We just upgraded our garage freezer out of necessity - we have 360 pepper plants in our backyard and we had run out of space to store our crop. Everywhere we looked (lowes, Home Depot, fb marketplace) would have been a smaller freezer for over twice what we paid here. They gave an additional $20 discount (without asking) after we had already agreed to the amount, and then they delivered it to our house 30 minutes after we bought it! What should have been a stressful purchase was made easy and pleasant. Every person we interacted with was delightful and I can’t thank you enough for such excellent customer service. We will be repeat customers!

I actually went with a friend and she had bought something that was defective and the owner worked very hard to make it right and they did! The only thing I don't like is if you spend your $ there IT STAYS THERE, meaning they only offer EXCHANGES and a 30 limited warranty. So be sure it works before you leave the store.

This place is Amazing. They actually work with you. They were willing to work with what cash I had on me even discounted the items I bought I bought a washer and dryer and I asked if they could do delivery and they delivered it within an hour of me purchasing they had a good selection of refrigerators and washer and dryers. It was very affordable prices. I got a washer and dryer brand new. The customer service was great and they really do try to take care of you.

Nice place to get used appliances in decent shape (bear in mind these are used appliances so you may have some issues) luckily they really work with you..Family owned and ran business that delivers great customer service.. Lovely people willing to help, advise or just shoot the breeze. Bought a W/D..wasn't a fan of the washer wirh minor issue and they found and exchanged it with a whirlpool I was happy with free of charge! They work to get and keep your business. Also the delivery guy Anthony is super nice with a great attitude, I made sure to tip him outside of the delivery fee.. Thanks guys!!

We bought a really nice Kenmore dryer for an amazing price a few weeks ago and it's still doing well. They gave us a deal because the handle had been broken, but it was easy to replace. They even plugged it in and tested everything. It appears to be a family business and the man and woman that helped us were super nice, informative, and didn't act like rude or pushy salepeople, like we have encountered at other used appliance stores. The store is bigger than it appears and had a lot of other nice/new looking fridges, stoves, etc. We will definitely come back if we ever need another appliance!

Family owned establishment. Very friendly and accomodating. They stand behind their sales. Since these are mostly used appliances, if a situation arises within the first month, they will do their best to rectify the situation. They are actively looking for the gas dryer that I need and even gave me hoses for a washer that I had but was put in my place by my landlord. Super friendly and inexpensive. Great place.

It a great place to do laundry. The lady who is currently in charge is being working there for 20 + years. If you wash your clothes there you can dry for free. Bathrooms are clean. Change machines have always work when I'm there. Vending machines are available as well, laundry detergent machine, and a seating waiting are with comfortable couches. They also have the service for them to do your laundry and ironing. Love it!

Just purchased a used electric oven/range from here for our rental house. The owners daughter and the owner were very friendly. Enjoyed chatting with the owner. Got the oven/range home, cleaned it, plugged it in, and all the functions appear to work. Would definitely go back if i needed another used appliance.

I bought my refrigerator here and it when I got it home the freezer side wasn't working properly. I called them and explained what was going on and they sent someone to my house to fix so I didn't have to load it back up again. Rhonda is a nice lady and would shop there again in the future.

Bought matching front load washer and dryer from them. 30 day warranty. The washer had a bad sensor and they jumped right on getting it repaired. Very friendly and honest. I’ll be buying my fridge from them also.

Bought a stove hereally after the oven in my old stove quit working. Got a very nice stove for a reasonable price got it home on the Fridau before Veteran Day weekend and the oven didn't work, they we open on Monday, sent their repairman out that evening, the heating element was bad. He got a brand new heating element and was out the next day, put it in and throughly tested it to make sureservations it was working correctly. I recommend making this your first stop when looking for a used appliance.
