. We got the microwave in about 10 minutes and while waiting I was looking at the stoves, as we need one as well. Yet again, Christian helped me and my very limited knowledge of stoves and he was honest, funny and I 100% trusted him, to the point that I also ended up buying the stove! Christian really made me feel like a friend instead of a client.

I can't say thank you enough to Ruben. I bought a 75" tv and noticed the same day it had some sort of back light bleed on one spot. I called PC Richard's so many times over two days speaking to 20 different people and they were trying to get a technician to fix my brand new tv when I deserved an exchange. Ruben was the very last person I spoke to with a feeling of defeat and he was able to get my exchange approved and ready for delivery the next day. I could cry at how simple he made it for me.
