For used appliances I feel the prices are a little high. But they do offer a 30 day warranty. Just be sure to spray for roaches before bringing into your home. Very friendly staff.

I had a great experience here - needed a new refrigerator when I bought my home a few years ago and was short on cash from buying my new home! I can happily report that my very inexpensive black side by side fridge/freezer is still going strong, making ice, and dispensing filtered cold water. I think you need to match your expectations to what this place is though. If you are weighing buying a new $2k fridge vs. a $200-$400 used one and expect the same level of warranty, service, and responsiveness, you may be setting yourself up for disappointment. If you're wanting to take a gamble that could save you $1k+ or cost you a couple hundred depending how long your appliance lasts, give this place a shot. As a secondary endorsement, I was referred to Arturo's by a friend that has a bunch of rent houses and has had consistently good luck buying appliances here at a reasonable price that have been similarly reasonably reliable. I think that is a solid endorsement and that one should keep in mind when reviewing some of the negative experiences people have had here. I can't speak to the warranty issues that have been mentioned as I never needed any service though.

This is a place that picks up old washer and dryers and refurbishes them and get them back to running. They sell the appliances with a warranty and will replace it if anything goes wrong. Can't beat the prices and huge selections of all appliances. Have stoves ice boxes and washer and dryers even bed mattresses which I would be sketchy about. But as far as the appliances you can't beat it

Good for a used appliance store. Some prices are ok and some are a little high but it's a good place for what you're willing to pay for what you need. Bought a refrigerator from here last weekend and so far so good.

I mainly sale my appliances to them but all the times ive been there they are very helpful to theyre customers and arturo is always giving something to one of the less fortunate that hang out sometimes just to help them out they go through every appliance they have so that they can guarantee them i would recommend Arturos very highly he is the working man needs to keep his wife happy kind of guy

I bought a freezer from them only to have it not freeze after a few days. They sent somebody over to fix it and it lasted until the last day of there warranty. They sent somebody over again to fix it right away again but that didn't do it so they sent another freezer over and picked up the bad one. The new one seems to be working fine. They told me that if this one does not work they would refund my money. What more can you ask for when buying used appliances. Very nice people and I highly recommend them.
