Come here for all your appliance needs! Daryl is just a lovely dude! My ma & I came in to buy a replacement dryer because I broke the dingus that tells it that the door it is shut so it wouldn't come on. When we told Daryl why we were buying a new one, he offered to sell us just a replacement dingus if we could figure out which model we had. We popped home, took some pictures and came back. Daryl not only sold us the replacement door switch but hosted a full, hands on tutorial for how to get the top off the dryer to replace it! Got home, had it replaced in 15 mins, works great now AND it saved us $100+! Heck of a guy, 5 stars, would recommend!

What a blessing it has been to have discovered Daryl's, our fridge broke down causing a weeks worth of stress and spoiled food. We went to another well known used appliance parts place and they sold us a bunk part that did not work and would not give us a refund. Daryl helped us with the correct part that solved the problem and saved us money buying a new fridge. Very rare to find a honest service these days and we are grateful to do business with him. Darryl took the time to literally demonstrate on a washer in the store how to replace a component in my washer at home to save me from having to buy another washer. When the repair proved to be a transmission instead, I called the store after 5p on a Saturday. He not only answered but waited in me to arrive and replaced the transmission while I waited. He was very kind, patient and willing to go the extra mile. It would have been easier and more profitable for him to sell me a washer off the floor, but he did what was best for me instead. So grateful to him for going above and beyond. Happy to recommend Darryl's for anyone looking to repair or replace their appliances.

I bought a washer and dryer from Daryl. His associate was Super Helpful in picking them out. The delivery was Really Fast. There was a small problem with the dryer and I didn't have hoses for the washer Daryl went out of his way to come by and fix the problem @8pm and even went back to store and supplied me with hoses wich wasn't covered under the sale. Came in needing parts for my dryer. Since I wasn't sure exactly what was wrong he gave me what I needed to do a trouble shoot since I had no way to bring the washer in. Lent us the part and told us to bring it back next time we were in the area. When we realized it wasn't going to be a cheap and easy fix he traded our broken one for what ended up to be a better dryer than we had originally and he did it within our budget. He really went above and beyond to keep us from spending money we didn't have on useless parts and for that I will always come back. Hard to find people out there who are more about customer service than making a buck.

I recently purchased a nice washer and dryer set here. I don't live near OKC so I hauled the set home after they carefully loaded for me. The washer didn't work in my newly purchased home. I called Daryl and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone in about 20 minutes. My husband then stopped by the store after hours and Daryl showed him how to remedy the issue so I didn't have to hire a plumber. (Our drain pipe was too low) I've had my set for about a month now. I'm just so happy that I discovered this place. I've saved money by purchasing used. Thank you Daryl and Co for providing such dedication and kindness that is really missing these days almost everywhere we go. I will definitely return and I refer anyone here that is need of appliances.

First time visiting! I feel like we have been sleeping on this place and missing out. Not only does he have appliances but also furniture. It also appears that he also sells appliance parts if you need them. They do accept debit/credit cards with a fee. There is bank down the road if you need it. He also does financing on some items.

Jun 2019 We bought a fridge that we really liked for around $500. A little after 30 days, it wasn't keeping freezer items frozen. Daryl charged us next to nothing to replace a part and pick it up and deliver it to our house. He did this at least three more times when the fridge kept doing the same thing and making a burning smell. He was very apologetic the whole time and eventually loaned us a fridge even though we still had one and did not ask. In the end, he offered us another one to essentially try out, because the first loaner was just a short term solution, and the fridge we ended up with is amazing and very cold. I would not be surprised if he upgraded us because of the hassle. I feel like this place is a well established business because of its great service and the fact that he will stands behind his work. Much better quality product for the price compared to the last fridge I bought nearby from another used appliance place, around Agnew... Feb 2017 The salesman was very friendly. He did not push but he made the deal we could get very clear. We ended up buying a desk chair for a great price. I found appliances for cheaper just a few blocks away, but they are pretty competitive still.

Second to none customer service. My dryer thermostat went out. Daryl not only helped me troubleshoot the issue but helped me out with a replacement part outside of our warranty agreement. He didn't try to sell me repairs or get me to bring the unit in. He just helped me out. I highly recommend doing business with him. The couches I got from him at the same time as my washer and dryer are great as well!

Absolutely great service! I have bought a washer from them about 6 months ago and after this last terrible storm it just started acting weird and running cold water through constantly and the hot wouldn't come through at all. My husband went into store yesterday and explained and they had someone at my house first thing this morning (today)! I couldn't believe the fast and friendly service! All fixed! I had a washing machine that the lid would not lock, so therefore, the machine would not come on. I called Daryl and got his new business location (which is closer to my home) and took my washer in. I asked Daryl if he could look at the washer, call me with an estimate, and then we would make a decision on how to proceed. Within the hour, Daryl called, and got our approval and had the washer fixed in approximately 2 hours. We picked it up on the same afternoon. His staff was very friendly and helpful and Daryl continues to give the kind of service that we have known from him for years.

Our kenmore dryer timer was not correctly working. Today we went to a few different appliance places to see about getting a new dyer because we were told the part was expensive.. (from the original place we got the dryer). We walked into Daryls Appliance expecting to buy a whole new dryer.. instead we got amazing customer service! Daryl showed us how to remove the timer ourselfs and had us bring it back into him. Within 10 mins had the timer fixed!!! He defiantly helped us big time! Saved us a lot of money and hassle! We just popped the new timer in and it’s working again great! Thank you so much! If you are looking for good customer service, this is the place! I called to see if they had a timer switch for my really old dryer. I told the man that I had no clue what I was doing, but I was pretty sure it was my timer switch because the metal around it had scorch marks and on one of the wires connected to it. He had me look at and describe everything to him and walked me through how to unhook, rewire, shortcut bypass, what not to do or mess with, and gave me a very knowledgeable education on my dryer; and we determined I needed a new timer switch. Later that day, my boyfriend brought me another dryer, so I never went and bought anything from him. But when I plugged in the "new" used dryer, it didn't work either. I called him back and he went through it all again for that model. We finally determined that the first dryer blew the breaker in my wall when he had me test the voltage there. Daryl's Appliance went way above and beyond spending at least 1 1/2 hours on the phone with me and didn't even sell me anything. Thanks guys. Y'all are awesome and I appreciate your help and support.

My father spent all of Saturday morning going to all the local "Big Box" appliance stores and no one would help him, he even went to Lock Supply to try and find the washer part we were looking for and they wouldn't help him. Most were just interested in selling him a new washer. Within in 2 seconds of Calling Daryl our search was over! Daryl knew exactly what we needed and was more than helpful! After running into a dead end working on my dryer, I went to this business thinking I know what I needed. Daryl gave me advise and some ideas instead of taking money for a part that did not need to be replaced. after a second visit he gave me a part that could have been the problem, and asked for no payment upfront. he said if that was the issue just bring the money the next day and if not, to bring it back up there so we could try something else. I would recommend this business to anyone. They are honest people with a sense of morality.

I came to his store after being burned online. Very kind and helpful. I told him what was wrong with my current washer machine. He said he can look at it and probably fix it cheaper. His nephew who was very kind, picked it up on Saturday. Got a call on Monday telling me he cleaned out all the hoses and ran some sanitizer through the machine and it ran great. Got my machine back this evening and it runs perfect. He could of sold me a washer machine, he could of put new hoses on and charged me way more than what he did. He did not and I will use his business again and will recommend him to family and friends. Don't buy appliances online! Thank you Daryl and thank you to your nephew as well.

Came here today after searching for WEEKS for a washer and dryer. Marketplace, letgo.... everywhere. He had a HUGE selection and didn’t bother me at all while browsing, just offered any help if I needed it. As soon as I found a set I liked he came and answered all my crazy questions (first time buyer). Not only did he answer my questions, he even gave me advice on keeping the machines I did buy working for years longer with amazing tips and tricks. When I brought my husband back and we were concerned about the condition of the machines, he brought us into his back work-room where he services and tests every machine to make sure they are proper. We paid for them and they were delivered (for a SUPER amazing fee, and he even threw in some extras) THE SAME DAY. Ran 2 loads tonight and everything is working perfect. So glad I read the reviews and came here. If you’re someone like me who has been swindled by people selling junk, take it from me, THIS GUY IS LEGIT. He tests all his stuff, tells you how to keep it running for forever, and commits to being there if something goes wrong. Bought a refrigerator from Daryls and had it delivered. Freezer stopped working within 2 months. When inquired about having it fixed, I was required to bring it back myself. As I do not have a truck or helping hand, I could not bring it there. And they have no service to bring it back Edit: I spoke to Daryl directly and appears there was a misunderstanding between the staff and I. He offered to correct it. Unfortunately I've replaced the appliance already, and he'd give me a discount next time.

Saved me a lot of money on fixing my dryer. I had sears technician come clean my dryer and he didnt do it properly and didnt plug a plug back in fully causing my dryer to not get power. Service is fast,friendly, and honest and not to mention great. The prices are amazing. You just can't find great Service nowadays but you sure can at Daryl's appliances. Even the location is great. The owner of the place goes out of his way to help others like he helped me with my mom's fridge and cool part he wasn't even there to physically see or hear the fridge, done over the phone. Yes that's right over the phone. I called him said my problem then hung up with him then called my mom back told her what he said then her and I hung up she called her landlord told her then my mom calls me back says problem solved. Amazing. I don't feel that five stars is enough for this business they absolutely deserve more. I say 10, I will not shop anywhere else.

I got a gas dryer in March 2017 (this was a second purchase in 3 years I got a washer then) from Darryl's if I had a problem he would be very helpful when I call. I see a lot of reviews about how Item people get not working, But he always MADE IT RIGHT. Think about it you just save 300 to 400 on that item it not perfect but he will help to get it on the right track and stand behind it.

Best used appliance store in Oklahoma. I bought a stainless refrigerator and a washer and dryer set 5 years ago when I bought my house. No reason to claim my warranty on the fridge. He has been a man of his word on the warranty for the washer and dryer. Just simple wear and tear that any big name appliance store wouldn't have fixed, but Daryl fixed it for me both times. The only reason am giving this place a 4 star is tht. The owner knows the value of customers and how to do business bt i was going to give them 2 stars. To make story short. I went in there on a Saturday, a young lady was there. I told her tht I want to buy a refrigerator, washing machine and a dryer, also a recliner if possible. She said, she can’t guarantee for it to be delivered on tht day, may be Monday may be Tuesday. I told her tht if am gonna buy all those 3 machines which cost like $1000 plus change. I need to have a guarantee of what day it can be delivered bt I need them Saturday if possible. She called her boss, the owner of the place. He guaranteed me tht it will be delivered today, if I buy all those 3 machines. The young lady there, thinks I was bossy. No am not bossy. I just cannot spend $1000 in ur shop and yet still she can’t give me a guaranteed deliver date or day. May be she taught I was not going to buy or I don’t know wat her deal was. Bt just don’t judge the book by its cover. I went there strictly for business.

I went to several appliance stores to get a fuse for a KitchenAid dishwasher. I was told either they didn’t sell fuses, order one online from the manufacturer, or this was a factory authorized service replacement only. I called Daryl and he had one in stock, waited after hours for me to arrive, and said “no charge, just come back when you need some else”. He also took the old fuse to the work bench to confirm it was bad. Just a “shout out” for him!
