Appliances 4 Less is the place to go if your looking for cheaper prices for appliances with small/few dents. Excellent service from Jason(sale rep) to the delivery team. Jason helped us picked for family needs and my craft ice maker, delivery team dismantled to fit in doorway and remantled quickly inside. Best appliance experience so far!!

Customer Service is the best I have ever seen. My Husband and I purchased a washer & dryer set yesterday (Sunday) and we put it on our truck and took it home and attempted to hooked it up right then. We couldn't get Dryer to turn on. We called the next day and they came out to see what the issue was with the dryer and even waited 2 hours in between for my husband to go by another wall plug. The dryer still wouldn't come on. 2 hours later they then delivered us another one from Baton Rouge Location( 1hr away) and hooked it up but it still didn't come on. The Guy read the outlet voltage and we discovered our fuse needed replacing nothing was never wrong with the dryer. My Husband replaced the breaker fuse now the Dryer is working. Turns out our previous dryer didn't require as much voltage as this one. I owe them a big apology and compensation. They were very determined and attentive to get the issue resolved. Our Breaker fuse for that plug was the issue the entire time not the Dryer.

Last Saturday we bought a washer/dryer LG ThinQ combo. I didn’t know how to use it and I thought it was something wrong with but they sent a technician to my house and explained how to work . Very easy process. Jason and employees were very helpful on getting everything packed up and loaded on our truck. They even wrapped the washer and dryer with corner protectors and plastic. Of course they had a dent but that's why we were there. The price was outstanding and I’m very happy with the quality of product that they offer. Check this place out, you won't regret it.

Amazing customer service with excellent prices. Purchased the latest model LG washer/Dryer along with the LG refrigerator and saved quite a bit compared to the everywhere else I’ve shopped. There are a few minor dents that are barely noticeable but the owners are willing to attempt to remove. They are very accommodating and will make every attempt to find what you’re looking for at a reasonable price. I’m very excited that I found exactly what I wanted at a less expensive cost. I’m looking forward to future purchases and I would definitely recommend.

Jason(the owner)was so helpful n so nice. We had a small issue, and when I called him n he said, he'd call me back. He called me back each time within minutes. He was super accommodating. **Must go!!! Their inventory has a few Dings and scratches but still a lot of good ones. My fridge has some light dents on the side but not the front. And the sales rep Laura was very nice and Knowledgeable. She took her time with us.
