Amazing customer service! We ordered a dishwasher and had it installed. They do all of the installation and delivery in house, no 3rd parties involved. Their plumber was able to make the necessary changes right away for a smooth install.

I purchased all of my General Electric kitchen appliances, including gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator). They even came to my home to measure the space so that the appliances would fit properly. I love having Oberg & Lindquist in Westwood! I plan on purchasing additional home appliances at this store in the near future.

We have been customers of Oberg and Lindquist for over 20 years. We have purchased several major appliances from them and the service, installation, and Tom al have all gone without a hitch. Thy use their own tam and do a professional job. They can even make minor moderations if necessary. Their after installation service is excellent even years later. Pricing I great as well. Twice we have needed to replace appliances in cost on cabinetry and the result was perfect. I can not endorse them any more positively.

My experience with Oberg & Lindquist was excellent. Not only was their pricing very competitive to the big box stores, they provided the individual attention that one would hope to receive when shopping locally. In my situation, I was renovating a small one bedroom condo. I did not have the space to store the old appliances during the construction. Oberg & Lindquist picked everything up at the start of the job and delivered all the new appliances a month later when the project was almost complete. The delivery guys were personable and professional. The whole process was perfect.

The absolute best place to buy your major appliances in the northern New Jersey area. The service is impeccable and incredible. I just had all new appliances delivered and installed in my kitchen. The refrigerator was too tall to fit. My kitchen is 18 years old, and the cabinet manufacturer is no longer in business. But Oberg & Lindquist have a gentleman who is a master cabinetmaker and carpenter. He shortened my cabinet by two inches, and whatever he did is completely invisible! I would never buy appliances from anyone else.

We go to Oberg & Lindquist for all our appliances - refridge and dish washer so far and will be back. They assisted in helping make our refridge fit the space, an issue no one else could help with and held our dish washer till needed during the pandemic then delivered with social distance in mind. We have been in our house for over 25 years and only have bought from here. I spoke with Allyson on a Wednesday and the dryer was delivered Saturday. The gentlemen arrived 5 min before the delivery window. They checked that the dryer would fit in through the door and in the basement. They were clean and quick about their work. They closed all the doors and gates behind them. The transaction was seamless. I ordered the Whirlpool gas dryer WGD5000DW. This dryer is efficient and I recommend the dryer and Oberg and Linquist. They have appliances of most brands and in all price ranges. The sales staff is very knowledgeable about all the appliances and the prices are the lowest of the same model you will see elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They also have really great prices for big brand items. Bought a washer here. Great price, but the washing machine sale's tag for the machine I purchased had misguiding information on it. The standard for measuring washing machine capacity is different in the US. The label had the capacity listed per international standards, which is more generous than the US standards. So everyone thought this one particular washer had a larger capacity by a significant amount than the others on the floor, when in fact, it didn't. Not a huge problem and I didn't really care, just something to watch out for. They were really nice about it when I explained it. Moral of the story is it's always good to research what you are buying.

Oberg and Lindquist is the way to go! I honestly will not use any other place for my appliances anymore. Their installers care about doing a good job. If you need custom work done to make your new products fit, they do it themselves and do not hire a third party person. They usually price their goods at the same prices as Lowes and Home Depot, so there usually isn't any reason not to use them

I don't even bother shopping for appliances any more. I just go to O&L, because I know the price will be competitive and the service unsurpassed. Also, they get the joke when I come in to buy a new dishwasher and complain that I have to because I can't get warranty coverage on the one they sold me 20 hyears ago.

Buying appliances can be confusing and tiring, not to mention very expensive. When I did a complete renovation, I decided that I had to purchase my new kitchen items from Oberg & Lindquist. Thank goodness. When I had a problem with my refrigerator, even though it was a little past the warranty period, O&L were right there to take care of me and solve the problem. Their contracted serviceman knew exactly what the problem was, and he fixed it right then and there... showing me exactly what had happened, and how it would be easily fixed. He also showed me how to change the filters (air and water) and how to rearrange the shelves. Where you buy your appliances is more important than the price you pay; although O&L offers excellent prices on everything. Thank you O&L!

There's are many reasons why I will never buy major appliances from any place other than O & L. Two of those reasons are O & L's Victor and Gabriel, who just finished the meticulous and tricky installations of a new range and a double oven in an existing counter space and upright cabinet, both of which required some careful alterations to make the new products fit properly. For high-price items of high quality, it pays to go to this local supplier whose name has been the trustworthy one for all the 50 years we have lived in the Pascack Valley and whose sales force has always been a pleasure to deal with, specifically and more recently, Jeffrey. The one time we went with a GC's recommendation of a highway store several years ago we were disappointed and aggravated at unnecessary problems and far from the best-quality products.

My husband's Weber grill was over 25 years old and badly needed replacing. We bought his new Weber Genesis grill from Oberg and Lindquist and were completely bowled over by their customer service. From ordering to set-up and pick-up, everyone in the store was incredibly helpful and wanted us to be absolutely happy with our purchase. Unlike the big box stores, it's clear that they've been around for so long because they build relationships and trust with their customers. Wish there were 10 stars to give them!

We just purchased a new grill from Oberg and Lindquist. Besides the fact the grill is unbelievable (Weber Summit), the service was impeccable. They delivered the grill within a day. The office was a pleasure to deal with and the delivery was well within the time frame they quoted. They set the grill up for us, took our old one, and we were good to go. Lastly, the have an "Ask the Expert" feature on their website. We asked a question about the grill and got the correct answer very quickly. I would recommend Oberg for anyone needing any appliances!

The Wyckoff Showroom sports a warm welcoming environment, well appointed & stocked and - - of course it makes you wish you had all the room in the world in one's tiny Kitchen to fit the BIGGEST of every Appliance in it. Regardless of size [that's what 'she' said!] - there're options and modifications that can fit every sized Kitchen within every reasonable Budget. Love the Lindt Chocolate btw!!! Needed a wall unit a/c. The salesperson sent a representative to measure the opening. I had a new a/c the next day. The servicemen did an excellent job caulking the opening and installing molding. In the past we’ve used PC Richards- now I’ll be using O&L!

I was very pleased with the sales persons. They made buying a microwave quick and painless. However, I am quite disappointed because I had to have a GE tech come to my house to fix a BRAND NEW microwave. I discovered an annoying high pitched whistling sound when you turn on the vent. A brand new microwave should not need fixing. When the tech came he didn't even have the part that needing fixing which I was told he knew about. He said he will have to order the part if I want it. He said it was a "normal" sound. At least bring me another new one to at least compare if it is a "normal" sound.
