I bought my LG French Door refrigerator from Appliance Connection and I couldn't be happier. Eddie K. was just the best. I had specific dimensions because my cabinetry was super tight, and Eddie worked with me to get a refrigerator that fit. He sent me different refrigerators through email as we spoke in the phone and didn't rush me or pressure me. Class act and super professional. When the refrigerator was delivered, the guys were also totally professional. It was quick and seamless. I cannot recommend a better company!

I am quite satisfied with the support and service (and pricing) I've found at AC. Having bought both a washer/dryer stack and an induction range, their service is impeccable and I never fail to get a reply from a ticket. There was some issue with the washer leveling after install, and they worked tirelessly to make sure I was satisfied. The new GE range was carefully installed and looks great. There is sometimes a rushed feeling to the installers and I wish they'd stop acting like all deliveries need to be pushed quickly to completion.

My husband and I purchased 2 recliners from Appliances Connection. The process was simple and smooth. The CS person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. My order was estimated to ship sometime in May and much to my surprise they were delivered and installed this past Saturday. I will definitely order from this company again! Love the Pittsburgh Steelers reclining theater seats I purchased. I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery time. I purchased the chairs on March 15 and had them in my Fan Cave on April 7. I could not be happier. They are comfy, easy to take out of the box, : Just connect the 2 pieces and plug it in. AND they look amazing!! The difference between Appliances Connection and other vendors is the price. Appliance Connection is $200-$400 less expansive than the exact same theater recliner. I was positive that the price was too good to be true. But based on reviews, I decided that they were a legitimate store, so I placed my order. I am so happy I did. BTW: I thought they'd make up the difference in shipping charges. I was wrong. Shipping was FREE! I highly recommend these seats and Appliances Connection without reservation.

I purchased washer and dryer combo LG WM3555HVA- what a wonderful machine! It looks so nice, its quiet, perfect for apartment or house, very convenient. I ordered installation of new and removal of old machine. Everything was done perfectly. I am very happy with my order.

The Bosch kitchen hood arrived without requiring signature and upon inspection it appeared the box was previously opened and there was visible damage to the front face and the filters. After contacting Appliances Connection they agreed to provide a partial refund for the damage and provide me with replacement filters. Although I would have preferred an undamaged hood, the accommodation helps offset the damage. The claims manager, Nino, was attentive and helpful in resolving this issue with me. In terms of the hood quality and functionality it seems pretty good though the filters seem quite fragile. For nearly $600 you would think bulbs would be supplied by Bosch as well.

So far I have only experienced the purchasing and ordering part of this transaction. Douglas was so knowledgeable and helpful. So far everything has been made effortless. I will give another review once receiving my product. If the whole deal as easy as the ordering, I will be purchasing more. Follow Up: I received my refrigerator and I am sooo very happy with it! Here is my journey: I ordered my Samsung refrigerator about 2 months ago from Appliances Connection because their price was better, even though they are in a different state. Also, my experience with my local retailer was not a pleasant one and Appliances Connection made my experience easy from their willingness to accomodate. I did have to wait for 2 months for delivery but this was because of all of the delays worldwide. The freight company was not the best to communicate during the 2 months until my fridge was ready to ship. Once the fridge arrrived, I saw that there was a minor dent in the back but nothing that affected the operation. I promptly called Appliances Connection and they opened a claim and made it so easy for the repair. Well, today the repairman came and now it is perfect. Not only did Appliances Connection make it right, they offered me an additional warranty. Wow! This is going above and beyond! Thanks so much to Appliances Connection! I will be shopping with you more in the future! If you are thinking about doing business with this company, don't hesitate!

I received my beautiful retro refrigerator yesterday and I am so happy! Ordering from Appliances Connection was a wonderful experience. Such an amazing selection and love that they offer installation and haul-away for such a reasonable price! I didn’t need it this time but I live in PA so good to know for the future. From the first phone call to Giorgi (Outstanding sale person) to the delivery all went very well. Giorgi was able to give me good advices to choose the best option for a washing machine and dryer. I did not have to wait long for delivery (less than 10 days)which is great. Delivery on time and the delivery team was very professional to install the new appliances and overhaul the old ones.

I was looking for a reasonably priced oven that matches my current kitchen appliances. Googling lead me to Appliances Connection's website. I found the oven that I was looking for and placed an order. I read that it could take up to 10 days to deliver. I was not in a rush so that was fine by me. To my delight, the order was immediately filled, and I received an email stating that my order was already on the way. I received my oven the very next morning. I was totally impressed at this point! Way better than Amazon's Prime ;-). The delivery guys were polite and professional. I highly recommend getting the white glove delivery service. It adds a little more to the invoice, but it's worth it. You may have a different experience depending on where you live. I live in the NYC, so I suspect if you live here, you'll find a similar experience shopping at Appliances Connection.

Just want to let you know Nelson and Jacob did an outstanding job delivering and installing our new Bosch dishwasher on Monday. Would describe them as professional, courteous, experienced and very efficient. The dishwasher installation took less than 30 minutes and is perfect. I spoke with Jose Poline today at Appliance Connection and he helped me get the $500 rebate on my new applicances. I must say they have great customer service! I order a refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave and oven from them and they arrived within 4 weeks. I am really surprised at the delivery times...Too fast for my builder. I will start off by saying the items I received are beautiful. I purchase the Aveline Collection TSF-BAX66113-NAVY/GOLD-SF 80" Sofa & it’s beautiful. It perfectly in my living room & is very comfy. I was worried the colors would be off or it would look cheap in real life but it’s gorgeous & super comfy. I can’t comment on the quality as I’ve only had it a week, but I’m excited to add cute area rug & artwork & complete the look. I posted photos below (excuse the mess as I just moved in & I’m still in the process of setting everything up). I also ordered the Edison Walker twin loft bed for my tiny 8” x 9” bedroom. It took a while to have it assembled but it’s very sturdy & fits a full size bed perfectly underneath. It frees up a lot of space, which is exactly what I needed. I did have some issues with shipping/ delivery but customer service promptly addressed my concerns. My advice is to speak to only one sales rep. & make sure you have direct contact info for them. It will save you the trouble of getting automated responses & notifications with conflicting info etc…Overall, I was pleased with the way management handled my issue & very happy with my new purchases. Will definitely order from them again!

I had mixed results at Appliance Connection. I had ordered a Frigidaire portable air conditioner, but they sent me a different brand without asking me if I would accept a substitution. That is not a good business practice.. After it was delivered , I had to send it back. I spoke to several persons at customer service all of whom were friendly. Candice was especially good at arranging for a prepaid return shipping label and also getting me a full refund . She was good at follow- through and keeping me informed of progress .

We bought a Frigidaire dishwasher through Appliances Connection. They arranged a delivery time on the date of our choice, called me to confirm and arrived on time, and brought the dishwasher upstairs and put it where we needed. It arrived in perfect condition, and the deliverymen were nice enough to open the packaging up at my request so that I could confirm nothing was damaged. No complaints, everything went as well as I could hope. Will happily order from again whenever I need anything.

Appliances Connection is a wonderful company with great selections. From other places it would take over a year to get my appliances but with them it only took a couple of weeks to get it shipped. While I unfortunately had to cancel my order as I didn't need the appliance anymore, they do have an amazing customer service. Santiago Di Santo helped me out with the cancellation process and was a wonderful agent. Really wish more customer services reps were like him and I really wish more appliance sellers operated as good as this company!! 10/10 buy from them!!!

Prices were better than anywhere else, customer service (esp Santiago Di Santo) was great. One star removed for not exactly the most transparent shipping system…. The expected ship date was a couple days after I purchased, but I didn’t realize there was a middleman trucking company which took several days to schedule my delivery date once THEY received it. Would have had no problem had I known. I scoured all the info before the purchase since this company was new to me and didn’t find that info anywhere. Otherwise, a good experience.

I am writing this review to applaud the exceptional service I got here. I purchased a new fridge and shipment was taking a bit longer than I expected. I was directed to Jaquelin the customer service rep and she satisfied every need. She went above and beyond to check the back end for me and came up with the resolution. Previous service reps had told me it would only be a 4-6 week delay but Jaquelin gave me the believable truth( it was temporarily out of stock till end of October) I appreciate all her honestly and the time she took out of her day to help me! 5 stars for this awesome employee!

I had purchased a 2.2 cf capacity Whirlpool Microwave from Appliance Connection and was very happy with the service they provided. I like the way they keep keep you informed every step of the way until the product reaches your doorstep. I would of given 5 stars however there was a small delay in delivery due to them being out of stock. Now being fair to them the company, Christmas was approaching so this could of been expected. All in all I would use Appliance Connection again for any future appliance needs. They are more than reasonable when it comes to product pricing. In fact, the microwave I purchased was not only cheaper in price but they even offered a lower cost 5yr warranty than most places I had been looking at. It was a good experience and I love the microwave.

('In Stock' and 'Available') Because I needed to get them as soon as possible, I should cancel 2 items which was 'Available'. I had an excellent experience buying a Frigidaire dishwasher from Appliances Connection. I purchased from the show room on 5th Avenue near 78th St. In Bay Ridge Brooklyn. The salesman was Eddie K. He did a great job of helping locate the right product. The appliances connection website has an extensive selection of appliances in all sizes colors, options, and price points. It was easy to select the product I needed. Eddie is knowledgeable polite, and attentive. At no time did he attempt to upsell or push a higher priced product that was beyond my needs. Once selected, the purchase process was no drama. Delivery and installation was scheduled for the Monday after the purchase on Tuesday. Installation went just as well. The installers called me an hour before arriving, showed up on time, and had it installed and running in approximately 90 mins. I paid for haul away of the old dish washer. The installers even helped me clean the dishwasher space before installing the new one. My experience with Appliances Connection was excellent. I'm an extremely satisfied customer. If you live in the Bay Ridge area, I highly recommend buying from the showroom for personalized experience. Bottom line- Appliances Connection is highly recommended.

I just received excellent, extremely helpful, and extremely courteous and patient customer service from Azure, and I wanted to make sure I made an effort to acknowledge her efforts. I called support after a really miserable experience dealing with their dispatcher, YF Logistics, with the intention of cancelling my entire order (which I didn't really want to do, AC had the best price and availability by far for the product I wanted). I ordered a freezer from Best Buy in the beginning of October. They kept moving my delivery date from October to November then Dec and then mid January of next year! So I started looking elsewhere and found Appliance Connections. While I was hesitant to order a major purchase from a place I didn't know, I felt more confident after reading the reviews. So glad I did! My freezer came within two weeks! Right on time and delivered undamaged by a quick and courteous team! This is the second time we have used Appliances Connection and I've been nothing but happy with the company and the service. They delivered a washer/dryer unit literally NEXT DAY to my tenant's apartment and installed it within an hour and hauled away the old unit. They are competitively priced with all local appliance shops in my area and delivery, install and haul away is reasonable if you need it as well. I cannot recommend Appliances Connection enough and will continue to buy all my appliances through this company.

I had a great experience purchasing a dishwasher from Appliances Connection, even though I live thousands of miles away from NY. My salesperson was Jimmy. I was looking for a Bosch 800 Series dishwasher for my home, and I couldn't find it at any store, as all of them were sold out at the time due to supply chain issues and the pandemic...... I called Appliances Connection and talked to Jimmy. No kidding, he probably secured me the last 800 Series Bosch dishwasher manually in the United States! I am stating this because I could confirm Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, or anywhere else was out of stock....... My dishwasher got to San Diego, CA, with no scuffs or dings. Again I highly recommend Jimmy. Great salesperson indeed.

My rating is the average of five stars for the service I received from Latoya Johnson and three stars for the inconsistent training / knowledge of other customer service representatives. The following contains details on my timeline so others can be aware of how long manufacturer delays can be (7+ months). If one is patient and can set reminders to send follow up questions with the email support ticket system, then I think Appliances Connection does a fine job in dealing with the uncertainties and backorders that are outside of Appliances Connection's control. It might take multiple service ticket / email representatives before reaching a competent one. Each representative I dealt with was polite and tried their best, but there is a clear knowledge gap between representatives and a difference in order details that they see. Feb 9, 2022: GE oven ordered with an ETA of April 5 ship date. Aug 24, 2022: after multiple revised ship dates, I was finally allocated an oven and got charged for it. But the warehouse realized it was damaged before loading and never shipped it out. A replacement unit was ordered instead. None of this information was communicated to me except for a tracking number that was "stuck" and never loaded onto the truck. I had to call to find out this information. The phone representative assured me I would be next in line with a next manufacturer delivery date of Nov 7. Nov 15: I realized Nov 7 came and went but still had no new tracking number. I followed up both via phone and through the email ticket system that day. My phone representative tried her best but could only request a supervisor to call me back in the next 24-48 hours. This was unacceptable because the next shipment was going to be Nov 16, and no one was able to explain why I didn't get allocated an oven from the Nov 7 shipment. I then explained the entire situation to email representative Latoya and asked if there was some glitch in making me not first in line after having been allocated an oven previously. She discovered that the replacement order made the system put me at the end of the queue. And since there was a manufacturer shipment coming the next day, she would try to contact the warehouse to allocate a unit for me manually while working with her supervisor to do so. I was so relieved because Latoya already proactively had her supervisor involved, and she was the only person who fully investigated the details. Nov 16: Latoya successfully allocated an oven for me, and I received new tracking information. It will still take 7-14 days for shipment, but I am so relieved that Latoya remedied my situation because otherwise I would have been waiting in the dark for another 6+ months. I understand Latoya had to go the extra mile to manually fix this issue for me, and I am deeply grateful for that. Her diligence and competence has erased all the other frustrations I had on the misinformation I received before. There need to be more representatives like Latoya, and I hope her peers admire and can learn from her.

I purchase an Elecrolux washer from "Best" Buy and twice the item came damaged after waiting 6 weeks for the first machine to arrive and would've had to wait an additional 4 weeks for the third unit to be delivered. Numerous hours on hold, dropped calls etc with Best Buy trying to resolve. I finally cancelled the order and ordered the same washer from Appliance Connection. What a breeze, I'm so happy to have found a great company with excellent customer service! The machine arrived in TWO DAYS in perfect condition thanks to their double boxing and was installed by a great team. Excellent price and service, highly recommend! Thank you Appliance Connection! You will be getting all of my business from now on.

I wanted to replace my current Dacor Microwave with the same product. After 20 years it was still available through Best Buy and Appliance Connection. I decided to go with Best Buy because they were more "local" and the whole process of purchasing, delivering and installing should be easier than ordering it from an online appliance company, or so I thought. It was ordered in November 2022 through Best Buy. We had to cancel and reorder the item three times through Best Buy and go to the store to do the paperwork because they didn't get it in yet, all the while Appliance Connection advertised they had one. We finally contacted Best Buy on March 6, and were told they cannot get one, so we cancelled the order. The issues arose bc of the shortage of panel-ready appliances due to the pandemic, so they had to switch models a few times throughout, and communication wasn't always as quick or as proactive as I'd hope for. I wish their "In Stock/Available" status' were more accurate - those aren't always correct as I confirmed by calling and speaking with sales staff, who told me they actually didn't have a date from manufacturer on when things were arriving. So just be aware of that if your timelines are tight. Otherwise, I had a pretty positive experience and would buy with Appliance Connection again.

The third-party installer were not pleasant at all. Nor helpful. They put my new hose for my new LG fridge, inside, well hidden. I discovered this when they left. I called the support number of your company. No one cared about my hose to not being installed, no one offered a return. I paid for new hose, hallway, white glove. They left the old one. They knew about the new one to install. They told me to keep all the boxes for the week warranty as well. When I realized it was a trick for not removing them. The third-party are becoming a national customer service issue in every industry. I am tired of the lack of service and efficiency, because all companies are using third party systems. Glad to receive very fine product. Delivery was postponed twice and I paid for white glove but delivery person only plugged in refrigerator. I unpacked inside myself and found installer should have put wall spacers on, but will have to get assistance from someone to put those on because refrigerator is too close to back wall. I read instructions in the manual to turn on, install most of the shelves, but I have two metal pieces I don't know where they go. In spite of all this, I am happy with my product.

I got a notification that it had shipped. I was supposed to be notified again with a delivery window. That never happened. I was called on my home phone, not my cell that I provided, that the truck was coming in 10 minutes at 7:15am. I was getting ready to leave for work. The truck appeared and then a car was also outside. The delivery people were laughing and talking with the person in the car. I had to ask them to please bring in my table because I needed to get to work and they were blocking my driveway. When the truck left, the car was still on my block. It had such dark windows and no license plate. The car left when I pulled up next to it. I called the company because everything seemed not right to me. They told me it was the owner of the trucking company who follows the deliveries in case they need help. I will not use this company again because I do not trust who they used to deliver my item.

After shopping around at a few stores, we decided to place an order with a well know big box store in our town in September. The first order was refused because it came completely crushed on both sides. The second order was delayed until 2021 because it was out of stock. The company notified us of the delay two days before delivery, a week before Thanksgiving to be more precise. We were in desperate need of a new oven as right before COVID the door on our oven began to unhinge and leak gas when used. The stove top worked fine, only the oven half wasn’t operational. We waited until September to buy a range because of COVID concerns. With the holidays around the corner we placed our first order in September, however we never expected to still be without an oven in November. It was a week before Thanksgiving and at my wits end, I discovered Appliances Connection and decided to give them a call. I spoke to a customer service representative named Grace A. and she was not only very patient, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my circumstances. She advised me that the particular model of LG range I wanted would not be available in a reasonable enough time. She was able to recommend a comparable product with all the added features that the LG model included (i.e Air fryer, girdle, and self clean oven option), that would be delivered the following week. It was a wonderful experience, they came in to remove the old leaking oven and delivered to us a new oven the day before Thanksgiving! My family and I are very grateful to Appliances Connection for helping us get a safe, working, oven at a great price and in only a few days! I am recommending them to all my friends and family!

My old appliances were hardwired, but the new ones were plug-ins. Appliance Connections makes ordering and receiving new appliances easy and painless. They ship the appliances quickly after an order is processed and they provide good timely updates throughout the process. The only reason 4 stars was given instead of 5 is the appliance I received and minor ascetic flaws (my guess is due to shipping). These flaws were a few minor dents and dings in the side and back panels. These flaws were not significant enough to warrant a return. There was no issues with the functionality of our new grill and we are excited to use it. I appreciate Santiago Di Santo reaching out to discuss any concerns.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We ordered 4 appliances for our kitchen and they wound up shipping us the wrong range. We needed electric and they shipped gas. We called on 11-16-22 to have it switched out for electric and it was no problem to have it switched, and was told it would ship out by the end of Nov. This was on Inv#10891429. We were told they would be doing an advanced replacement for us. Here we are on 12-21-22 and still no range and they told us now its 4-6 weeks out and "unfortunately" there was nothing that could be done. We suggested swapping with a unit they had in stock through Nathan Bent on Friday 12-16-22 and he assured us this would ship within 24-48hrs. Here we are Wednesday 12-21-22 and nothing has shipped and we are now being told that they can't do the exchange because it's past their 30 day policy period. Please note this unit is still brand new in the box and hasn't been opened. Why would they now tell us they can't make the exchange??? We left numerous messages for Nathan Bent to call us back and he has failed to respond. I was told by Seon Gilmore that he was the "head supervisor in charge" and the swap was now voided and Nathan Bent had no business telling us he could swap this unit out and he was "just a sales rep." Seon was extremely rude and so was one of the young ladies that answered the phone who kept leaving us on hold for lengthy periods of time. They wouldn't let us speak to a manager and said "they will have one of them call us" and of course nobody ever responds. I would be extremely cautious with this Company as it seems they are all hiding behind one another and their customer service is nothing less than horrible. We are also writing to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General's office to see if we can get reimbursed. UPDATE: THIS DILEMA HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND WE ARE BACK ON TRACK! I JUST SPOKE TO NINO AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO HAVE MY UNIT SWAPPED OUT AGAIN FOR US. THANK YOU NINO. PLEASE IGNORE THE NASTY GRAM ABOVE THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

They delivered a visibly damaged range hood insert. We refused delivery and asked for a refund (the item was now on back order so they could not send another). Was assured the refund would be processed as soon as the item was scanned back into their warehouse. It's now two weeks later(!) and no refund has been made. When I called again I learned that the item was scanned back into their inventory 10 days ago. Meanwhile, We are out nearly $1000. UPDATE: after posting this review we were contacted by the seller and we got the refund within two days, i.e. 16 days after the damaged appliance was delivered. We appreciate that they eventually set things right so updating the rating from 1 to 3 stars to reflect that.

4th time a charm, after 3 attempts with three big box stores, cancelled and dented deliveries, App Conn comes through and delivered our refrigertor in good shape two days prior to schedule! Caught by surprise but was able to get someone there to meet them with 45 minute notice, doors had to come off to mak it in, but they reassembled, hooked up water and balanced. Highly recommend the 45 dollar 'white gloves service...well worth it as otherwise this would have ended up on the fornt porch until I figured out how to dismantle to get it thru the doors!! Highly recommnded, choices were greated than BBuy, Lowes and HDepot..all of whom were tried before goign to App Conn!

Usually customer experiences don’t go so well. You know, you call and can’t understand the person on the other line that is on the other side of the globe, or they’re kind, but can’t help you resolve your problem. Or, they’re not kind at all or you’re on hold for hours while you get transferred from person to person, explaining your dilemma each time. So, of course I was dreading calling Appliance Connection to resolve a FED EX undelivered, perhaps damaged, drop-in range cooktop I had ordered. I called and decided to hold. Then they let me know I was 34th in the queue. Yikes, I called back and took the offer to get a call back. They must have a lot of customer service representatives, because they returned my call less than half an hour later. Martin Somah was my customer service representative, and I have to say, it may have been the best customer service experience I’ve had. First, he helped me resolve my range order in the way that best suited me and my somewhat undecided travel plans. Then, when I thanked him for his excellent service and complimented him on his very good English (I thought his accent was Caribbean, but he let me know came here from Liberia), he told me how much he appreciated someone being kind to him! These days, it seems like everyone is so unpleasant, I totally understood where he was coming from, especially when dealing with people who are calling with a problem. That made me remember the terrible service I received from the shipping company they used to deliver my other appliances. Martin listened and laughed with me and told me he appreciated me letting him know, as the company isn’t aware their delivery contract companies are doing a poor job unless the customers let them know. He assured me he’d send my detailed experience up the chain AND offered me complimentary ten year warranties on the appliances for my inconvenience, which I totally hadn’t expected! He also gave me his personal extension so I wouldn’t have to join the hold queue next time! I’m so glad he did and that I received him as my representative. I really liked the prices and selection at Appliance Connection, but was leery to order from them again on my next projects (rentals), due to the hassle with the delivery company. I will definitely shop with Appliance Connection again, as I now know that if I run into difficulties in the future I can count on Martin to take good care of me. And I’ll definitely let all the friends and family (they all asked who I purchased from, BTW, I did assure them it was the delivery company at fault) I told my ridiculous delivery stories (yes, there was more than one) to how Appliance Connection not only listened, but made it right, which is extremely refreshing nowadays. In fact, it’s only been a couple of hours and I’ve already told two people. Martin really made my day!

This refrigerator is phenomenal. We were trying to find a low profile modern refrigerator to fit a smaller space and came across this. This refrigerator offered the best features, such as door water, without sacrificing internal space. I wasn’t sure if I would like the separate ice bin (vs door dispenser) but honestly it’s not been an issue or inconvenience. Our biggest need was to find a refrigerator that would be functional next to a wall, and there were zero issues and it works perfectly. There weren’t very many reviews of this when I bought it and had initially read that the sides were stainless but the sides are actually just the typical painted grey which was a bit disappointing. Despite that detail I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

He didn't perform the white glove installation. Then he said the cold water valve was broken. Installers were very professional and polite, and delivery, installation and removal of old appliance completed in under a half an hour! Very satisfied customer, would highly recommend! Delivery and installation of our new dishwasher was handled professionally and efficiently. The installation team kept us well-informed via multiple calls on their ETA. They arrived on time as promised. The installation only took 15 minutes and they ran the dishwasher to make sure everything worked properly before asking us to sign off. We were able to confirm before ordering that the item was indeed in stock as listed on the website, as these days that is not always the case due to "supply chain issues." The unit arrived very carefully packaged, and for $40 more our old one was removed which saved us a huge amount of time and hassle. We are using the dishwasher already and it's running great. The experience in ordering what I wanted in this case was a 30” Whirlpool refrigerator whereas, none of my local big box stores seem to have in stock was a breeze. The follow ups by emails to keep me informed where my refrigerator was in transit along with a personal call on the delivery day was much appreciated. No complaints here. The delivery was made in a U-Haul truck and the drivers were personable, but in a hurry to drop off and go. They removed and left on the floor the outer packing material, but did not remove the clear fitted film wrapped around the refrigerator. I guess you have to pay for all this to be removed as part of the white glove treatment. There wasn’t any conversation to me from the delivery men to inspect the refrigerator first before signing off on the delivery. Luckily, I noticed a small dent on the upper right side and mentioned this. The driver took a photo and assured me it would go into his report to make Appliance Connection aware. After, the delivery I noticed the men didn’t remove the pallet boards that the refrigerator was screwed too. I had to make two separate calls after waiting both times in a 10 to 15 minute queues. The first representative Seon Gilmore was understanding to my situation. The frustrating thing was Appliance Connection didn’t receive a report that I had any damage to my refrigerator (Seon Gilmore did say he would give me a $50 credit for the dent and he was honest in saying he didn’t know how long it would take to have someone come back out to remove the wooden pallets) I had to find in my neighborhood two men to tilt and unscrew the boards so I could use it before stocking it up. Seon Gilmore did lead me to believe for my trouble the company would give me a 10 year warranty on my refrigerator. I learned later after questioning Seon Gilmore through an email everyone supposedly gets this warranty if you complete two surveys that day. I felt deceived on the part of the representative. I will see after completing their two surveys now five days later if I actually will get a warranty upgrade. The representative Sion Gilmour in his defense did reply to all of my emails in a timely manner.

In short, after multiple failures by the Sales Team, Customer Service Team, and Management they were unable to turn around anyone's mistake to ensure some customer satisfaction. Instead, I've been left to "do my own research" to ensure the product and components I have ordered and support weeks of self-advocacy for some resolution. I am both exhausted and disappointed. Nashera in upper management, was very helpful to answer issues and provide support and benefits to smooth over as best possible at this point. On July 12th I clarified with a sales rep that the Samsung RF23BB8600QL would open flush with my surrounding wall and counter that making the space unusual. I placed the order. On the 14th I received a Samsung Fridge. I learned that when it hinges to open it needs about 6" of depth/ clearance on either side to open completely for function. Our space didn't allow for that. The delivery people took off once it was in our home and we were left with a fridge that stuck out 6 inches into our narrow kitchen. The same day I wrote customer service and told them the sales rep misinformed me. I answered the return questions and was approved for an exchange. When I called a new sales rep and learned we needed a built-in model the new customer service rep changed the story and now we couldn't exchange it because we had been using it, which I had been honest about all along b/c our old fridge was kicked. Finally, I spoke with a manager who agreed that since the first Sales rep made a mistake and the Customer Service rep made a mistake (in writing) to accept the exchange that she would honor it, but that it was my responsibility to be sure I would be ordering the correct fridge this time. I verified with a third sales rep that the Fisher Paykel RS36A72U1N would be flush when opened and on Aug 2nd I made the exchange order over the phone with the Manager! I finally had the fidges exchanged on August 25th!... AND it was MISSING the required default stainless panels and the required handles! Failure number three - The manager had the gall to tell me it was my responsibility to "do my research" because she "doesn't know much about the appliances". I confirmed with two sales reps the replacement firdge would fit the space and confirmed on the manufacturer's website as well by watching videos... But when the order is placed on THEIR website the panels are a default option - when the MANAGER placed the order she overlooked that AND didn't ensure I would have all of the necessary components to operate my fridge. Without other viable options, I have written communication with a sales rep confirming the panel model number and handle model numbers to complete my fridge. I will not take future business here. If you take your business here for the prices... get second opinions from their sales team, get it in writing, and apparently do ALL of your own research to ensure you are getting the product you are spending thousands of dollars on.

Great product that was delivered right to my kitchen and placed in the space for the refrigerator (even though I didn't order the installation package). All I had to do was plug in the water and electrical and roll it back into place. The Samsung seems to be a solid product and I've had no issues with so far. I had to get the counter depth, otherwise I would have gotten the Smart Fridge with Wifi - this doesn't come on the Counter Depth model.
