Bought a mattress here and it was a great experience. People were friendly and helpful without being too pushy. We went here for the special (buy a king mattress and get a free tv). It was as advertised no strings attached. You can also use the value of the TV toward something else in the store Delivery was next day and it was right in schedule. Delivery guys were very professional and friendly.

Have been looking for a washer and doing some research on the internet. A-1 was high on my list because of both price and availability. My wife and I went shopping today and made a purchase. The store was nice a clean and well laid out and the salesman very helpful. I would use them again should the need arise.

Had to buy all new appliances from A1 appliance after Hurricane Ida, my salesman was Claude Escude and he was so professional and new everything about every appliance I purchased, you don’t find knowledgeable salesman like Claude in the “Big Box” stores and the prices were very good. I recommend A1 appliance and ask for Claude, he’s very good. 👍

Let me tell you how customer service is supposed to work!!! We have bought from A1 for quite a while!! Our GE fridge got destroyed by hurricane IDA!! We searched many brands and retailers to replace our 10 year old GE fridge. I decided to go to the one place I knew that provided personal care and service!!! A1!. Met Rodney! He matched the best price on the internet!! Sadly our new GE $4000.00 fridge craped out in 15 days!!! Called A1. Rodney said we will do everything to make this right!!! Honestly told us that fridge is on national bank order!! And we will have to wait until late December!!! Well wouldn’t you know!!! Today the 3rd of December!!! They suprized us with a new, in perfect condition…. A replacement fridge!! You A1 are forever our go to appliance replacement company!!! Thank you and your staff for considering your customers!!!!!!!

Great salesman. Funny and helpful. Prices a bit high. So you're paying for immediate service and got to bring dryer home rather than home depot, lowes etc where I waited 45 minutes and the was told I would have to wait 10 for a delivery. Prompt courteous service worth the xtra. Thanks Mr. Wallace.

Needed a refrigerator for a rental property. Went to Home Depot and Lowe's, neither one had one in stock nor could they get one in less than 2 weeks. Called A-1 Appliance in Kenner, not only did they have one, it was cheaper than both the big box stores. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good price and good service. I told him what I was looking for and what I didn’t want and within 10 minutes I was paying for my new washer. Our LG refrigerator/freezer (only 5 years old) stopped cooling during the pandemic. We first went to Home Depot, then to Lowes, and no one ever attempted to come to help us, nor did they have the model we were hoping to find. We decided to drive out to A-1 Appliance in Kenner. That was a great decision!!! We were helped by Desmond Johnson, and he couldn't have been more helpful! Because of the pandemic, inventory is very low, but Desmond secured a loner refrigerator for us to use until the GE Cafe' we ordered arrived. We couldn't have asked for better service, which is very hard to find these days! BTW, their prices are even better than Home Depot and Lowes, and delivery and installation are free!!! We will be buying all of our appliances from A-1 from now on!

This place has trained staff! I went to get a new window unit and they were so much more helpful and knowledgeable than the 2 other places i went to. I found the unit best suited for my needs and the price was still comparable to the other places that claim to have better prices. I really like this store!

Don't like the taxes they add if you don't live in Jefferson Parish and need delivery.😟 Warranties (to me) should be a minimum of 5 years when purchasing ANY large appliance. Sales weren't what I call A SALE. Hoses come separate when purchasing a washer and of course they recommend you purchase the hoses and the store doesn't hookup appliances or take away old one.😛

Able to order double oven and dishwasher and estimated to have it delivered and installed in 30 days. Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable about all appliances and finance. Other places said would take 6 months. Will update if much longer than 30. Also no interest loan for 18 months. Parking adequate and handicap accessible. Also has a lot of mattresses on display.
