We had an excellent experience with Top Line. We live in the neighboring town and a contractor we didn't use mentioned Top Line in passing; we were prepared to go with another equally reputable appliance business up north but thought why not see what Top Line is all about. So glad we did. Malcom was our salesperson and he was amazing. He was energetic, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Malcolm could have sold us dust off the shelves and we would have walked away ecstatic. We were remodeling our kitchen and needed the works. Malcolm put together a few package options to consider and we chose the one that best met our needs and fell within budget. Their pricing for high end appliances is competitive. You do need to follow up with scheduling delivery, but not a big deal for us because we purchased our appliances 3 months out because of lingering post-COVID supply chain issues. The delivery was smooth (arrived on time) and the team was careful not to damage our new oak floors and tiles. They explained what we needed to do before using our appliances. I don't have anything negative to say. It was a great experience all around. Now, I find myself side eyeing our old washer and dryer. Basically, their days are numbered and Top Line will get our business.

I want thank Top Line Appliance Center for going above and beyond . I had to order a new washing machine and dryer for my parents a few weeks ago and needed to get a very specific size for the area and was hoping we would not have to wait several weeks for a replacement. Our experience with Top Line Appliance Center was exceptional. Working with Bea in the Wall location was a delight. She listened to our vision for our renovation project and recommended a premium appliance package that blew away lesser packages I priced myself from online dealers & big box stores. However, what truly makes Top Line Appliance Center exceptional was how they promptly handled our personal economic issue as a result of the pandemic. Unfortunately, we needed to postpone our kitchen renovation. We had already purchased the appliances, Top Line was storing them in their warehouse until we contacted them for delivery once the kitchen was ready for the appliance install phase of our project. I contacted our salesperson to ask if we could cancel our order and refund our money. Bea promptly escalated to her management. After only a few days were informed that Top Line was able to work with the manufacturer to cancel the order and procure a refund. Mr. Strempek contacted me to let me know how the refund process was going to be applied. Long story short, in these very trying times we live in...it was remarkable how this company put people in front of profits and resolved a difficult situation for us with professionalism, understanding and compassion. Rest assured for any future appliance needs, Top Line will be our first and only stop.

After much research and time, Top Line was recommended by a friend. We stopped in and spoke with Marc M. He was a great to work with. His knowledge on the products was endless. From washer/dryer, Range, Dishwasher to Refrigerators. Sizing for space, features relative to use, etc... All I can say is I wish I would have stopped in before having wasted time researching appliances because Marc M. was one who actually knew what he was talking about and would have saved me a bunch of time and removed the confusion. Thus far my experience with him has been great. Very responsive when it comes to emails and questions. Pricing is as competitive as any of the other giant appliance centers and they provide service directly. That is one very important piece to the entire puzzle. It is not a third party service contract who then acts as a gateway to manufacturing, which ends up costing the customer much more time in the end. They have a geographical area service coverage based on a zone model which if you fall into are then covered directly by Top Line technicians. So far our experience with Top Line has been great!

We recently re-did our kitchen. Went to Top Line because we had heard many good things about them. Was not disappointed. Marc Moretti was our salesperson and he was so very good. Got a great price for all of our appliances...all JennAire. Excellent products. We had a few very small issues with our order and Marc stayed on top of it until it was totally and perfectly resolved. Most importantly he is VERY knowledgeable; understood the strengths and weaknesses of each brand and was able to direct me to the best fit for us and our kitchen. A very, very good experience. The Top Line repairman Jeff who repaired our JennAir stove was amazing. Very friendly, efficient, and honest. He did not just start replacing circuit boards and parts but diagnosed a connector problem and repaired it for the cost of a simple plug. We had paid a reasonable service charge to diagnose the problem but were pleasantly surprised by the very low cost of the part. I would highly recommend Top Line and their service repairmen. Top Lines goes above and beyond. They were able to research and find the exact size appliances that would fit into my odd size openings. They advised of upcoming sales and rebates. Delivery day was seamless. Installers arrived and prepped the kitchen and started removing old appliances. Delivery truck came and delivered quickly and in a very careful manner. I bought a Viking stove and microwave in Feb 2020. The installer couldn't fit in the microwave trim kit, so he reused the old one. My husband then tried several weeks later to install the trim kit and realized that the trim kit didn't fit because the trim kit was for a bigger Viking microwave. We have called Top Line several times over the last year and each time we are promised a call back with the correct trim kit. We have yet to receive a call back. The Viking stove and microwave are great!

Top Line sales reps were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking out refrigerators (regular and wine fridge) for a basement reno. They made the process simple and easy and saved me money in the process compared to competitors. In addition, delivery service was superb, taking great care to bring the refrigerators into the basement, so as not to damage the appliances or walls. When removing them from their boxes, the delivery person noticed a dent in the wine fridge door handle and immediately offered to send a replacement refrigerator the next day. Excellent all around

From the ordering process to delivery and setup this was the easiest and best buying experience that I’ve ever dealt with. Adam was great and got us an incredible deal, with delivery being within 3 days. My new Sub-zero refrigerator was not installed correctly. I call Customer Service and was given Accurate Installations, John Vita’s name. He came out and assessed the installation so that I could order replacement parts. He did an excellent job! My refrigerator looks fantastic now. Also, he was very neat and vacuumed after he was done. I couldn’t be more pleased. The difference is like night and day from the way it was originally installed. My only regret is that I didn’t have him install the refrigerator initially. I highly recommend him.

We have been buying our appliances from Top Line for years as a trusted, high end local appliance store. We've had some consistent issues with a relatively new refrigerator. The owner Mike and his salesperson, Bea and especially their lead service member Rich, has done so much to help get the issue resolved. If they cannot figure out how to pinpoint the issue they will work with the customer to make it right. Rich is amazing and knows exactly how and what to troubleshoot to find whatever issue may be going on. He is very honest and will always try to save the customer money. This is one of the primary reasons we will come back to Top Line and recommend them to friends.

We have had a wonderful experience purchasing all of our appliances for our new construction home through TopLine. They have a great showroom (with a helpful kids toy play area) where you can view many different brands and models of appliances. We started working with Marc Moretti in July of 2017- he is extremely knowledgeable and can give you the most up to date, insider specific details to consider when choosing each brand and model of appliance. Marc is extremely customer service oriented, helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Anytime we needed to make a change or had a question he was always available to help us, even if he wasn't working that day, and he has always made sure all of our needs are met and questions are answered. I would highly recommend working with him. Also, TopLine and Accurate just installed our appliances two weeks ago, and our contractors were very impressed by how fast and efficiently everything was installed. We have loved working with TopLine and highly recommend them. When the weather warms, we will be back to buy our grill from them. Update: We had an issue with our brand new microwave oven drawer not closing effectively. When I called TopLine, they immediately contacted the company and set us up with an under warranty service appointment as soon as possible (about two days later). The company came and fixed the microwave in about 30 minutes. Afterwards, TopLine followed up with me to confirm that everything was fixed and we were satisfied with the service. TopLine really has top notch customer service!

Our Contractor gave us a few recommended showrooms when we were looking to purchase a new kitchen suite of appliances for our kitchen remodel. After going to a place closer to us, we didn't like the salesperson, so we decided to drive a little farther to check out Tops in Westfield (recommended by our contractor). We were very impressed with their showroom and the quantity and quality of the brands available on the floor. We worked with Adam, who was very knowledgeable of the brands and the features and benefits of the different models. He was also very patient as we were there for a few hours trying to narrow down our choices. Adam knew the rebates and discounts available (which vary between brands) and this was helpful as we made our decision as well. We are very happy we chose to purchase from Tops and Adam and would highly recommend them.

I purchased a new Jenn Air double oven 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Finally Jenn Air decided to give me a new oven. A few days later they informed me that the oven was on extreme back order for a minimum of 6 weeks! I asked them to service the oven in the meantime but they said that because they were giving me a new oven they couldn’t service the oven that I currently have. I was faced with the prospect of the holidays with no oven when I’d already spent half the summer without an oven. I got in touch with Bea at Top Line and explained my situation. Bea informed me that Jenn Air was switching to a newer version of my oven and they weren’t yet available. She asked me to give her a few days and said she would do her best to find me my same oven as a replacement. Within days Top Line delivered me a new replacement oven. Top Line has more than compensated for Jenn Air’s inability to grasp what customer service is about! The man who installed my oven reminded me that he was the same person who helped me out when my washer and dryer were installed incorrectly (by my builder). I had forgotten about this! It’s goes without saying Top Line is TOPS!!!!!

My sales person Adam was very helpful- knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. He helped me select the right machines for me. He was able to give me an unbeatable price too! He also explained the warranties and rebates. Once the "sales" part was over he was still helpful. He was available for follow up questions soon after purchase. I needed to add an additional review regarding their post purchase support. I purchased a new product that was just put in to production expecting some issues going forward. Rich and his assistant Marco are truly amazing to work with! They have been out each time and have been able to determine the issue, repair or replace it and also teach me more about the maintenance and functionality of my duel fuel stove and oven. In one instance a contract repair individual was sent out and he looked at it and said there was nothing he could do and left. Rich came and talked me through some of the features I had not been using and one of the issues became a non-issue. He has also been patient in sharing his expertise in the products that will keep the unit looking like new!! It is this kind of service post purchase that will have us recommend and return to Topline.

I mentioned we had just put in a new disposal. He walked me through what he believed to be the problem and solution and it worked. Excellent Customer Service - I was in the market for a gas cooktop with a downdraft. My customer service representative was Janine Kietrys , she was very pleasant and professional. She explained the different types of cooktops, the warranty on each, pros and cons and pricing. Everything was clear so that I could make an informed decision. Ok, where do I begin??? Taking on a kitchen renovation can be very overwhelming to day the least. My project was 2 years in the making and in my opinion considered a luxury kitchen between the cost of cabinets and appliances. With that said, calling around for prices and meeting sales associates can be frustrating. I cold called Top Line Appliance Center and was speaking to a gentleman named Tony DaSilva. Tony spent hours with me on the phone and in store, sending me links to the products I was interested in. Tony was as professional as any in store sales representative I was ever around. Spending $20k on appliances is a lot of money and my wife and I needwd to feel comfortable. Tony made us feel like we made the right choice never was there a issue with him. Always available to speak and make changes to the order. Delivery was perfect as was the installation. One a manufacturer issue with my beverage center, and he replaced it in two days with no problems. We are in the process of renovating our outdated kitchen and need a vent for our range hood. Working with Todd we learned a lot about our options. He is courteous, patient and very knowledgable about the products he sells and sees that they met our needs. . The big box stores never offer the kind of service Top Line offers. No hard sell at all and fair prices, too. We felt comfortable working with him and Top Line. We will be returning in the future.

Did a lot of shopping and we found Top Line Appliance Center to not only be competitive with the impersonal big box stores, but considerably more informed about all the product lines. They worked well with our kitchen designer to insure proper layout...but most importantly, once our appliances were installed, on the eve or a holiday, we experienced a problem with our new stove. Although it was close to closing time, they quickly dispatched a Technician who stayed until he was able to insure I would be able to use my stove until the part was sent. It was apparent that he was well trained, and able to think out of the box to make sure my holiday dinner could be prepared. This would not have been the case if I had to deal with a big box store. We received calls from the manager of the Top Line repair department, our sales representative, and even the dispatcher to insure that we were happy and well taken care of. After my experience here last year buying 2 replacement ovens (for my really high end ovens when the electronic control panel died) I will no longer go anywhere else. The prices are as good as, if not better than other places, but the service is cannot be beat, both in the store (Marc helped me this afternoon and he was professional, knowledgeable and forthcoming in his opinion, which I really appreciate) and with installation. I have an older home that has been renovated, but installation of appliances can be tricky and these guys are not only really nice to deal with, they know what they are doing! Won't ever use the big box stores again.

The technician Richie went over and above to help with the issues on our brand new Wolf range that we purchased from Top Line. He stayed at our house for hours on a Friday evening to try and get things working for us. We were having a party the next day and desperately needed the oven to work! Richie was able to do a temporary fix and get the oven in usable order and he put in a rush order for the parts that we need for a permanent fix. It’s now Monday and he just called to check in and give me an update on the new parts. I can’t ask for better repair service, but I do wish that our brand new Wolf range didn’t need to be repaired so shortly after its install and hope it is fully functional again shortly.

Over the years, I have become very reliant on the excellent customer service and support that Top Line offers their customers. During a recent incident with my Miele coffee maker, the excellent service their support technicians provide became abundantly obvious to me. My coffee maker was not pumping water properly in the machine so Rich from Topline came out and spent several hours troubleshooting it to find the root cause of the problem. Rich fixed the machine and I have been drinking my coffee without any problems for several weeks now. It was obvious Rich knew the equipment very well and took great pride in the work he did. This review is in the context of multiple service calls that we've had from Topline on appliances we own that are 6-7 years old. Hands down, TopLine has the best service personnel I have encountered, led by Rich, who is extremely knowledgeable and capable. Several months ago we had a issues with our range (burners not consistently working, problems with the oven heating) and with the electrical system in a separate wall oven. Rich and his co-worker capably fixed both problems and months later I can say with confidence that they have been fixed for good. More recently, we had issues where we had leaking water from the ice maker in our SubZero fridge, and a standalone Subzero ice maker that was hardly making ice. Due to limited flexibility with scheduling on my end, I had a different company come out for the repair (L&J Appliance) and after spending 2-3 hours here, they somewhat uncertainly said that they'd done what they could and hoped our issues were fixed. Unfortunately that was not the case and at that point I decided that I needed to get TopLine out to our house. We were lucky to get Rich out here again, because in a short amount of time he was very definitively able to diagnose multiple problems with both systems. Most importantly, he found the source of the leak in our freezer (which was causing ice to collect at the bottom of the freezer) and installed an impromptu shut-off valve under the fridge for the ice maker system until the parts came in to upgrade our system. And with his repairs to our standalone icemaker, by the following day it was full of ice again. While he was out here Rich took a look to check that our dishwashers were doing fine and showed me some tips for handling hard water buildup, and he also helped me find a solution for a seam in the drum of our dryer that was occasionally snagging clothing. Rich's breadth of expertise, willingness to explain what is happening, and competence at addressing a wide array of issues makes him a real asset to TopLine, and as a result I highly recommend TopLine for appliance servicing.

I cannot say enough about the service that I receive from Top Appliance. The old adage, you get what you pay for cannot be more true. You may be able to save a few bucks up front by going to a big box store but you will pay for it later when you need service. I have had Rich McGinnis from Topline out to my house on numerous occasions and have always been impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He may have just prevented an electrical fire at my home. I called Topline because my Wolf Range was not working after a power failure. Rich figured out that the reason was not my Wolf Range but 3 burnt up relays in my generators transfer switch that was only sending one leg of power to my Range. Upon inspection of my transfer switch I found the beginning of an electrical fire in my panel. We were able to bypass this hazard and call my electrician. I cannot thank Rich and Top Line enough for the great service they have provided me over the last 5 years.

Thanks guys. dealt with top line for over five years and generally had great service but the last year once my ice-maker warranty was close to expiration quality of responses dropped dramatically. they have failed to complete a service request and now uses excuse that the warranty period has expired. also its been two year of promises that they will honor a request to change the door of my perlick beverage center.

my husband and I began our backyard renovation back in May. We put in a patio, fireplace, and bar area with the grill built into the bar. Naturally, we bought the Lynx grill from Topline. We told the Plumber how many BTUs it was, and asked to put in a natural line. For two months, the grill wasn’t getting hotter than 200 degrees. That’s not even hot enough to cook a burger, so we weren’t able to use it all summer! The Plumber kept making different suggestions on why it wasn’t working correctly. We had the gas company give us a bigger meter, Topline sent a Lynx rep to see if something was wrong with the grill, and we even hired another plumber to see why all of these previous people couldn’t figure it out. Then, I decided to call Rich at Topline to see if he could help. Within a day, he was at our house and knew exactly what was wrong! He took the time to run all these tests, called me multiple times to assess the situation and to find out if the problem was resolved, and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have Rick help. We would still be sitting at our house with a grill that didn’t work. Rich, was on the money! Thank you. You are awesome!!
