Mark Magbee is the best, started using Harry’s 2ish yrs ago when we started our 1st Renovation project, he doesn’t waste time or money blowing smoke up your a$$. He’s knowledgeable in the kitchen industry, give’s knowledgeable advice on what’s trending, what to look for or stay away from, can stay within a budget and most importantly the information he gives is accurate. Mark went out of his way to get us an appointment with a skilled custom cabinet company (Grant Parcell at Classic Kitchens)after I told him I had gone threw 5 different cabinet company’s who couldn’t produce a quality, functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinet for a small space. Over the years I’ve exploring many appliance stores threw out OKC and the surrounding areas and realized that depending on the day or employee you can get ten different answers & some completely inaccurate. We will continue to using Mark at Harry’s for the multiple home projects. If you want someone who can get you what you want, who knows their job, won’t over charge or won’t waste time call or stop at Harry’s and ask for MARK. On the other hand the bathroom could use a facelift but I’m fine with the lesser priced appliances if that means I have to use a bathroom that feels like I stopped at an older gas station. P.s. my husband nor I know Mark out side of his work and I wasn’t asked to leave a review. I’ve been so satisfied at how easy it’s been to work with this gentleman which got me thinking how important it is to leave reviews for those that take the stress out of decisions that really don’t have to be difficult. Finding quality people these days can be hard but I’m glad someone recommended this small hole in the wall local appliance store. Brooke

As the owner of a small business, we try to support local small businesses when we can. We bought all of our other appliances at Harry’s and today we bought a freezer. My husband called them to see if they had any in stock and happily they had what we wanted. Within a half an hour my husband was there and being helped by Harry’s daughter. She was amazing to work with. Supporting small businesses is what our country is all about and Harry’s is a great example of how a business should be run. It’s so much better dealing with a locally owned family business instead of a big box company. We’re glad we “ have Harry as a friend”! Thanks for your professionalism.

Bought a Napoleon Father's Day weekend and had it delivered the follow Monday. From the store manager going out of his way to explain options on grill and other grills- pro's & con's to the sales woman walking me through my new grill and delivery being early and they made sure everything worked properly. Editing my prior review- Harry’s worked us the most aggressive package deal for our entire Thermador package. Stephanie worked hard/aggressively. They took a LONG time to receive ans our microwave didn’t work initially- but they promptly sent someone out and it was a patch that was hitting some trim and not latching- so problem fixed. I recommend Harry’s. And order them NOW- because it takes 10-16 weeks to receive them….. (not Harry’s fault on that one)….

Super friendly, quick service, knowledgeable staff. Washer had broken the day before, and we were very grateful to find Harry's. Thank you to Stephanie who helped us with finding the best washer and dryer for us. She answered our questions and was really patient with us. Made us feel comfortable with taking our time with making a decision. We were able to pick up our washer and dryer that same day. Great service and a decent selection of appliances. Their sales staff knows the products they sale. Every sales person I've talked to here is knowledgeable about the product they are selling. It's almost a lost art form of making a sale. A true salesman should always know their product. As a customer I will do my own research but I expect the salesperson to at least be able to point out some details of the product. That is the kind of service you get here. Friendly employees who actually know their products. Over a great 0lace to shop for appliances. Their prices are also pretty much the cheapest around. I will definitely be buying my appliance's from here in the future.

5 Stars is an understatement. My Harry's experience blew me out of the water!! A BIG thanks goes out to Marty and Josiah & Antonio!! My 10-yr-old fridge died on Sunday (Mother's Day) and I was able to replace it with the exact Bosch model I wanted -- with installation last night! Other OKC stores were telling me it would be 7-10 days for delivery...🙄 Marty found out I had 3 kids at home and he made refrigerator magic happen!! I placed my order on Monday morning and installation happened the.very.next.day 😄 What amazing folks at Harry's!! From here on out, I'll be purchasing ALL of my appliances from this amazing, local company. Thanks again, y'all!!

July 2020 - I’ve been a customer at Harry’s before he moved to his current location. Harry hasn’t changed a bit. Still friendly and very helpful. We just replaced a refrigerator in October 2019 and a new washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric stove and vent hood in July. Best prices and very friendly staff. All appliances were delivered & installed within 2 days. I highly recommend Harry to anyone, friend or family.

After years of wanting a new refrigerator my husband FINALLY agreed. We shopped all the local stores (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Sears, Metro) and thought we’d check out Harry’s before we finally made a decision. (We like supporting local businesses when we can). I was presently surprised with Harry’s. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Their prices were, surprisingly, very competitive and they had the products in stock so we were able to get it ASAP. My husband was going to pick up the refrigerator but they told us since we lived local they could deliver, and set it up, for free! They delivery guys were amazing! They moved our old refrigerator for us and unpacked the new one. They took the time to remove all the tape and plastic and even swept up after they were done. Before they left they told me about the refrigerator and showed me how it worked. I was amazed! Who knew service like this still existed?! I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new appliance to check them out.

Mark took great care of me, explaining all the options and features of various washers. Why buy from a large box store when these guys are competitive, know their stuff versus just reading the shelf tags and service their brands?! The delivery/install team was above average also! Highly recommend.

Great experience buying a new washer and dryer. We looked at them in store, checked a few other places, and no one had a better deal than Harry's. I was even able to call in my order and pay for it when delivered the next morning. Delivery was even free!

We just purchased a four-piece suite of white, KitchenAid appliances from Harry's a little over a week ago now. We found Harry's prices to be below those of the so called "big box" stores, but just about the same as Harry's local competitors. What set Harry's apart from the competition was the absolutely stellar service we received. (Hey, I WANT personalized service when I'm buying four thousand dollars' worth of durable appliances, and received that service in abundance when I visited Harry's for the first time.) The young man who waited on us was patient, forthcoming, and thorough. We couldn't have asked for better service, and will now recommend Harry's to all our friends and colleagues.

We recently bought a freestanding Kitchenaid refrigerator from Harry's and previously we had purchased a Maytag washer/dryer set (about 9 years ago). The service both times were excellent. The fridge was noted to have a small dent in the left hand door upon delivery and Harry's team ordered a new door and replaced it as part of the installation without any extra charges or extra hassle from us to get it done. After doing a google search for appliance retailers on Memorial day weekend, my wife and I stopped at Harry's looking for new appliances for kitchen remodel; range, dishwasher, built in oven. Very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Went to the "big" appliance retailers and compared prices and brands. After purchasing appliances, that were a step up from what we looked at at Harry's, from a "big" retailer, we decided to go back to Harry's to look again. Harry's was able to put a package together of higher quality appliances for less, using rebates and programs from the manufacturer, then we had spent at the "big" retailer. The whole process was really comfortable and the service was excellent. Will always make Harry's the final stop when shopping for appliances.
