Absolutely amazing service!! When they installed our oven, the fan was making a weird noise so they sent maintenance out the following week to fix it. Our sales person Weston, called us to see how everthing went and also noticed they installed the wrong model dishwasher. He offered to refund us the difference or have them come out and install the one we wanted. The customer service is above and beyond! We love our new appliances!

Dean, the sales associate was great to work with. He helped me choose all my appliances based on my needs and budget. He gave me suggestions on items that were helpful that I did not know about. Our refrigerator was having some issues. The previous owners of our house had purchased the refrigerator at Martin’s. We inherited the service promised on all their purchased items. We called and Brock was extremely helpful providing costs and diagnosis of potential issues. Within 24 hrs Dylan was at our house to service. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He was efficient and will highly recommend Martins because of their professionalism and commitment to service. Next time I need an appliance, I know where I’m going!

Martin’s Appliance in Ephrata walks the walk in terms of price, professionalism and service. I purchased a new dishwasher from Martin’s Appliance as ours had stopped functioning. Dale was very helpful and professional. He listened and asked a lot of good questions in helping us find the right dishwasher, both in needed functioning and cost (we bought one on sale at a good price). I received two calls both confirming delivery date and time. After these calls, I had to change the time of delivery due to a conflict. Martin’s was able to switch times that day at late notice. Dan and Eric called prior to coming out to our place and delivered, and installed the dishwasher. They are both very professional in demeanor and in action. They made sure to protect my kitchen floor and entry ways in removing the old dishwasher and bringing in the new one. There was an issue with the circuit breaker. Both Dan and Eric are very safety conscious and did not rush the job, but took their time to make sure that there were no problems. The dishwasher was expertly installed and there was no mess for us to clean up. If we need any appliances in the future, I won’t be heading to Home Depot or Lowe’s in search of the best price. I will be heading back to Martin’s Appliance in Ephrata.

My experience spans more than 10 years - at my former home, over the years since 2009, I purchased a refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer and microwave - now, at my new home I experienced a refrigerator emergency where the high-end Frigidaire refrigerator purchased in 2020 that I inherited COMPLETELY failed and I had no choice but to replace it. I called Martin Appliances Monday evening, spent an hour on the phone with Dave Sensenig talking and looking at potential options on my tablet, chose a contender and ordered it Tuesday morning. It arrived early Friday morning and I am no longer living out of a cooler and I'm officially back in the Martin Appliances fold here at my new home. I know, without hesitation, who to call for good and trusted advice, fair pricing and expedient/professional delivery. After working through this issue over 2 weeks I got my "happy ending" and can move on to the next thing.

MArtin's has been our go to for appliances for many years. Bought new refrigerator in June and I was pleased with Dave our salesperson as well as Alec and Eric Z who installed exactly to our specifications ( needed door reversed). They brought in mats to prevent carpet from getting wet as we had already defrosted the fridge the evening before and there were drips. Liked the experience so well that we just purchased new washer and dryer as well a new electric range from Derrick. He was great and showed me what I asked for and discussed the pro's and con's of each item. I was in a dire situation as washer stopped functioning and new one will be here in less than 10 days. Who knows, dishwasher and chest freezer may be next.

A Great Company-Martin Appliance From start to finish we had a pleasant experience. Mark O. came to our home to introduce the Mini-Split system. He took measurements and gave recommendations. We made the decision to install the Fujitsu Mini-Split system. The installation was scheduled for June 6,7, & 8. Travis was the main installer with Shaun as his helper the first day doing the electrical hookup and Eldon and Jeremiah helping the second day. Thanks to Travis and Eldon for their expertise in running the line sets thru walls and a craw space. The third day Travis finished the job. All the installers were very respectful and careful in and around our home. Travis put his shoe protectors on every time he entered the house. They cleaned up all the dirt they made while drilling through the walls and such. A great team and the job was completed before the heat wave hit. We are enjoying our cool house. Highly Recommended!

Martin's gave us 5 Star treatment once again We needed a new washer, dryer and stove. Based on such good experience with the water department sales, installation & service we stopped in. Meet Dave whom was patient and very customer focused on what would work for us. 5 stars in the showroom by Dave. Installation of the washer and dryer(stove on backorder) by Bradon & Austin once was 5 star treatment. They explained what the process of removal and installation would look like. They were extremely careful of our home when removing and installing the new W/D. They took their time to inspect the dryer venting, cleaning and and making a modification for our safety and efficiency. Demonstrating the use of the machines was also thorough. Polite and professional all the way around. This business makes sure you know you are important to them ! Stop in to Martin's, you won't be disappointed.

Built a new home with high end appliances. We chose Martins based on previous experiences. We had a couple of issues that were promptly addressed by the manager Kyle. Dylan the service tech is the consummate professional. My wife and I were not very pleased with the level of communication by the sales person. The technicians Karl and Seth did a terrific job navigating our narrow entry and even called technical support and did an onsite fix of the oven so we wouldn't have to wait for a support tech to come out. I worked with James in the Cleona location who was always helpful and full of pertinent information. They had the model of refrigerator and dishwasher I wanted in stock as compared to anyone else in the area. I was hesitant with the delivery charges and with the extra charge for installing the dishwasher. The "other" guys offered FREE delivery but didn't have what I wanted or could say when they could get them. But after watching their two different sets of technicians perform their duties with exceptional focus on detail I believe the delivery and installation charges was money very well spent as I have complete confidence the units are installed properly. And they look great!

Our refrigerator broke. It certainly was a chaotic morning. My husband ran out to purchase some coolers and ice while I called many appliance companies. It was difficult finding a white refrigerator, French doors, bottom freezer and the size needed. Companies were either behind or placing an order could take 3 months or more. One company shared with me a person placed an order and it's coming up to a year. What??? A Very Stressful morning. My last call was Martin Appliance, Myerstown, PA. I spoke with Titus and my husband and I can't thank him enough. Our stress level went from extremely high to none. The service was amazing from the moment talking with Titus on the phone, arriving at the store to see the model, settle the purchase and the quick delivery. It was easy and everything ran so smooth. Our ancient Miele dishwasher had a catastrophic event. Dylan Baxter was sent by Miele & Martin's. He diagnosed the problem very carefully and took a great deal of time to ensure that his diagnosis was correct. He was masked, had booties on and laid down a hard plastic mat to protect my floors which he covered with a large absorbent pad. He then told us how expensive the repair parts/labor would be. It was a significant amount but much less than replacing the dishwasher. We agreed to replace the parts. He left us his email and told us the parts would be ordered by the end of the day. Unfortunately, some of the parts had to come from Germany so there was a longer wait. I emailed Dylan to see how long it would take for the parts to be delivered and if we could move our appointment up. He replied that evening and regretfully told me that we couldn't move the appointment up but that the parts were en route. He arrived on time and was again masked and wearing booties and put down the protective pads. The repair took a really long time and I watched most of it out of curiosity. He took his time and was very careful to drain and clean everything he handled. He was also very pleasant to talk to and didn't seem to mind chatting with me which I appreciated. The washer is as good as new and actually cleans better than it had for a little while, no doubt because the parts were breaking down. I am very pleased with the service and response from Dylan and would recommend him highly.

My Refrigerator died Wednesday night. Thursday I was at the Brownstown Martin’s Appliance showroom. Derrick helped me make the best choice to replace my French door refrigerator. This company has very honest employees from sales to delivery to service. Since I had a non-working refrigerator, I was put on an emergency list. Derrick worked with inventory and delivery to make sure I was scheduled for delivery the next day! Friday, my new refrigerator was delivered by 2 polite and efficient guys...Conrad & Eric. My wife and I have used Martin Appliance's service department in the past and have been happy with their service on small jobs. But last week technician Dylan Baxter did truly exceptional work for us on a larger scale. As part of checking our dryer after a smoldering, near-lint fire, he determined that we needed a completely new venting system. We own a very old (230+ years) stone house and duct work of any kind is difficult. The dryer vents into an impossibly small, dirty crawl space before eventually exiting through a basement window. Dylan spend over 5 hours in our basement and that crawlspace removing the ancient ducting, and replacing it with modern ducts that are safer and more efficient. He was professional, and thorough, and very respectful of our house. After all of his hard work we now have a modern, safe, system and we cannot speak highly enough of his work, as well as the professionalism of the Martin organization.

Martin Appliance has been servicing our water system for the past 10 years. We recently moved and inherited another of their water systems with the purchase. They were quick to update our records to include the new address and water system at our new home. We decided to purchase a new washer and dryer for the new home and the delivery and install was done very professionally. We have also required service on the Kitchenaid range and refrigerator that came with the house and they went above and beyond to ensure that we received the coverage necessary to get our 13 month old appliances repaired under warranty. Martin Appliance is a great company with wonderful customer service and I would highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a Microwave Oven from Dean, who was so helpful and very friendly. Paul came today to install and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, cleaned up after, and was very pleasant. We have purchased all our kitchen appliances and a cabinet with an electric fire place insert, and can only tell you that I would never shop any where else. Martin Appliance has been great to work with. Their staff is very professional, courteous and nice. They told us what they would do and when, and were true to their word. They provided the water treatment system that we ultimately bought on a 90 day free trial to start. Their pricing was not lowest, but they seemed to provide a very competent analysis and solution for our water problems. (This is our third system in 13 years). My husband and I are both educated in chemistry, and Kelly, the sales rep, answered our many questions well. So far the system has been working very well. It seems to have cured our persistent iron problem with no problems. In addition, Kelly was able to provide a eraser-type tool (not like Mr. Clean Magic Eraser -- we had tried that to no avail) to remove the iron staining inside our toilets. It was great -- nothing else that we had used did as well! I would highly recommend working with them if you need water treatment.

I just purchased an electric stove on Tuesday evening and it was delivered on Friday, 3 days later. The delivery gentlemen were David and Caleb. They removed my old stove and gave me time to clean up the floor and area before they brought in the new one. They both were so polite and as careful as they could be doing their job up & down the stairs ( I live on the 2nd floor). They showed me the features on the new stove and were just the best and kindest employees of Martins. Also my salesman on the purchase was EJ Shenk who was also very knowledgeable, polite and a very kind gentleman. I have a stacked washer/dryer that needed to be moved to have a new drain pan installed underneath. I called one company because they were close by. If the appliance didn't need servicing, they were not interested. Called Martin Appliance and they readily arranged to come out to move the stacked unit. Vincent and Alec were very professional. They came within the appointed time and took great pains to carefully move the washer and dryer. They then returned after the drain pan was installed and moved the unit back into position. Before leaving they checked to make sure that everything was operating properly. They answered all my questions. Alec and Vincent were very courteous and friendly and did an excellent job. If I need a new appliance or repair work to be done I will definitely call Martin Appliance again.

I went into the Brownstown store looking for a new gas range. Pete was so helpful and patient on letting me decide. They had a lot great ranges to choose from . I found one that you couldn’t pass on the price . Joe & Devon did an excellent job on getting installed . Even though their was a slight issue with the one burner with adjustment. They scheduled a technician to come right out to fixed the problem which one took 5 minutes. I’m so happy & please with Martins over all experience. That’s why I continue to go back !!

One of the things I love about buying from Martin's is these guys can actually FIX IT if something breaks rather than just telling me to buy a new unit. Brandon & Jeremiah installed our dishwasher on June 12 and did a FANTASTIC job--despite "Murphy" (Murphy's Law) trying everything to prevent their success. I forgot we replaced the vinyl floor with ceramic tile AFTER the 17 year dishwasher was installed. The new floor was now an inch higher. PLUS a new counter top was on top. (Try to remove a dishwasher with virtually NO top clearance and a new 1 inch "lip" on the floor.) They NEVER lost their cool--courteous and professional every minute of this nightmare install. Got the old one out and new one in (shows the value of training and experience) -- ran a test to make sure everything was right, went over the controls and left like it was no big deal. Just another day in their "office." Thank you Gentlemen !

Recently purchased an existing home with a 10 year old water softener that had be inactive for many years. I called Martin's to come out and give a 2nd opinion after another company gave me an untrustworthy diagnosis with my water tests. (They said it was fine on site and then later told me I needed a new system from the sales guy following up) Martin's Water Specialist Loren Martin came to my home the following week. Loren was extremely respectful coming into my home as it was raining during the time of arrival, and put on shoe slippers to prevent tracking mud. Loren is extremely honest and knowledgeable and showed how the system works and took the water tests in front of me and explained what was happening. After all tests were done I went from the other company saying we need a new system to Martin's informing me I still have at least 5 years left with my current set up. I can gladly say after the honest feedback from Martins I will definitely be using them for when the time comes to replace the system. 10/10 for my experience. Loren was great!

When removing the wall oven which no longer turned on they discovered a problem with the wiring which they rewired and the oven was good. I love my new Bosch dishwasher. Jonathan worked with us to choose one that meets our needs and with a reasonable price tag. Did NOT want one with those new-fangled individual silverware slots. We wanted one that heats the water to the proper temperature, since our water heater is on the opposite side of the house. And we wanted one with a "Delicate" cycle for fine china. (For some reason, the manufacturers do not call it "China" cycle any more) He did not push for us to buy a higher priced one with bells and whistles. Great to work with. Have bought MANY appliances from refrigerators to washing machines to hit water heaters etc from them over the years. They are TRUE PROFESSIONALS & actually stand by their work/items sold!! Had one problem a few hrs ago where the washing machine that I bought n had installed, somehow hadn't been put in correctly. My hardwood floor was too damaged for quick fix, drywall needed replaced, etc. These guys not only repaired the washer, but COMPLETELY put in new hardwood & drywall & painted....it looked like the damage never occurred!! Try to get THAT service from a box store like Lowes or Home Depot. WON'T HAPPEN!!! Some prices on items MAY be higher than the aforementioned stores & the like, but you CANNOT N WILL NOT get a better team of people who REALLY KNOW the items they sell and stand by their sales & their work!!! I WILL NOT go anywhere else for appliances AND new beds! (and NO...I was NOT paid for this review & am not related to anyone at Martin's). You will not be sorry buying from them!!

on Wednesday my refrigerator seemed too warm, I had already decided that if I needed to repair it again, I would just replace it. After researching what Id want to replace it with and making my decision, Martin appliance had closed for the day. I had a family funeral Thursday, But Harry in sales said he'd do everything possible to get me a new refrigerator when I called him at 8:00 Thursday morning. At 9:00 I was leaving for the funeral an Harry was texting me to see if he could deliver it at 11:30 or 12:00. I didn't know what to do. I decided to leave a key in my lockbox, and said I'd stop after the church and pay. DYLAN & CALEB(the delivery crew) arrived about 11:00, moved furniture, emptied the refrigerator and freezer, found the correct pipe(in the basement even through all the spider webs) for the ice maker. and installed everything AND...when all done put all the food back into the refrigerator and freezer, and moved the furniture back into place. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! MARTIN APPLIANCE, PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE, because no matter how well you are paying these guys, IT'S NOT Enough! Thanks guys

In May of this year I purchased a window AC unit from Martin's in Ephrata and when I went to use it for the first time this past week 6/24/19, the AC was not pushing out cold air. I called the Service department and on Thursday a gentlemen named Rick came to work on my AC. He informed me my AC unit was not repairable as it had no motor in it! He told me as he was leaving that someone will be in contact with me from the Ephrata store. About an hour later I get a call from Rick and since I didn't have the capability to take the old AC unit out and go the to the store to get a new one. Rick went to the Ephrata Store picked up the new AC and came back to my house after 5pm mind you and helped me take out the old one and put in the new one. Before he left he even made sure the new one worked and it does! So a big shout to Rick from the Service/Parts department and I would highly recommend Martin's Appliance to anyone. I will be sure to request Rick again if I ever need any assistance with any of my appliances he was just fantastic!!
