Our relationship started with Andrew Rhodes. We had a unique cabin remodel and Andrew worked closely with us to meet the needs of our cabinet designer to create a kitchen showplace. Although our space is small we wanted high quality products to enhance our remodel. Well researched solutions were provided, and our expectations were realized. Additionally, Caleb and his excellent installation staff were prompt and professional. They were gracious in working with our challenging schedule and location. The installation experience was exact and neat. We highly recommend this quality company. They won't disappoint you.

They also hauled away the old machines which I understand Quinn donates to those in need when the machines still function (which our old ones do). Our experience with Quinn has been superb.

When we decided to remodel our kitchen over the summer, we wanted to purchase our new gas range from Quinn based on our previous refrigerator purchase. Kristen Henke introduced us to the GE cafe line and we were very impressed. She was very knowledgeable and professional. However, due to the supply chain crisis, GE could not fulfill our range order until just recently. In the meantime, Kristin and Caleb made sure that we had a loaner range installed before Thanksgiving. Upon receipt of our GE Cafe range, Nikolas and Dre provided excellent installation service. Our entire experience was very positive. We highly recommend Quinn Appliance.

My husband and I bought a GE dishwasher from Quinn Appliance. It came in in a timely manner, much to our delight! Caleb, our salesman, was knowledgeable and courteous. He really helped us choose a dishwasher that would meet our needs. Matt and Sam installed our dishwasher today. They were very neat, kind and took pride in their work. I purchased a gas range. Caleb was very professional and kind. He kept me up to date on delivery date. The installers were Nikolas and Dre. They called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived at exactly the time they gave me. Nikolas and Dre were very professional, informative, efficient and kind. They installed the oven correctly and took time to protect my floors and my cabinets. They tested each part of the range and instructed me to call at anytime if I needed assistance. I definitely recommend this company and the installers.

Purchased a down draft Kitchen Aide stove from Quinn. It took 10 months to arrive (no fault of Quinn’s). Once it was received, Quinn Appliances called and scheduled installation. It was a difficult install but Quinn Appliances sent along a contractor with their installation team and completed the job in no time and did it correctly. While we were not happy about waiting 10 months for the stove, we were very pleased with the response and communication during that time. I will definitely use Quinn again in the future.

There was a slight issue when the items were delivered but the staff went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved. My wife and I had a bad experience purchasing a washer and dryer from one of the local box stores. In short, it was a mess. A week to deliver (which we knew before purchasing), both pieces showed up for delivery damaged, and the manufacturer cancelled our reorder and never notified of us of this action. We left the box store with arrangements for our refund (apparently they can immediately give you your money back), went to Quinn and made a purchase. Two business days later, we had an installed washer and dryer. We expected buying local would be much more expensive but that was not the case.

Mr. Tillman is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was so helpful with my 48 inch hybrid stove from Italy. This was a completely new stove for me. He made sure that I knew everything was safe with the gas cook top ranges. I even got a tutorial on usage and cleaning. This company should be your appliace repair company.

From getting quotes to getting installation they made the process so easy. While I was not in the market for Kitchen appliances, but a new Clothes washer which they do carry those as well. I started off looking around, and Soon Steve Hartwell who showed me their different models of Washer that fell within my criteria. He gave me a full quote taxes, and all for it rather than a guesstimate. Their price beat out the other major appliance sellers in the area such as sears, Home depot, or Lowes by a long shot. Their install price even being more expensive included all the hardware for the washer Braided stainless steel hoses, and removal disposal of the old one. They worked with my schedule for the install rather than me having to request a day off at work for it to get installed, and The Installer Charlie Kemp was Great. He showed up on time, Was pleasent to me, and was very detail oriented on the install ensuring the washer was perfectly level. Even when it was close enough he still made minor adjustments to get it perfect. He explained the features on my washer, and explained the basic maintenance cycle that was a feature on the washer. I was treated great, and with respect even for such a meager purchase of one of their cheaper Washing machines. Me, and the wife decided if we were to ever move to a new house we know where we are going for our appliances. Thanks everyone at Quinn's for such a great Job.

We were in the market for a new refrigerator and was trying the lowes and home depot route. It was the columbus day sale and both places had good prices comparing them to each other. After walking around for around 30 mins, we finally hit the "we need help button" at lowes. We found out they didnt have the one we wanted and it would be 4-5 weeks. We were referred to Quinn Appliance in Midland Plaza. We showed up at 5:50pm and they closed at 6. My wife handed John a list of refrigerators we were looking at. He honestly answered the prices lowes and home depot had were better than he could get. I then asked him what he could do for the brands they carried. He smiled and said i can probably beat thwm all, AND HE DID!! We got a unit that was priced at 1400 at lowes and home depot for 1300 which included the service plan, installation, and hauling away our old one! We were exstatic!!! Upon delivery, the guys came in and were friendly, EARLY, and absolutely amazing about setting up. They even purged the water system, gave me some tips on how to use, and who to call if we had an issue. With service like this, I will be a long time customer!
