Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The fault code on my electric dryer indicated a faulty intake thermistor. I called Associated to ask if they had the replacement part. The man on the phone asked me a few questions about the problem and advised me that it may not be the thermistor but could be another component causing the problem. He told to check three other components before ordering any parts. Sure enough, one of the components he told me to check was the cause of the problem. When I went to Associated to pick up the replacement part the man at the counter advised me to check for restricted air flow, which may have cause the part failure in the first place. You can’t find guys like this on the internet!

Great service and knowledge! Based on YouTube service videos, I called asking about a new capacitor for my washing machine. Tom offered to test it for free and it was a-ok. Then he talked some Trouble-shooting with me and possible solutions. Instead of a $149 part, I just needed the $28 one. I’ll be coming here for all my appliance repair needs. Thanks, guys!

I have bought parts from them several times. Today I needed a dryer heating element. The complete replacement part was about $90. I was willing and happy to pay $90 to save the cost of a new dryer. Instead of pushing a $90 part on me, the gentleman helping me showed me that I could replace the coil in the heating element for about $30. He showed me the steps to replace the coil, saving me $60. He could have sold me the part and sent me on my way, but instead he showed me a simple way to save even more money. I will never buy parts online, having a parts store with experienced people is priceless. Thank you guys for your help this morning. Every time I have been there, they have the parts I have needed in stock.

These guys are awesome! I went in and told one of them the part I thought I needed to fix my dryer. I told him the problem and he told me to check my utility outlet in my house. Explained everything and drew out a diagram for me. Low and behold he was right. saved me time and money when he could have just sold me the part. I'll definitely come back here for parts.

This is a great store and just what you’re looking for when it comes to appliance parts. My wash door was broken. I’ve used this establishment twice now. They definitely deserve your business. Honest dudes (who seem like they’ve worked there since the business started in the 1940s) make up the staff and both checked with me to make sure I was on the right track before buying an expensive timer for my washing machine. I consider this going above and beyond in the realm of customer service and will definitely be back for all of my appliance parts needs.

I picked up a thermal fuse that had gone out in our dryer. The location was easy to find. I was the second one to be helped after entering the store with a very short wait. I took in the broken part and asked if they could match it. He said well everything except the brokenness...ha,ha. Went to the back and pulled the part I needed quickly. Then he offered to test my old one... which having a second meter opinion was good. He tested it, said it was blown and asked me if I knew why it had blown. I said I'd read some of the possible reasons. He then told me how I could test it by using the air setting which I thought was good. He was friendly and helpful. The part was more expensive than it would have been if I'd ordered it online but we didn't have to wait to get it and I wouldn't have gotten the nice advise either.

I called 7/27/21 for a Frigidaire Gallery Spark Module by part number. The gentleman pulled the item, put my name on it for pickup, and on arrival the New Unopened box was waiting for me. The new part was explained to me which I highly appreciated. The Customer Service was OUTSTANDING and I RECOMMEND this Store to everyone who has an Appliance.

Great place with an extremely knowledgeable staff. Anyone who's ever gone through the frustration of trying to get parts from a manufacturer or Locke's Supply will appreciate this place. My only gripe is that parts are non-returnable, but it makes sense. I've seen too many tweaker scams where people try to return the busted part to the store claiming its the replacement part they actually purchased.

I really only come here if I'm in need of an urgent part immediately. The only issue I have with the place is that whatever you get is non-returnable. It doesn't matter if the part was defective when it was sold to you. Once you buy it it's yours. It's not all together fair.

I have gone there several times. My friend gave me and old set of washer and dryer that haven't been used in a long time and the dryer broke. I took it apart and found the defective piece, but the guys tested it for me and noticed that piece was good. He not only helped me, but draw a diagram showing me which piece to look for. I went home, got the piece, we tested and found the problem. I fixed the dryer and now it works just fine. Every time I need a part, I will definitely go there or recommend this place!

Was referred to here by another hardware store. Purchased part for my LG dryer. Great service. Brought in heating element from dryer and they were able to test with a voltmeter, found that issue was with a different dryer part. Part I needed was reasonably priced. Will defintely use again if I need parts for my washer or dryer

Cheapest place to find good unused parts in okc. A part that costs $104.80 plus tax at another place. Costs 39.82 plus tax here. Im serious. Call anywhere (im not gunna say the name but they consider themselves to be the first source) and ask for a heating element for dryer model DC 48H7400EW/A2. Hurt my feelings when that lady said 104 dollars after being on hold for 5 minutes. Especially when Im looking at the samsung website and they only want 35 dollars for the part. Called this place and thier price was right on the money. Glad i looked around some more. I could have wasted money today. . .

I have a ten year old Sears Kenmore electric dryer (whirlpool) that wouldn't start. I thought it was either a starter button switch or thermal fuse. "Tom" of Associated Appliance determined it wasn't my starter switch (I brought it in and he checked it out); and most likely my thermal fuse. Not only did he have it in stock at a very fair price, he gave me a quick tutorial of how to replace it. An hour later I had a working dryer! Thank you Tom and Associated Appliance.

We have a dryer that is 36 years old and finally stopped getting hot, I called them and they said bring in the heating element and they would test it. I also checked it and the thermostat and then told them what I found and Tom brought out a new thermostat and said this should fix it, now I don't have to go shopping, thanks Tom.
