This is the first time I've ever been to Conn's and my experience was stellar!! I cannot sing enough praise about the sales associate who helped me today! Miss Ja was phenomenal she answered all my questions she didn't rush me and even when the contract was almost complete it was NO PROBLEM for her to have us to start all over again til I was satisfied. The prices are great! The prices online are the same as the prices in store. Getting my washer is getting delivered FOR FREE tomorrow and I cannot wait!

Our saleswoman Damieion was so knowledgeable and professional. She was very patient with this indecisive shopper and took our needs AND budget into consideration when suggesting different brands and products. She made sure that we were happy with our purchase and understood everything we were signing. When we left we were excited and confident in our purchase. Her tag says that she's been with the company for 2 years but she conducts herself like a person who has been doing this for more 10+ years. I really hope the is acknowledged by the company for the excellent customer service and skill she exhibits. Whenever I return to Conn's I will be looking for her, but I hope by then she will have been promoted higher than the salesfloor because she truly deserves to be promoted.

The sales team Trey, Leonard, Tyler are great! There is no long wait for delivery. I made a purchase on Friday and delivery was Monday. The delivery window was between 11:30 and 2:30 and they were there between those hours and the guys were polite and ensure items were in working order before leaving.

We were supposed to get our new bed today and when I called to check on the status of it the man I spoke to from the delivery center said that one of our items were not in stock and they failed to let us know that and we had already moved everything out for the new bed. Wish they would have let us know instead of me having to call.

My husband and I went there just to get a refrigerator and a mattress. We end up getting an additional washer and dryer. The associate was extremely helpful. He worked the numbers until he got the payment down comfortable enough to achieve. We look forward to paying off in 6 months & going back for a sofa & chair.

Conn’s has the most appliance options. Kudos to Conn’s for having the exact color and style appliances I wanted. Anywhere else, I would have to wait too long for my items to be delivered. I found myself in need of a new washer and dryer suddenly, so I set out to several different stores in search for them. First I went to Home Depot and I couldn’t even find an employee. Then I went to Lowe’s and there was only one employee working the whole department. I then decided to try Conn’s and the experience was amazing! I was greeted by a courteous employee within five minutes of being there. He stayed with me and answered every question that I had. I didn’t feel rushed or like a burden to him. I left there happy and very willing to do more business with them in the future. I highly recommend Conn’s. I am a very happy customer.

The only reason I came in today was because I wanted to get the sale price. I was in excruciating pain today because yesterday I had a fall, but the salesman was an angel. He did all the work while I just sit there. I love the way he broke things down so that a child could understand, because when I'm in pain my understanding is very poor, but he didn't mind explaining it twice. He was very courteous, patient, respectful, honest, straightforward, helpful and kind. Actually, he's the kind of person that makes you want to buy everything in the store. Sometimes, especially when I'm in pain, I can be very hard to please, but that gentleman has the patience of Job. He even walked me to my car in fear that I might fall. With salesman like Mr. Felton I think he said his name was, I plan to be doing a lot of business with Conn's in the future. The quality of the furniture is 💯, cleanliness 💯,customer care💯. The prices are a little over the top, but at least you get what you paid for. I look forward to doing a lot of business with you guy's in the future, because I'm in the process of remodeling. He helped me to decide on the right one being that my father is older and I don’t want him to have all the buttons. Process from start to finish was smooth and easy. I went in to use the restroom, also wanted to see the layout. I asked about a stereo player. Nice friendly answer was to check online for a better deal. They sold no stereo's there only huge sound systems. I noticed it was a little cramped for space however it was manageable. Salespeople were courteous and friendly. Mostly high end products. I wouldn't know if they were reasonable or not.

I will say that if you have no credit that it is a good place to go but they treat you very poorly and you end up paying well over $1,000 more than you should for anything that you actually pay for their so a my opinion no it's not a good place to go. If your credit is not a plus this is the place for you they will help you rebuild your credit at a reasonable price. It's a great store but I will say that the customer service or really lacks I've had quite a few issues with the people that work there.

Felton is a name I’ll never forget. So courteous and well knowledge of the products. His honesty of availability was refreshing. I never wanted to leave the store. If I had more money I would have purchased more. Not because I felt pressured or being conned but because the service was worth every penny. Being displaced after hurricane Ida, I’ve seen people try to take advantage of us thinking we have FEMA and insurance money. Not realizing that insurance have not released finances due to the overwhelming amount of damage and everyone did not get FEMA. We are one of the families that didn’t get FEMA. The money we are using to normalize our daughters environment is from savings while we rebuild and move into rental property as we rebuild our home and wait for reimbursements from our insurance. Felton listed the pressure and eased the process for my husband and myself. I’ll be looking for Felton when we are ready to return home and finish our purchasing process to fill our house to create it a home for our family once again. Thank you CONNS and thank you Felton.

My credit specialist Tyrone Grant was very knowledgeable and tenacious throughout the my whole transaction. Despite delaying our meeting, Tyrone continued to reach out to me for my appliance and furniture needs. Most importantly, they can offer internal credit for those that are unable to meet traditionally higher guidelines. After my Conn's credit card approval, I visited the Veterans-Metairie store that had a large inventory of washers/dryers and sectionals. Tyrone showed my husband multiple sofa/sectional options after I chose our washer and dryer. The store's manager, Tyler (I believe that this is his name), was incredibly personable and truly gave a warm sense of gratitude to us. Besides the Conn's credit, the store also offers insurance on their products! I am glad that Tyrone was persistent. After searching and visiting other appliance/furniture stores to no avail, I am so glad that I went to Conn's! I am sure that all the staff is exceptional but definitely ask for Tyrone as the credit specialist/sales consultant or Tyler for assistance.

Was skeptical at first because based on passed history, preapproved meant you really weren’t approved just come in and waste your time. My family and I went to Conn’s on 11/27/2020 in Metairie. I was greeted at the door by Salesman Mr. Jordon. Mr. Jordon kindly asked if he could assist me and what was I interested in? I replied bedroom sets. Mr. Jordon escorted me to the area. While looking at the sets, he casually asked about my Thanksgiving Holiday and made small talk with my children. I bought a refrigerator and my salesperson name was Leticia, I ask her about a water line for the ice maker and she told me that they were going to run the line when they brought it here. When the 3 men came they told me that they don't do that i need a plumber, she should have told me that or if she didn't know she should have asked someone who knows now i have to pay a plumber and i could have taken care of that before they brought it here.She told me that i was to receive the refrigerator on 7/15/20 and it came on 6/23/20 and I was not prepared. I was not satisfied because I cannot use my icemaker.
