Expensive parts! I just checked their website to maybe get a part today rather than wait one day for amazon, and found the prices crazy inflated. I see the same part on Amazon for 17% of what Dey listed. There was one place even cheaper at 11% (with shpg) of the Dey price but it would take a week. I need to fix my oven asap so I'll go with amazon. I'm sure they're nice people and the website is very good so I give 3 stars.

Meghan is great! Never pulled the wrong part. However, last guy Matt made me wait a week for the WRONG part even with correct model number. Disappointed for the customer who is waiting for there appliance to work. Please get that guy out of there. We need more people like Meghan , PLEASE!!

I was a little hesitant about spending $60 on a washer drain pump. Part came with wiring, which I wasn't really wanting, so had to rewire the part into washing machine. Had already spent 2 days trying to get washer to work. Spent about half hour installing new drain pump part and rewiring it in washer and it works awesome. So happy. I can now wash my clothes. I looked on You tube and found some information not much on rewiring but I figured it out. I saved my washer and saved having to buy a new washer by fixing this one which isn't that old. Thank you very much.

I have used them twice, about 6 mo apart. Each time, I received superior customer service with the right part either in stock or delivered early. In both cases, the part fixed my problem. In my most recent experience, they went above-and-beyond to make sure I received my washing machine part a day earlier than I should have. They've definitely earned my business!

I went to Dey's two years ago to replace a faulty motor in my AC condenser. I knew practically nothing about AC condensers, but was able to get the old one and the capacitor out and bring it to them to see what I could buy to replace them. Not only did Dey's do a good job in getting me what I needed for a successful DIY repair, but they did a sufficiently good job that I still remember the name of the place and continue to refer them to people two years later.
