Have had such a lovely experience with Designer Appliances. I ordered the majority of our appliances months ago and they have been in and ready, but our kitchen is still a work in progress! Everyone - from Russ with sales to all the logistical team members - have been kind and supportive as we keep setting back our delivery date. I can only image what a nightmare this would have been if I'd gone through a big box company. Cannot recommend Russell and everyone at Designer Appliances highly enough!

Andrew Deehan was immediately helpful and understanding of our personal situation. We had a lightning induced house fire that destroyed our home and we needed help in finding an entire suit of appliances to replace the loss. We placed an order for multiple kitchen appliances as part of a remodeling project. The salesperson we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, generous with her time, available when we needed her, and prompt with the paperwork. The prices were competitive. The products have not been delivered yet (there is a long wait time), so the final report is not in yet. However, at this point the experience has been positive and we do not anticipate any problems.

It's was a pleasure to visit and order my appliances through Designer Appliances. The showroom is well stocked with numerous brands to help you decide and the staff are so genuine and friendly. Eileen especially has been amazing to work with. I'm very indecisive and she provided various options based on my likes. When I'd narrowed it down, she worked with me to ensure it met my budget. I highly recommend visiting and working with them. Honestly, before visiting I thought ...a lovely showroom = higher prices. This is not the case at all. Go here, don't go to the big box stores.

Russell listened to my request, clearly understood my priorities, and was able to find me the perfect appliances in stock, and even offered an additional option that I didn't know was possible for one of the stacking options (W/D). Schedule call came within the next 2 hours and when I wasn't able to answer; they texted to book - hugely convenient. So far, great service. Highly recommend. Pricing for the appliances seems to be right on par/high end with most other places that had this washer/dryer combo, but no other piecemeal charges or fees. Delivery to NYC has a fee, but that was expected.

We have been looking to upgrade our old appliances for quite some time. Shopped around and shopped around so much more. I cannot say enough good things about this place and Jill - who has helped us for the last two years ( yes - I really shopped around for the best prices, etc.. hence waiting two years) We recently bought a Wolf double oven and a Sub-Zero fridge. Seamless every step of the way. Jill has been with us in every aspect of our appliance purchase and kitchen renovation. She is so kind, generous and beyond professional. The showroom has every name appliance you can think of and the prices are exactly on point. It's quite a different experience shopping here. There is no up-sell, no slick sales people, no gimmicks - just straight up friendly people who know their stuff and the prices are the same and some cases better than the big box stores. At least these guys know who you are and will deal with you directly from start to finish.

We recently placed a large appliance order with Tiffany Isaksen at Designer Appliances in Bedminster NJ. Tiffany was great in showing us various options, discussing pros/cons and helping us hone in on high end decisions. We asked several times for additional/new spec sheets to help us further make the right decisions and Tiffany got them to us right away. After we placed our order, the contact didn't stop there. We received regular updates as to where we are in the ordering process, items received, items still waiting for, etc. You don't get that great follow up these days. We were so appreciative of that, especially because we are renovating an old farm house, and we need to coordinate delivery with when the kitchen would be ready. Well, some of our items came in quicker than we anticipated and we are not yet ready for delivery. We were like "uh oh"... But not a problem with Designer Appliances. Tiffany totally understood and they have no problem keeping the items, safely stored until we can receive them. A great choice to hook up with Designer Appliances! Thank you Tiffany!! I was somewhat hesitant to make such a substantial purchase with an online company that has had some marginal reviews posted, but the savings were so substantial along with free shipping and no sales tax, that I decided to take the risk. The customer rep Holly was great and guided the order through their system and kept me well informed. The appliance arrived sooner than they quoted, the delivery guys were great and brought it right into the kitchen and unpacked it for me to inspect before signing for it. There was one dent in the rear of the appliance but it was non-functional and hidden from view once installed and I am talking to GE about it already. It is installed, it works great, and really enhances the look of the kitchen. I would not hesitate to use Designer Appliances again.

As expected based on Far Hills location and expensive showroom. 3. Price was reasonable: pleasant surprise . I only saw 2 values for this model on internet. Designer Appliance offered the same price as a lower of those two values. 4. Delivery was faster then promised . I accidentally knew the installer. Tiffany Isaksen: We write to you to let you know that we appreciate your professionalism in assisting us in purchasing the Cafe GE Wine Refrigerator. The unit met and exceeded our expectations. It was delivered and installed yesterday afternoon. We especially wanted to commend the delivery team. It consisted of three men, the names of whom we are uncertain (although "John Dunkins" is listed as "drivers" on the Delivery Receipt). Much of the floor space is dedicated to luxury lines and models, but they have many "every day" brands on display as well. Andrew D, the sales rep is very helpful, however delivery scheduling is a bit tricky the delivery window wouldn't given until the night before. Installer needs a bit more training... Instead removing the transport bar tabs (which held the bars in place during transport and used to cover the holes after bars removed), the installer forcefully broke the tabs apart and damaged the metal cover.

I really wanted to add a separate review for this but Google would not let me. one of my clients had a dishwasher installed by the company that designer appliances uses. They removed the old one and said they could not hook up the new one because the floor was wet and left. He never told my client that she could not use her sink and she flooded her kitchen due to him not capping the hot water line or the drain after removing the dishwasher drain and water lines. When they came back to install the new dishwasher they ran the drain line wrong (Dishwasher install 101 is the drain line has to be at least 32" high to prevent backflow) he installed it through the bottom of the cabinet and the unit is not draining properly. Nothing is ever easy...
