ASAP Appliance and Plumbing Service gave my seventy year old bathroom a gorgeous new lease on life at a great price. New tub/surround, pipes, subfloor and vinyl plank floor. Called ASAP to repair leaking water from water filter housing. Cesar came out very quickly and replaced the water filter housing. The bypass from water filter was not sealing properly. It is one that automatically bypasses when there is no filter, it doesn’t take a plug. We have a house water filter and don’t use the refrigerator filter. Extremely polite and made sure to keep our floors clean. Very thoughtful man and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend ASAP.

Superb is the only way to describe these guys. The office staff is polite and very caring. The tech they assigned me - Chris M. is very talented and did tons of work for me. He installed a new hot water heater, new water softener, new RO system in my kitchen and unscrambled the goofing plumbing in my house - all in one day. I called ASAP appliances and plumbing on 10 June for an estimate to install a water softener I had recently just bought. I got an estimate the very next day by Chris. After the estimate, I asked Chris if he was able to install it today. He told me that he was able to but needed to go back the shop to get some supplies. An hour later he came back with another technician Scott to help with the install. Both of them showed professionalism and took great pride on their work. A picture say a thousands word so I’ve attached a photo of their work for all to see. It was a pleasure to have Chris and Scott as both were easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Cesar was the technician assigned to repair my dishwasher. He was very friendly, pleasant, and we had great conversation while he worked to repair my dishwasher. He was absolutely efficient and clean. I hate when repair people come and leave a mess. Cesar did not do this. He even brought a blanket to lay down I front of the dishwasher while he worked. I've been using ASAP for a few years and definitely recommend them! The owner, Sean (spelling?) is also very nice and super knowledgeable. Taylor is also down to earth and very transparent when booking your appointment and following up the day of. Again, couldn't ask for a better plumbing and appliance repair service! I called ASAP on the Friday after Thanksgiving when most places are closed. They came out at 5:30 that evening. Caesar was excellent, clean, and knew his business. I called ASAP and they came out very quickly. My oven wasn’t getting hot. On Tuesday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, which arrived yesterday. UPDATED: After posting a 1 star review less than 24 hours ago due to some problems we were having with ASAP, ASAP has fixed and installed our new bathtub and shower. There was an issue with our drain that came up during the installation, but they were able to quickly resolve them and gave us a large discount due to the delays, for which we are very thankful. The quality of their work is great, and our new bathtub and shower look great. Although we were upset with ASAP, they ended up responding to our complaint quickly and still provided high quality work. Their customer service to address and resolve our problems was great, and I'm very thankful to have stuck with them to finish the job.

Cesar came to our house fixed the stove and he gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. The stove stopped working again the same day and he returned and fixed it again and stayed to make sure it would continue to work. He explained step by step why it wasn't working and why it may appear to stop working and how to get it to start again! I’ve had to call ASAP a couple times in the last month. Once for my dishwasher and again for a customer after my employee got a lil aggressive pulling out their dishwasher to install tile. Asap came out to fix my washer and they really mean ASAP. Shawn was there early and fixed everything in less than 10 minutes. Great guy gave me some tips on how to prevent the issue and a heads up on a different problem on it. Fantastic service definitely recommend.

I researched online and called several companies, but the earliest any of them could come out would have been in the middle of August. I called on July 16th ASAP Appliance and they set up an appointment 3 days later. Cesar was the tech that came out. From 1 to 10, I would give Cesar a "20". Cesar was very curious and passionate in explaining everything to us. Cesar had to order a part for our washer and he stated it would take about a week to get the part. I was notified that the part came in and called to set up an appointment to be installed. I informed my family and friends of the experience I had with ASAP Appliance and recommended them for any repairs. I also told them to ask for Cesar. The company had a wide range of appointment times and days to accommodate different work schedules. They also kept me updated on when Shane had completed prior service and when he was in direct route to my home. If I were to required to provide an area of improvement, the only small thing that I might say is they could provide an approximate drive time between prior call and my house.

Ryan was very good about explaining everything. They have an automatic service to let you know when your appointment is and to confirm and also lets you know when the service man will be on his way. They give you a date with a two hour window. Worked wonderful for us! I would have given five stars but it was a little over a week before they came back to install the new dishwasher part.

My dishwasher would not drain properly. I called ASAP Appliance & Plumbing Services & they came out promptly. Ryan(749343) diagnosed the problem but had to order a part. The part came in and he was ready to replace it within 3 days. Unfortunately I was called out of town & had to postpone. I made an appointment for the day i returned & he replaced the part. Ryan was very efficient & careful to clean up everything and my dishwasher is running fine now. I strongly recommend ASAP Appliance & Plumbing Service and will be using them again if I ever have need again!

Couldn't be more happy with the plumbing service ASAP provides. I called them on a Wednesday night and the woman who made my appointment was very sweet and scheduled me for the next day between 12-2. So right away I was happy I didn't have to wait days. Dave was my plumber he called me at 12:10 and was there by 12:30, definitely the nicest plumber I've ever met. Family owned by Sean and his wife. Sean makes service field calls and will make it right no matter how many trips it may take. When you want to dispose of your old appliances, they will take them from your home. They state that they will pay you for your old appliances, however they took two of mine and never reimbursed me for it, wven though I called several times to inquire about it, Sean was always "busy with another customer."

Cesar and a couple others came out to fix our fridge today. We had a hard time finding someone to come out & help but ASAP made it happen. They showed up almost an hour early. Initially thought they would need to order the part and it would take 2-4 days to get it delivered. But they went above and beyond and found the part in Omaha, Left and came back within 30 minutes, and now I have a working fridge again! A good friend of mine suggested I give these guys a call when my tankless water heater went out, I had, had, someone from another company come out barely look at it and tell me within seconds that's it was an old model they don't know how to service and that I would need a new one. Then my friend gave me ASAP info and I spoke with a super friendly knowledge tech who talked to me longer about the problem then the guy who came to the house! He got someone to come out and remove and install a new water heater the next day! They truly lived up to their name. Chris was super friendly and easy to talk to, worked really hard on it and had my hot water restored in an afternoon. The following Monday I spoke with a super nice lady about my invoice and paying my down payment and she was genuinely interested in how everything was working and made sure that I was satisfied with the service before we even talked about money. I can't speak highly enough of this company and will use them for any issues that arise down the road. I cannot recommend them enough!

The only issue was us forgetting to give them my number so when they tried to contact us to make sure we were home they called my husband at work and he couldn't answer! The work that was done was great I have no problems with that. Although I am a repeat customer and I've never had a problem with this company before. But when I was told on the phone that I would receive $20 off the work that was being done and also the Price of the service call would go towards fixing the problem if I went with a set again. Well when I was billed the service call had its own fee the parts and labor head its own fee and they were added to gether to give me one total. I only received $10 . But I could never say anything bad about the work that the do. I am always happy with it. Was expecting a bill of about 170 at most cause I knew what was wrong. But bill was about 270... not happy but needed it fixed... so will still Recommend them to anyone who need something fixed I will just remind you to check your receipt against what you're told on the phone.

They couldnt come until after 6 PM but here it was Friday of a holiday weekend and Shane and Ryan showed up. Super nice guys and very knowledgable. Spent about an hour and a half working on the fridge. They replaced a part and weren't sure if it would work so only charged us for the trip. They would charge us later if it worked. Got up this morning and everything was working. Can't even thank them enough. So hard to find good service especially living full time in a motorhome. Thanks again for everything.
