Now having settled in our new to us home, we replaced the washer and dryer a year ago and today Warner Stellian delivered our new kitchen appliance package. Each interaction over the past 4 years was exceptional. From the sales team to warehouse personnel and today I received my first delivery. The crew was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Having multiple experiences over a few years, I would highly recommend Warner Stellian for any of your needs. Well done!

I ordered a gas range from Warners' and within a week and a half, it was installed. The ordering process was very simple, the delivery/installers were helpful and professional (and quick), and I had no issues at any point in the process. Their prices were on par with the other retailers that I looked at before purchasing, but Warners' offered an optional 10-year major component warranty, which nobody else had. Overall, very good experience.

Told to expect a 2-5pm delivery of my clothes washer. They were there at 2:01 installed my new one, took out my old one and gone by 2:30. Cost extra for new hook up and taking the old washer, but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Long story short, we had ordered a refrigerator from another appliance store and due to supply chain issues the delivery was delayed for 5 months. It became apparent that we needed to look elsewhere. I did a Google search for the model of fridge we had originally purchased through the other store and found it on the Warners' Stellian web site. I chatted with your salesperson, Lucas Marcroft, who quickly confirmed that there were 7 of the brand and model in stock in your warehouse. From the onset of that conversation to the decision to purchase the fridge from you the experience was seamless and exceedingly easy! Lucas did a fantastic job answering any questions I had in a very quick and timely manner! We took delivery of our new fridge yesterday, 1/17/2022, and I am happy to say we are very satisfied and would look to Warners' Stellian for any future appliance needs we have.

They've got the same stuff as home depot or best buy, but usually better delivery times, and price match. Their delivery is better than HD, they give a better window and you can track it online - never had a bad experience with their delivery. I think that the delivery people actually are warner stellian employees as opposed to some sort of subcontractors which seems to lead to more reliable and timely delivery - I'm pretty sure the same person has done a few of my deliveries. They're always friendly and prompt.

Amazing customer service! I ordered an oven and the next day all the paper work was sent and the delivery was scheduled. They messaged me the day before to let me know an approximate time for delivery. They called me 40 min before the delivery and they were on time, it was great so I didn't have to wait around. Went online picked one out and could have purchased it then, but decided to call and ask about delivery timing and other options. the fellow on the phone was polite and did all the work and answered all my questions. Communication after the order was great. Emails and phone calls came through with delivery date and time. When they were driving over they called to let me know. The scheduled time had a 2 hour window, but the delivery team came right at the top of the window, no extra waiting. They took my old fridge away and put the new one in at no extra fee. Their prices are comparable with larger stores, Lowes, Home Depot, etc and they are based here in MN. Installation of gas appliances is cheaper than those other stores since they use 3rd party contractors. Customer service is great and I've already bought 2 appliances here.

Took several months for our refrigerator to be delivered but we had some odd dimension requirements and supply chain issues due to Covid. Once it was in stock however they notified me and scheduling delivery went smoothly. Delivery guys did a great job, they had to remove the refrigerator door hinges in addition to an actual door in our home, to get it into our kitchen. They came prepared and did all the necessary work, reinstalled everything and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the purchase and delivery operation.

Got all new appliances for a small rental property. Shopping online worked better than in person. Delivery and installation was easy. I wish they handled the rebates and stuff for us.

Good machine. Good salesman who, however, oversold the need for water hammer arrestors. These are not always necessary as the water lines will absorb the majority of jolts. We never had a single problem with our old commercial Maytag which ran for 26 years. This is the company's way of increasing sales and profits for an often unneeded product. There is no city code requiring them to my knowledge. This Speed Queen is a commercial grade washer which should be able to handle the stress. The installation team made three mistakes: 1) They reversed the hot and cold hoses. The crew ran a test cycle so this should have been caught. For me to do my first cold water wash, I had to put the selector on HOT. 2) They took away our newer lint trap and stainless-steel hose clamp leaving no lint trap in place. Who runs a washer without a lint trap? 3) They failed to re-set the four plastic floor protectors we had under the old machine. Those are there to protect the linoleum floor when moving the washer for cleaning behind it or to work on it. The supervisor asked if I wanted the crew back to correct its errors. Duh? I just paid top dollar for a commercial machine, delivery, installation, and removal of the old machine. I agreed to get rid of the packaging to save the recycling fee. I don't know if this occurred. I could take care of all these goofs myself but why am I paying Warners' Stellian for this?

From start to finish, Warners’ Stellian has been phenomenal. When the dishwasher motor on the unit in my home finally died after ~10 years of use, I started shopping around for a new unit. Unfortunately, due to COVID, there is currently a shortage on most affordable black dishwashers. After having 3 orders cancelled by other companies due to backorders, my dad recommended WS who he had purchased his washer and dryer from. From the start, the customer service team provided a great deal of help finding a black unit to match my other appliances that had all the functions I wanted and was within my budget. In fact, WS had more units in stock in black than any other store I had looked at. Once I ordered the unit, I received an email, phone call, and text confirming my delivery day, and stating that one day prior, I’d receive a 2-hour window. My delivery window ended up being in the middle of the day, which is fine since I work from home. About 45 minutes before the start of the scheduled time, I received a call stating that the delivery drivers could squeeze me in about 30 minutes early if that worked. It did, and so I waited to let them in. They arrived exactly when they said they would, carefully removed my old unit, carefully brought in the new unit, placed it where I requested, and left. The entire process took less than 15 minutes and both delivery staff were very professional and helpful. I did not use WS for installation, but I know my father had for his appliances and said that this went well too. I would 10/10 use WS again for future appliance purchases and delivery, and will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know in need of new appliances.

The salesman was professional and worked with us to ensure our purchase total was within the designated amount given by our insurance company, which was great! Delivery was scheduled for a Saturday. The delivery team arrived over an hour after the original window provided, which was thankfully a non-issue for us. We were able to track their location and they called when they were on their way. Upon arrival, the installer proceeded to let himself into the laundry room through the garage without as much as a "hello". (I had opened the garage door prior to their arrival.) After the team was here for about an hour, we were informed the dryer we were to have installed was not on the truck. The old dryer had already been unhooked so I told the team they could just cover up the vent and take the old dryer with them rather than hooking it all back up. We were rescheduled for a Tuesday delivery. A new team arrived on Tuesday and the dryer was installed. Overall, despite the hiccups, our dryer is installed and working well. Update: The delivery supervisor called a few days after delivery to discuss what happened in order to research the issue to provide additional training to employees where needed.
