What I really liked about Elite Restaurant Equipment was how easy it is to find the items you need. For example, I own a sandwich shop and they actually have a category for sandwich restaurants on their website. I was incredibly pleased with how well organized everything is on their site. I was able to find the furniture and miscellaneous items I needed rather quickly. Their price points were also very fair. I did find their shipping to take a bit longer than I would have liked. We used Elite twice so far, once for refrigerator unit and more recently we placed a delivery order for various things we needed (menu covers, check holders and table items). the overall experience was A+ .Unit we purchased 8 months ago is still perfect, had no problems with delivery or service. Every item was priced well below what I’ve priced elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Also, all items were shipped within the quoted time. However, where I did have a minor issue was with the scratching and dents on the refrigerators I purchased. I feel they could have been in better packaging to protect them from damage. Here’s a scenario no restaurant owner wants to face: a broken-down walk-in refrigerator. Our restaurant stores all our meat and sauces in a walk-in fridge. I'm in the process of opening up a new deli and decided to go with Elite based off of the good reviews from my peers in the industry. I was very pleased with how easy their site was to navigate, along with the great selection of refrigeration units and other products I need for my store. I called in to get some information on a few deli cases and I was pleased with how knowledgeable their staff is - I had all of my questions answered. I was concerned about the shipping because I am in southern California and the items are coming from New York, but I was assured that everything would be fine and if damages did occur, the freight was fully insured. The NSF certified unit was in stock and I received an e-mail with my tracking within 24-48 hours as they had promised! The transit took about 5 days which is normal from NY to CA, and I was very nervous as the freight arrived and I inspected my item, but everything came in mint condition! This was my test-purchase with Elite and they have met my expectations. I'll soon be back on their site for the rest of my things!

The product line is good and the delivery went smoothly --do note that if you are a residence, not a business, there is an added charge for delivery. Though to my surprise, because I was not informed of this at the time of purchase, they offered to eat the cost! The stainless steel cabinet I bought is high quality and works great in my kitchen. It accidentally came without the brackets to install the shelf; and once again their representative was all over it --apologizing and rushing to send the missing parts. REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. However, I will concur that the wrap they use to protect their products is a pain in the ass to get off. After puling with tweezers to get it out from all the cracks I have given up and left little wisps in the deep corners. :/

Spoke to a very nice sales representative he told me all the measurements, benefits compared to other cases and ultimately I purchased the case and it was delivered the exact date that I needed.
