Seems to be pretty honest with pretty good prices. I would trust to not be over charged for unnecessary work. For instance he's not going to just try to sell you a machine if yours can be fixed at a cheaper price.

This place is great. If you're on a budget and need an appliance, these guys will work with you to get you what you need. We had an issue with a bad unit and they got us straight. We will return here for all of our used appliance needs.

I bought a washer and dryer, used, from them 4 years ago. Today I bought a refrigerator for a more than fair price and I know they will back up their product. It's nice to do business with fair and honest people.

After more or less "running the wheels" off of the last dryer I bought from Bonneval's, I purchased another one today for a very reasonable price. As before, the service was great, the dryer was in excellent shape, and it runs great (just finished multiple loads of laundry. He even helped me out with the correct fitting for the gas line.. Thanks again for being there. We will be faithful customers

Highly recommend for any landlords on short notice. I also recommend to my tenants for tenant supplied appliances. My parents introduced me to them and I’ve been using for years. They aren’t shady. They are a family business. Be considerate and you will be taken care of.

For three generations my family has gone to Bonneval's. I recently had to get a new washer/dryer and will continue our families tradition of purchasing appliances from this establishment after the wonderful service and quality of machines available that i encountered on my visit. You are presented with numerous options at amazing prices and the staff actually wants to HELP you get exactly what you need. I never felt rushed or pressured. They also offer delivery which was actually on time and no mess was left after instillation. A warranty is also available but i have never had to use it because the machines have all new parts and are tested before put on the floor for sale!!! i highly recommend them for any/all of your appliance needs. you will not be disappointed!!!!

I really enjoyed my experience here. They treated us very well and we haven't had any problems with our appliances since we brought them home several months ago. The delivery person set everything up and hooked up everything for us. Sometimes it is hard to get them on the phone because they are so busy but when you go in they treat you wonderfully.

Very, very pleased. Fast service in store, and about 24 hours later had washer and dryer in my house and ready to go. Delivery guy (I think named Scott?) was very friendly, fast, and polite. Definitely going back for future used appliance needs.

I got 100 dollars off the listed price for a washing machine. The owner was very knowledgeable about all of the appliances he was selling. My washing machine works like new and I will be returning to them in the future.
