These guys are great. We needed a new dryer and had multiple bad experiences with Lowe's and Home Depot in terms of incompetence, unprofessionalism, etc., and were exasperated when a fellow church member of ours recommended Bradford. They ordered the dryer that we wanted, delivered & installed it, & they did so in a professional, competent, and friendly manner. They may be a little more expensive than the "big box" stores, but I found them to be worth it. We plan to use them again in the future. Buy from somebody who cares about their customers.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you DIY folks to find parts, and help troubleshooting your broken appliances. They keep a large inventory of common parts, and can order hard to find items, and usually have them in store the following day! They don't have a big fancy showroom, but they do offer a Big selection of New Appliances for your home, at very compatible prices, with delivery and set-up services included.
