The staff has a good knowledge of the appliances we purchase on a regular basis and are helpful with options if items are not in stock. I would highly recommend shopping here. My experience at Metro was such a pleasant one. After shopping at another appliance shop, I was very frustrated with the sales guy. We walked into Metro and William Bobe approached us and was so kind. He even took my kids over to show them they can draw on a refrigerator touch screen while I shopped. Not only was he kind but he was very helpful and never tried to pressure me into anything. I’ll definitely be back.

Good experience. Our refrigerator quit working. Metro had a model we liked and was able to replace our old unit and haul it off the next day. The two installers were super good. Had to take our front door off to get the refrigerator in. They detected a problem with a dirty water inlet line and flushed it for us. Great service. They got a good tip 🙂

I purchased a beautiful fan here, which didn’t work out for me, unfortunately. The installation instructions weren’t very clear, resulting in the unit being wired wrong, blowing the remote receiver. The Metro staff was very helpful in replacing the broken part and taking the time to clarify much of the installation instructions. Unfortunately, I was still unable to get the fan to work. The staff nice enough to take the fan back and provide me with a refund. I highly recommend checking this place out for all your deluxe appliance needs!

The only place in town I found that had knowledge about appliances and willingness to help you. I shopped Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, Hahns and Harry’s Appliances just trying to understand the differences in all the ovens and their features. Either no one was available or there was a sign in the department to sign up for a sales person. One place started showing me items on the internet! I had already been internet shopping! I wanted to see and feel the products and make an informed decision. If you want that you better go to Metro!

Our experience with Metro appliances and more has been very pleasant every time we've gone in there. The people are very knowledgeable, and very willing to help. We recently bought a dishwasher because ours had gone out. I didn't know why stainless steel was better than a regular dishwasher other than it just lasted longer, but the nice salesman told me it was because it was quieter, and boy was he right. This new dishwasher is much quieter and I appreciate it the help. Their prices were really good and their help was great, I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the market for appliances.

Metro Appliance was very helpful all along the way. First they had great customer service over the phone and worked with me to find the best option to replace a built in microwave that broke over Christmas. There were limited options to fit a custom built space and many models were on back order for months but Metro kept looking until they found one in stock that would fit and even had the trim kit needed. Their prices were also far cheaper than other home repair stores. When we went to the store to see the microwave in person and to make the purchase everything was ready and we were in and out in minutes. Everyone was helpful and courteous and we are thrilled to have a microwave again! We have shopped here before and are never disappointed. We will be back!

We were there on Friday June 25, 2021and Dru was very helpful to us as we purchased a Frigidaire Panty style refrigerator. We ordered a new GE Refrigerator but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock and had to be shipped from Dallas. Due to a week long winter storm it was delayed almost a month. Frustrating to spend 2k on an appliance and have to wait that long. Due to this they installed refrigerator free of charge. They also helped move our old refrigerator into our garage. I couldn’t have done that on my own. I really appreciate their customer service. After refrigerator was installed the next day we woke up to a puddle of water. Again super frustrating to have a new appliance and causing this issue. I called Metro and they had an install guy out within a few hours fixed issues and it’s been great. A great company isn’t about everything going perfectly it’s about when there is an issue how they respond. They were great. Also lastly they saved us 600 dollars on price for exact same fridge from a bigger National chain.

I needed a dryer badly. I thought oh no here goes half a day wasted. This place it so good. My salesman was Dallas. I told him what I wanted to spend. He lead me over to just the right one it only took 13 minutes in and out. And delivery is FREE! And they take away your old one hook up the new one. This is really a good place. 12/9/21 Yesterday I bought a refrigerator at Metro. I couldn't believe it. The same great service and still free delivery and pick up old refrigerator. It was great. No wasted time, and the price was really good . I wish I could remember my sales persons name it was a lady and she was very knowledgeable and had me out of there in 15 minute. I'm so impressed.

For those of you who do not know, Hahns and Metro are technically one in the same. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new Samsung washer to a replace a similar unit only 4 years old (not from Metro). It was nice to get a replacement purchased same day with delivery. Sales is always expedient and nice. I wrote this review because of my delivery guy, Eric. He was amazing, ontime, super-friendly and was just as gentle with my new washer as he was with the old one he took. I wanted to make sure he know he's very appreciated. Metro's sales associate, Dru Barrier, was very helpful and patient during my several trips to your store and my trying to make a decision. The delivery and installation went smoothly. I'm doing a custom build and my builder sent me here for appliances and lighting. Aislinn helped me with the appliances. She was awesome, friendly, and very informative! She handed me off to the lighting people and it went downhill from there. They were uninterested in helping me at all. One lady did come by and ask if I had any questions, I did, she answered it vaguely and unhelpfully and walked away. I'm more than happy to purchase my appliances here, but hoping I can work something out with my builder so I don't have to go back in there for lighting. I'm not sure how customer service can be so good in one area and so horrible in another. Some friends of ours are building as well and had the same experience with the lighting people. They warned me. The appliance shopping was so good that I thought maybe they'd just had bad luck. Nope. Sounds like this is a recurring issue. Management needs to do something about this.

We had a refrigerator fan break down on a very early Saturday morning. Anyone who's needed repairs knows it can be tough to get somebody out on the weekend but they were willing and their weekend rates are very reasonable. Our particular part had become a little obscure since there was a manufacturer based error that made them prone to breakdown so we had to have two different visits while they installed a "loaner" to keep the fridge running and located the appropriate model. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable (and generous with our questions!), clearly experienced, and very quick on the job. I cannot recommend their services enough!

We have never been disappointed in the pricing, service or products, yet have never written a review. However, our most recent experience required kudos and accolades to our sales representative Tung Ha! We had a particularly challenging issue with a vent hood. Tung spent time researching options to best meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was very patient in helping me understand our options as well as the pros and cons in order for us to make an informed decision. He was always professional, responsive and so very helpful. Great to work with amazing people like Tung!

Had a Warranty Replacement on a Whirlpool Microwave oven and the representative, Tung Ha, at Metro Appliances quickly expedited the warranty coordination and contact with the manufacturer. It was close to the holidays and he helped overcome my concern with not having a working microwave oven by arranging a "loaner" microwave to use through the holiday get togethers while the warranty review was going through approval at the Manufacturer. He kindly coordinated with the local Sales and Administration staff to secure the replacement and got my family back up and running with no downtime in the process. The whole process and interaction with the staff at Metro Appliances assured me as a customer, they had my families best interest in mind while helping me get through the issue. Many Thanks go out to the staff at Metro Appliances, especially Tung Ha, who was the catalyst in getting it all worked out.

The price on a new Whirlpool front-loading washer (they had the model I wanted in stock) was less than I would have paid at Home Depot, Lowe's, or Best Buy (all $719) by about $60, plus there were no delivery fees and no fee to haul away the old machine. We had our new machine the morning after I ordered it, first thing in the morning, installed and running by 10:00 am. The delivery guys were courteous and nice, and the whole experience makes Metro Appliances & More on W. Reno our go-to appliance company from here on out.

I recently purchased all new appliances for my kitchen from Tim at Metro Appliance. Delivery and installation was set for today, but somehow the Bosch dishwasher I purchased was not in the warehouse. Instead of making me wait for my dishwasher, Metro stepped up and brought me a nicer Bosch dishwasher than I had originally purchased. In addition the delivery and installation guys, Manny and Cole were very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked very hard to make sure all of the appliances were installed correctly, and they took time to explain to me how everything worked. Professional sales staff. We dealt with Dallas on the purchase and the price was very competitive. We received an incorrect gas range initially. When we reported the mistake they returned the following morning with the correct range. Thats customer friendly service considering our residence is 150 miles from their showroom on West Reno in OKC.

I am revising my feedback. I didn't have much luck with Tung, but Aislinn was very good about informing me about when the washer and dryer would arrive. She was very helpful, and always friendly. Cole, and Rob were very professional, and careful with my delivery. I previously went with Hahn's, and they had damaged the appliances, and left me with a gas leak among other issues. I returned the items, and gave Metro a call. Cole, and Rob took their time with the installation, and it was obvious that they took pride in their work which seems to be a rare occurrence these days. Thanks so much for the smooth, and professional delivery. It was much appreciated.

I used to love Metro Appliances, until my brand new dishwasher broke. I first called the builder and told them about it and then someone from Metro called my back right away and tried to tell me that I was using the wrong soap or maybe I needed rinse aid, was told to try a few things and call him back on his cell if that didn't work. I left him a few messages after it didn't work, called Metro Appliances and no one has gotten back to me and called the builder again. It has been 3 weeks and my dishwasher still doesn't work and no one will get back to me. Update: Melissa from Metro Appliances did contact me and got someone out to look at the dishwasher, it has a bad motor and they need to order the part before the work can be completed. Melissa called back the day after the service man came out to make sure it was fixed and said she would check on the part to see if she could expedite it. I have changed my score to a 3 (because it did take 3 weeks of me calling and a bad review to get a call back), but Melissa should get a 5 for reaching out and making things happen, also our sales person Randon deserves a 5, he was very patient while we made decisions and never pushy.

I have used Metro Appliances & More a total of three times in the last 9 years. EVERY single time I have gotten better prices than ALL the big box stores, and ALWAYS free delivery and setup. The big box stores have almost always required an extra charge for delivery (unless they had a specific promotion going on). Metro recently delivered my brand new dryer and included a power cord, and a vent tube, at no additional cost. In 2008 I purchased a refrigerator, and now again in 2017 a new refrigerator. And three days ago a dryer. The two most recent purchases were facilitated by Tung my sales associate - who ensured that the item I was interested in purchasing was physically located in the store, not just listed as "in stock" by the computer inventory system, which was a HUGE plus. My family and I recently relocated back to Oklahoma City and found our home major appliances needing replacement. Tung helped us get our appliances within two days of each order delivered to our home, installed, and set up. Metro rocks! I would recommend them in a heart beat. When it comes time for another purchase, I will go straight to them, no more wasting my time at the big box stores.
