Sundberg is AWESOME!! Not only did they have the refrigerator part I needed in stock, it was cheaper than any other place in town or online. Their customer service went above and beyond and gave me some troubleshooting suggestions before I spent money on a replacement part to make sure the replacement part was needed. If I ever need any additional parts in the future, Sundberg will be my first and only stop!

Bought some parts for a dryer here a few years ago, they were very helpful, had inventory and fair prices that were close to online appliance store. This year I went to get a new evaporator fan for my refrigerator only to find out that their prices were triple what I got at the online appliance store. Same store as before and they sell OEM GE Parts. Don't understand the difference unless their rent tripled since they moved locations.

I call them for a part. They get me the part. I pay for the part. Kinda hard to mess this up. Costumer service varies on how dumb you are and how much time they want you to waste.
