Nobody finds buying appliances fun, nobody. Until you visit this P.C. Richard & Son! Wow! This location should literally be the only spot you ever consider buying an appliance at. I was looking for a deal on multiple appliances and these guys came through in spades! My sales man Jose was amazing! Not only did he provide superior customer service but he quoted me unbelievable pricing and delivered. The whole experience was seamless top to bottom, I can’t recommend enough. I was so impressed with their willingness to do business and put the customer first I ended up buying a OLED TV too! 10/10 easily the best appliance center in New Jersey.

Wayne PC Richards is our go to store. Wide variety of products & all brands. Sometimes find it difficult to make a choice. The key is to find a good sales rep. Thankfully, we have a GREAT sales rep, Chris Lentz! He always helps us make a good decision & we have come to value his opinion & expertise! Even when something goes amiss, PC Richards stands by their products & ALWAYS makes good! They never abandon their customer! That is the best customer service anyone could ask for! Highly recommend.

I came into the store looking to purchase an air conditioner and met sales associate Dino. Dino was pleasant, very knowledgeable and answered the questions my father, sister, and I had. He made my overall shopping experience easy and I walked out of the store feeling confident about my purchase... and that's what good customer service is all about.

My husband and I stopped in to the Wayne location looking for a last minute gift for our mother in law. We had the base idea of what we needed but Amanda really outdid herself with what she was able to pull off for us. She got our base details and whipped together the perfect grill that we needed for our mothers birthday. We got a brand new Weber with 3 burners and a side burner that fit perfectly in our budget. I recently purchased an LG washing machine from PC Richard. My salesman was Chris Lentz. He was so helpful in making sure I was able to have the washer delivered as soon as possible. He even checked the status of my refrigerator repair while I was there. It was very reassuring to deal with someone like Chris. I felt he was very honest and very knowledgeable about the products the store represents. I've never had a bad experience with any purchase made at PC Richard, and I would never purchase an appliance anywhere else.

Great deal on a very nice TV for Black Friday. There was some confusion about my order - I had to spend about fifteen minutes working with an employee. I bought the TV the night before online for curbside pickup, and when I came in the next night, the employee told us that the TV was not present in the store. We went back and forth for a while, he checked the back a couple of times, and continued to tell us the TV was not present. Eventually, we spoke to the manager, who was able to very quickly resolve the issue - the box was buried in the back, but he was confident from the start they hadn't sold the unit by accident. All in all, we got the TV, we got a great deal, and it was one of the most confusing, difficult, and long days of the year for their employees - not surprising by the end of the day some mistakes were made.

Thankfully, we found Milan and Michael at PC Richard & Son at the Wayne, NJ location and all of the anxiety of not having kitchen appliances for Christmas was alleviated. Clean store, good variety, but salesman wouldn't let us have some alone time and space. Specifically, once approached, we let him now that we are browsing for now, and we'll let him if we need anything. He foĺlowed us to every aisles we went. Which makes a person feel very unconfortable. And feel bad for him as well.

I am satisfied with my experience at PC Richards and the delivery of my new washer/dryer. I took my kids in tow to the store in Wayne, and Maurice was extremely patient with me and my wild kids as we shopped for the new washer/dryer set. He answered all my questions and informed me about available rebates, but also gave me sufficient time and space to shop and inspect the machines on my own. I never felt pressured or followed, like in other stores. But I always knew he was available to answer questions, unlike other stores where the product floor is a ghost town. They offer the right mix of availability but "no pressure" and I appreciate that, because it's a fine line to walk. They had a huge selection of appliances to choose from, which was great. I will definitely go back to that store, and I would definitely seek out Maurice as my salesman again. I was also really happy with the delivery process. The delivery guys came within the allotted time frame, and they were very nice and professional. It was a smooth transition from the old to the new washer/dryer. They even let me clean the floor in between removal and installation, which I appreciated. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience. And my new LG washer and dryer are amazing, so bonus!

Ask for Dino! Lol I brought my 93 year old Mother-In-Law in her wheelchair to shop for a new refrigerator. Dino was extremely patient and accommodating. He had his trusty tape measure, looked up numerous details for us on his phone, knew product pros and cons and availability, had delivery tips. This then inspired Mom to check out stoves (also much needed!) and Dino continued to stay with us, not rush her, etc. On our way out Dino helped me with something we were looking for in the mattress department. I hope we get some purchase decisions made and we will surely ask for Dino!

My husband and I came into PC Richards after our house was flooded by Ida. We had a ton of appliances to replace and were very overwhelmed by the whole process. Juan was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped to talk us through our options and wasn't at all bothered by us changing our minds a thousand times. Jose was my sales consultant and Avery is the mgr. I had an emergency situation as a major appliance broke down. Jose was patient and compassionate with my situation. Jose and Avery were committed to helping me select the best product at the best price. Two days later we had to reconfigure a few things but it was Jose’s day off. Jose did not pass the situation on to a mgr or another consultant. He worked on the situation via phone, email, text, most of the day, basically missing his day off. While I apologized consistently that he was working on his day off, he did not see it that way. Jose said several times that it was important to him that his client is pleased. This style of customer service and client relations is hard to come by these days. Jose is a rockstar exception and excellent in his career! When you shop at the Wayne, NJ location ask for Jose!

Harris introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for, specs, and budget. He then recommended a TV that blew my expectations away, slightly over my budget but met the specifications I really wanted. We scheduled a follow up with my wife and he was great once again. My wife and I worked with Dawn and had a great experience. We order all our kitchen appliances and a sound bar. The attention Dawn gave us and the service to get the appliances was outstanding. In the meantime we arrested another refrigerator and are in the process of specifying a cooktop for a rental unit with odd dimensions when other appliance suppliers say that the size we need is not being made. The Wayne store is out of the way for us, but base in the selection sales and service experiences this is our new go to appliance store.

We are extremely happy with all of our appliances and electronics that we've purchased here. The customer service is amazing. We've always felt comfortable and at peace when making all of our purchases regardless how big or small. Our stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, televisions, tv stand/fireplace, speakers, washer, dryer, home PC and laptops have all been purchase here. We've only had an issue with the home PC which was fixed at no cost within a very reasonable time eventhough it was within days of the warranty expiration date. We had a small issue with our refrigerator ice maker but they came to fix our issue very quickly. Each time I have questions or need some assistance the front desk staff, especially Milagros and store manager Juan are kind, patient, helpful and respectful. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the products, the customer service and know our investments are worth every penny.

He was very thorough and made sure that all my needs were met and he answered all of my questions. The manager Mike was very helpful as well and extremely knowledgeable. Together they made a really great team and and they have a loyal customer for the future! Overall, this was a great experience. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is top notch. No reason to shop elsewhere!

I have been working with Harris and purchasing many products from PC Richard Wayne location. I have been working with Harris probably for as long as he's been there. I have to honestly say I have never had five star service as he continued to give me oh, my friends and my family throughout these years. It's gotten to the point where I call the store first for his schedule. he is there for me unlike any other place I've ever worked with. Courteous knowledgeable I always get the best price the best service and if there is ever an issue with the delivery or an install he has even taken time on his days off and vacation to be sure any issue was resolved in a timely Manor. I have say that being a vice president for a major Financial Corporation end overseeing hundreds of employees and customer service I wish I had one employee like Harris for every 10 employees. I just want to start off by saying Chris Lentz provided excellent customer service to me! This was my first time going to the store, as I recently had just moved here and I was in need of a new TV. Now I hadn’t bought a TV in a while and I wasn’t exactly sure what TV would be a good one to have, so I decided to ask the gentleman who works there if he could help show me which TV would be the best option for me. He was not only very kind in this interaction, but also very very helpful! He was very pleasant to talk to as well, as I told him about my recent move and divorce with my wife, which he was very supportive and understanding about. I was able to swiftly find the TV that was best for me! I then thought I would be done and happily going home with my new TV, but then I realized I could use a new bed! I asked the gentleman if he could show me the way to the beds section in order to check some of them out. My old one was very worn from my ex-wife, who I believed was cheating on me, as we’re not very intimate with each other for it to be so worn. He then was able to help me find a beautiful new bed for my new home! This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with someone at a store before! Chris Lentz helped me find everything I was looking for and more! He also provided very nice conversation as well as the service I needed! Moe is amazing! Went to PC Richard’s in Paramus, NJ and was immediately told right from when we walked in the door that the appliances we wanted were not going to be available to November of 2022 (a year). No one checked the computer etc… to confirm. My husband I am just left, we ended up calling the location in Totowa NJ on a hunch the sales person was wrong in Paramus and happened to got Moe on the phone. He was super helpful and very detailed. We felt comfortable with him helping us with our project and our purchase of appliances. Extremely knowledgeable! So we made an appointment to see him and we spent over $30K on SubZero and Wolf appliances that all will come wayyyyyy earlier than November. So bad experience in Paramus love PC Richard’s overall not sure what exactly happened but Moe saved the day and was extremely patient with two toddler children also there with us while we went over this large order. Unlike most box stores, the customer service in this store is truly untouchable. I had the pleasure of being helped by Juan, whom I am forever grateful to. He took the time to genuinely help me decide between several laptops. I went to several stores prior to shopping at P.C. Richard & Son, and none of the employees were as helpful as Juan. I went to buy a TV at this location and as soon as I entered the electronic location I was greeted by Gabriel T., my Salesman. The TV I wanted was new model and was not on the floor for display yet. Without hesitation, and while I waited, Gabriel T. actually offered to put the TV together for display so I could make sure this is the TV I wanted to purchase. He assembled the TV in no time and even put on a movie on another TV for me to watch as he worked to put it together. Talk about Customer Service! I ended up buying the TV! I have bought seven appliances from PC Richards in WAYNE over the last two years. Sam, the store manager, and his team are the best. They are incredibly knowledgeable and very sensitive to the best interest of their customers. At one point, they even talked me out of spending too much on a product and provided me with a better fit at a more affordable price. Any one can give you a cheap price, but more importantly is how you are treated when things don’t go as planned. Whether I had to reschedule delivery at the last second, or had an installation issue, or exercised my service contract, everything was addressed and resolved immediately and seamlessly. Sam is an outstanding store manager, educator of products and true business person that I strongly suggest contacting at the WAYNE location for anything you need. In addition, on appliances, I strongly suggest their service contract. There are no questions, no issues, no argument between the store and manufacturer. You call and they get it fixed or replaced. No nonsense. You will not be disappointed!!!

I went into the store because I wanted to see their selections of microwave. I knew exactly what I needed, dementions wise. The sales staff was rude and condescending. Like I was bothering them by purchasing a microwave. The salesmen said instillation could be done by my 4 year old. I ordered, paid, and waited for my microwave since there was no physical product in the store. When I call for instillation they have me on hold for over 30 minutes with no answers. Update - after physically going to the store I was able to purchase instillation on the microwave I bought. This time sales associates / managers were accommodating and reasonable. Let's see how installation goes.

Not only is Dawn an awesome sales associate, she also has great customer service skills too. We recently purchased a range hood and refrigerator and both have minor issues but we are not able to get any from the service dept. She has taken the matter into her own hands and helped us get an appointment scheduled for the refrigerator and escalate the range hood issues with the manager as we have had a 1.5 month runaround with the service dept for the hood. I would highly recommend going to see Dawn for any of your purchases in the Wayne store.

Over the last year, a very frustrating year, I dealt with Juan at PC in Wayne / Totowa. He made what would normally be a difficult task AS EASY AS POSSIBLE! I purchased 5 items from Thermador. Juan was not only knowledge, but helpful in picking out models, sizes, and was very involved from start to finish. I felt as though he was designing the kitchen for his own house! I bought a new GE five burner self cleaning stove, couldn’t be happier with the experience and the price, Murat was very knowledgeable about all the products and explained everything so i got the best for the money i wanted to spend. There was no pressure to purchase additional products associated with the stove, the delivery and installation of the new stove was a great, less than 20 minutes to hookup and remove the old stove with no mess. What an amazing experience! Arrived to the store to a large parking lot with plenty of space. Bright and welcoming store with very friendly staff greeting you at the door. Looking for various items, I was quickly whisked away to the appropriate areas. While doing a lot of research before coming, the sales staff were even more knowledgeable. The best part of the experience was dealing with Brian Tapia. Brian walked with the salesperson and myself through the store and made recommendations based on his in depth knowledge and experience. Went above and beyond.....BUT extremely bad experience with installers....They wanted to have the water turned off from the street to install (???) and telling me I had to get a plumber to empty my hot water tank.... then they would come back to install machine. We came into this location to check on a remote start for our car. The salesman who helped us give us exact details on the cost and even looked up our model number to know if there any further charges we got the insulation done. He was pretty good although he seemed a little distracted while he was talking to us. Maybe because we had already informed him we would be buying that day but we were just getting prices. Overall this is a nice store and has been around for a long time so enjoy shopping at an established store. The only noticeable thing is that since they are in commission you can get hovered around a little bit. As being a sales person in my past I know how this feels to customers and I understand it but don't enjoy it much. Variety of electronics in the store is very good though I do have a decent selection the pricing is very good and we will almost definitely come back here to buy our remote start when we have the money. The remote start is something we definitely have to buy as our car doesn't warm up by the time we get to work. So upon getting in our car it's pretty much like having no heat the entire time we're driving. A lesser-known fact about the parking lot to PC Richards is that there is a driveway that connects PC Richards to the Fortunoff outdoor store parking lot that is also the parking lot that has Home Depot buybuy BABY bed Bath and beyond Marshall's and Staples and it! So if you've ever wondered where that tiny road goes that's where it goes.

A few months ago, I had so much difficulty trying to purchase a TV online and over the phone, it’s still COVID, to the point I was on tears. A huge cry baby. But then I called the location in Wayne and got to speak to an individual by the name of Michael S., a manager. Truly an amazing person and character. Even with a mask you can tell her has a huge personality and smile to go along with it. Today we came in to make a payment and see if they had a laptop and printer for me. Just picked up a few things for my new apartment. This goes to show you that you must shop around because I saved $500 on my flat screen and got better service than Best Buy. I feel like best buy is too big for their own good. The Manager at the Wayne store is very nice and although he is busy he will take the time to give you the best advice and he knows his stuff. He was willing to get me a sooner delivery date which I appreciated. I won't shop for electronics anywhere else and now that they have Matresses, that's next.

I'm a sales person myself and I'm typically turned off by sales people becuase of their aggression and sales gimmicks. I was fortunate enough to meet Michael and Nancy who went above and beyond their duty to satisfy all my needs at the right price. They made sure that I was getting the best deal and offered service warranty that was unbeatable compared to their competitors. They also introduced me to the Pure Wash system, which is a system connected to your washer machine where you use only cold water to wash clothes. No detergent or fabric softener needed. Uses no chemicals and clothes come out clean and fresh. The product pays for itself as it will save you money on hot water use and detergent. I was a bit skeptical at first but now am an advocate for the product. I recommend this product to all of my friends and family. I would never consider purchasing any appliances or electronics form anywhere else. I am loyal to those who take care of me and these two definitely took care of my needs and exceeded my expectations.

Never EVER use this place if you need your appliance delivered and installed. We told them we needed our new fridge right away and when we bought on Friday, they never told us they don't deliver on Monday. Then we were never given a time on Tuesday. Then the installation guy claimed we needed a new line for $80 when he finally arrived on Wednesday. Edited: The sales people were really very knowledgeable and kind. Mike B helped us and is still helping us because the unit that was delivered was damaged. I believe they mean well, but whoever they are contracting with for delivery and install is not professional.
