Alex is the technician who came to my house for dishwasher repair. He is fantastic and professional! He ran through all the tests after he completed the job. His work is excellent, and he is kind enough to explain things to me. Besides that, he helped me resolve my concern about the recently purchased microwave. He found the problem immediately and opened a ticket to get it repaired. With him taking care of all my appliances, what else can I ask for more :)

Great experience overall. The scheduling and coordination was streamlined/effortless. Kudos to the staff for a great process and tons of transparency built into every step. The day of the repair went very smoothly, Derek was super professional and friendly. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our ice maker and other aspects of the fridge. He was thorough in everything he did, going above and beyond to make sure his job was done well and that our fridge was working well. We won't hesitate to work with you all again in the future, keep up the great level of service!

Highly recommend! I made the call yesterday because our fridge stopped cooling and their tech was out this morning. He knew the fridge extremely well, had the part on hand to get our fridge repaired and had it cooling again in under an hour.

I was able to get a next day appointment online. Communication was superb for this process.
Mike was very professional and engaging. He let me know after a quick diagnosis that the transmission repair would not be worth the money as the cost would be greater than just replacing the washer itself. He then spent time having a conversation with me on pros and cons of different styles and options, recommendations for a replacement with good longevity, and answering my questions regarding options for what would work for my laundry room space and meet my needs best. We discussed the value of different types of warrantees. When asked, he also took the time to talk with me about the other appliances in my home and what to watch out for as common issues for each type/model as well as the signs for when to repair vs replace them. A pleasant experience all around even though I will need to get a new washer now. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again when needed.

We deeply appreciate you and the company's respect of our time and the up to date communication with regards to your arrival time. I have always had excellent experiences with your entire team each time I've needed appliances serviced! I only have one recommendation for the office staff. There needs to be better communication relayed from the office to the field servicing technicians. For example, a video was uploaded via text message at the request of the office staff that showed the issue at hand. If this would have been shown to the repair technician, he would've been able to arrive to the service appointment with the part needed. Instead, he had to temporarily repair it, order the part and then make another trip out to repair item. Thank you!

We were on a urgent search for a noise coming from our refrigerator that we knew needed attention immediately. After multiple calls to many businesses in our area we finally reached Nebraska Home Appliance who excelled beyond all the others.
We scheduled a service call to come to our home and we knew immediately we were in professional and confident hands. The gal I scheduled our appointment with was able to answer all our concerns and even narrowing down to what the problem most likely was. This allowed us to justify paying for the service call (which was applied towards the cost of the repair if we decided to repair) and a possible price range vs us having to get a new refrigerator. We were scheduled in a very timely manner and given updates of the technicians arrival time all along the way. The technician that came out, represented Nebraska Home Appliance very professionally, from the vehicle to his own clean and professional appearance. His knowledge, polite manners and thorough testing and discussions of the exact problem was an amazing relief to us! We were able to get it fixed and running immediately!
I believe it was because of the initial conversation with the gal we scheduled the appointment with. By providing our make, model and serial number, they came very prepared to not waste anyone's time or cost! I honestly felt like they were family from the very first moment I called them. I Highly recommended calling Nebraska Home Appliance before you just go out and buy a new appliance! Thank you so much!!!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with the services provided by Nebraska Home Appliance!
The process to contact and schedule the service was simple. The follow up by the service coordinators was timely and professional.
And the best was our Technician, Vince. Vince was extremely knowledgeable and educated my wife and I on things we did not know about our Wolf oven. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue and made sure we were comfortable with the recommended repair cost.
Simply put, Vince is a true professional and deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service.

They call when the repair person is on his way. Hunter the person who work on my dishwasher, was very nice and knowledgeable to work on my Thor dishwasher. He order some parts, and when parts is available, they called right away to fix it. So far the dishwasher is working fine. Awesome experience from this company.

I give 5 stars to Nate Smith. He is very friendly and professional.
He thoroughly tested the ice maker on our LG refrigerator & explained
why it wasn't working. He ordered a new icemaker & his estimated
time to when it would arrive was right on target. He was courteous
in replying to my email when I inquired if it arrived. Our appliance
repair man retired so we are happy to find a new company for us.
We will certainly call on them again when the need arises.

Mike thoroughly examined our Bosch dual fuel range, which had an intermittent failure to reach baking temperature in preheat. Some days, the oven worked and we could cook. Other days, we had to postpone any oven projects. During a previous service call from All Appliance Service, the technician didn’t check any of the electronics, but told us our broiler was the problem. A few days later, he called to say the part was not available. I called Bosch directly and they had plenty of parts. Turns out, that company only has two distributors they work with and cannot call Bosch directly. My thought on that is Why do you even service Bosch appliances?
Anyway, Mike checked all the elements for continuity and found them all to be working. He did find a problem with the control board and will replace it in a few days when the part comes in. He also gave us some good pointers that might keep the problem from recurring.
Furthermore, the scheduling of the appointment and the notices about the timing of the service call were better than any service we’ve ever had from any company. We really felt well taken care of.
