I ended up needing a part for my dryer and thought it was a thermal fuse. I brought that in and the staff tested it right there and said mine was good. Tony talked with me after I described what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable and knew was the issue was right away. Even used a In-store model explaing the steps to get to the part. Bought the part and everything is working like new! Highly recommend this place! Thanks guys!

Our refrigerator went out, and Tony appliance had the refrigerator in stock that we were looking for. I worked with the sales rep Stephanie, and she was amazing. She helped us get our refrigerator by the next day. The installers were also exceptional. We had a few feet of snow that was dumped on us from the prior day, and had not yet shoveled the front entrance, and the installer grabbed my shovel and shoveled it out. He did not have to do that, I was shocked by how friendly and kind the two gentleman were. I love my refrigerator and hope that the appliance keeps it’s worth, but If a problem arises I am so happy that we would be able to work with Tony appliance because they maintenance their 1 year warranty :)

Excellent experience with Tony's. My dishwasher crapped out and I needed a new one. Most of the big name stores were out of products and not conveniently scheduling. Enter Tony's, who had extremely knowledgeable salespeople who were able to point me in the direction of a good washer but even had next day installation. They texted before the appointment and were in and out in under an hour. I could not recommend Tony's more and will definitely be back for any appliance needs I have.

From the beginning of my journey to purchase a new washer & dryer Tony's made it such a peaceful & respectful process. I wish there was more I could say to the crew at Tony's besides THANK YOU!! The salesperson was so thoughtful and kind and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE - She answered ALL my questions, gave me her opinions and entertained my granddaughter by jumping into her imagination & story with the fish in their aquarium while I agonized trying to make a decision. My husband has just recently passed away and my heart was heavy not being able to bounce the differences of machines off him or just buying "me" something! Everyone at Tony's were so caring and did not push me. When we went back to take the plunge, not only was there the fish but also Bob the Bulldog. Bob was just as kind as everyone else. The journey continued to the day the machines were delivered. I was so impressed with the time and again knowledge that the delivery men carried with them along with the machines. They made sure the venting for the dryer was safe and replaced the venting. They were thoughtful of any lint that fell on the floor. They were so respectful when I started crying from being overwhelmed at that moment. Missing sharing my excitement with my husband, that I didn't have to go to the laundromat any more and remembering when my husband & I got our first set 33 yrs before and felt just as excited. From the beginning to the continuing journey, washing clothes whenever I want, it was/is the BEST experience. I would recommend Tony's to anyone who wants quality products, working with people who KNOW THEIR STUFF and who don't want to be just a number! The sales staff/customer service, the delivery technicians, it's hard to understand how they could get so many great people at one company!! But, then again watching Tony run through the store with my granddaughter and Bob the Bulldog smiling and jogging behind. What do you expect - Home - People who care about your home almost as much as you!

The shopping experience at Tony's was excellent. The sales woman who assisted me in selecting and buying a Speed Queen washer set was knowledgeable and friendly. My washer and dryer were delivered by Kevin and Marquis, who have spoiled me on anything less than friendly, excellent and professional service. My previous washer (NOT purchased at Tony's) had been leaking and had been serviced twice by the company I bought it from. The leaking had left a huge mess under each appliance which I stupidly insisted in cleaning myself (Tony's will clean under appliances they replace as part of the delivery, isn't that wonderful?) It was way nastier than anticipated but they respected me getting it done until I could not replace some concrete blocks that elevate the dryer. They then stepped in and finished the task, then installed the dryer, made sure the lines were connected including going outside to check the vent while it was running. They repeated the process with the washer, making sure all lines were connected and secured and asked if they could run a load to ensure any production oils were out and wouldn't impact my first load of laundry. After showing me a few things and asking if I had questions, they left with a cash tip that I wish was bigger (I didn't have any more cash) and some cookies and much gratitude. As soon as they left I called the store to sing their praises. Thanks Tony's!!! The next time I need an appliance you will be my one and only call.

I found an in stock refrigerator and microwave I liked online. When I arrived both were still in stock and the sale was completed in less than 10 minutes. To my surprise they were able to arrange delivery the following day. Both the sales and delivery staff were friendly and professional. AC went out Saturday night before the 4th of July. So happy that Tony’s was open Monday morning so I could pickup a capacitor and install it within minutes. They were so helpful on the phone in identifying the right part I needed and had it ready for pickup immediately. I truly appreciate the service they provided from phone call to pickup! My husband went in looking for a new water heater on Wednesday and we were scheduled for installation the following Monday! The team at the store was very helpful in the initial part of this process, as we are new homeowners. The installation took about an hour, and the guys even arrived early! They were both very nice and professional, and described the follow up process with the city in detail. The appliance and labor was competitively priced, if not better than other companies and chain stores in the area. We were very happy overall and will come back to Tony's for our next appliance purchase!

I urgently needed to buy a new washing machine. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by the sales staff. Their prices were great and they were able to deliver and install my washer the next week. The two men who delivered and installed my washer were great! Hands down the best customer service. I spent all day shopping those big box stores for what I wanted only to discover hidden fees and long wait times for delivery. Not with Tony's! Within minutes I had an order placed for EXACTLY what I wanted and a delivery set up for the very next day. Delivery was prompt and professional and the guys were careful with walls and corners. They even swept up the space under the old washer/dryer before putting the new ones in place. Delivery guys even had advice for the new setup to ensure perfect use every time. Will buy from them again and again.

I would highly recommend Tony’s Appliance! They are are you nice and helpful. I tried fixing my dryer myself but the part I thought I needed was over $240.00. Tony explained to me he didn’t think that was the problem and the part I thought I needed could not be returned. I tried a way cheaper option of what it could be and that was not it either. All in all we ended up having to buy a new dryer with but saved $240.00 on a part that would not have fixed the problem. I bought my new dryer from them and they were extremely helpful.

Heather in the office is so helpful. I have been meaning to write this review for a few months. I reached out to Tony's Appliances and spoke to Heather. She was so helpful with the measuring of my fridge and stove and made the entire process so simple. She gave me her cell phone number to send her pictures as my fridge's size was confusing. I would text her and even when she was not working, she would reach out to her co workers to get back to me. She always has great customer service and is always more than happy to help. It is so nice to get great service, and I am glad I did not go to Best Buy or Home Depot, as the service would not be as good. Tony came out to install the fridge and stove, and did a great job. They were able to make the appointment in a timely manner and set a window between 10-1pm. I got a call from the technician and he was here right at 10am. I have a long history of buying all sorts of things form Tony's Appliance and I have always been pleasantly pleased with their prices, selection and customer service. Their appliance service business is exceptional especially when my furnace doesn't fire up on the coldest days or my air conditioner went out on the hottest. Tony is always there to help me out and the cost is always lower than I expected. I would never buy an appliance from a place that does not provide in home service because the quality doesn't matter to them as much.

Hot water heater went out on Sunday morning. Called Tony’s and got a call back that afternoon. He was booked solid for Monday, but if I was willing he would come out at 5:30 in the morning and install a new one. I was all for that to get a new hot water heater. He was here right at 5:30 am and 1 1/2 hours later I had a new one installed. Now that’s what you call great service.

We called Tony's to replace our 1987 air conditioner. They were responsive to my initial email, scheduled a convenient time to come and measure to determine the correct size, and provided 3 options well within our budget. They were friendly and respectful of our home during the measurement and installation. When looking in the furnace room, the installer noticed water on the floor from our water softener and immediately said it wasn't working. Instead of trying to sell us a new softener, he looked closer and found a couple of clips had been dislodged. He fixed them, no extra charge. Service like this is hard to find with the big box stores. We like to shop locally and we certainly found our appliance store. Thank you!

I don’t often write reviews about service, but my experience today was so good that I wanted others to know. The service guy, Scott, is a rock star in my opinion. Super knowledgeable, explained why things break and how he fixed it. Was friendly, polite and efficient. Pricing was fair. My Samsung laundry washing machine was having trouble and getting an error message. It’s hard to know which repair people are good or not so good. I’d highly recommend Tony’s to anyone. Wish I had bought the appliances from them in the first place, but went with the big companies and big websites as the place I bought. Those companies have delivery and install employees that are just doing their job. Scott from Tony’s was really really good. Next time I’ll for sure choose Tony’s.

I used to think that it was better to buy from the big box stores than an independent like Tony's. because the price would be better. I thought that until I ran into a warranty situation with a big box store and it was a disaster! So i went with Tony's, because their own maintenance crew will come out immediately if an appliance breaks while under warranty. Then to my surprise, I found Tony's prices were at or below the big box stores as well as Amazon. Now I am a loyal customer of Tony's and I look to them to satisfy my appliance needs.

I can't say enough good stuff! Way above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced! A lot of companies should take a lesson from Tony's! I went in Tony's Appliance at 11:30, purchased a washing machine which was installed the same day! Also, while James and Jonah were at my place installing the washing machine, they measured for a microwave, went back to the store to pick it up and installed that for me too! Very considerate, efficient and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable also. I will be back, there's no doubt about that!

I purchased a Green Mountain Grill from them this spring. They were great to work with. They assembled the grill and delivered it and put it in my garage just as I had asked. They also beat a competitors offer when buying a new grill, all I had to do was ask. I recently started having an issue with the grill and I called the store. They had Tony call me back, even though he was out of the office, to answer my questions. I ended up having to call Green Mountain to get it resolved but Tony was very kind and offered to call and resolve the issue if I could not get through. He followed up with me to see what the resolution was so that he could use that information with future customer calls if he received them. Have really enjoyed working with Tony and all the folks at Tony's Appliance. Will continue to buy pellets and accessories there for my grill. Will recommend to friends as well.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Honestly. Our central air was down for the count. After another local business flaked out, we called up Tony's Appliance on the recommendation of friends. Tony and crew were TOP NOTCH. They went through our entire system before making any recommendations/changes. Their prices are fair, open, and honest. Our house is cool all thanks to Tony and his wonderful team. We'll be using Tony's Appliance in the future not only for HVAC, but for all our appliance needs...heck, I haven't even bought an appliance from them....but the next time I need one...I'll be going to Tony's. Wonderful customer service with integrity in what they do! Tony's installed a carrier humidifier in my existing heating system. From the initial estimate, which provided a DETAILED breakdown of the cost, to the actual installation I could not have been more impressed. Can't say enough good things about Tony's. They've been repairing our old appliances for the past 20 years. There has never been a push or hard sell for us to replace an appliance when it can be fixed. However, we recently ran into a situation where our oven died and had to be replaced. Without going into the details, it turned out to be really hard to find a replacement that would fit and even that was no easy task. It looked like we might have to tear out cabinetry. Tony measured once, twice and re-measured again and then went back to the store to measure the actual pieces in the one potential replacement. It was close but it worked and we are so thankful for Tony being willing to go the extra mile for us. You can trust Tony's.

Both my oven and refrigerator failed on the same day this summer. I called Tony's at 8:30am and they sent someone out before noon. He was able to repair the oven, but suggested the fridge was beyond help. I talked with the repair guy and called over to the store, and they offered great advice about model, fit and even color. It was delivered and installed before 2pm, and at a very reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable, and I found the service to be top notch. I couldn't be happier with my new fridge, and would recommend Tony's to anyone looking for new appliances or appliance repair.

Long story short....we purchased two appliances from Best Buy on May 16th. By June 16th we had only received 1 of the appliances, were delivered the wrong appliance twice, rescheduled 4 times, spent over 10 hours on the phone with customer service. Tonys Appliance....Called and placed our order June 16th and we received our fridge today June 18th. Also it was less than what were going to pay at BB for it. Hands down the greatest experience ever when it has come to buying appliances. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will be buying all of our appliances from Tony's from here on out!

I ordered our replacement KitchenAid counter top unit over the telephone from Tony's because their web site gave me all the dimensions, features, specifications and pricing information needed for me to make the best choice. And, they agreed to take our 17 year old KitchenAid microwave unit for disposal purposes at no charge. Their pricing was just as competitive as that at the big box stores, without having to acceptrr a $25 credit on another new VISA credit card (which I didn't want). I will recommend Tony's to my friends & will return there again myself as needed.

Tony's Appliance is a GREAT place to buy from! Buying a new wall oven was confusing. They came and looked at my old oven and wall opening to make sure the new oven could be installed there. I got financing, they built a little support so the slightly smaller oven would work there, and they removed and recycled my old wall oven. They are really nice people to deal with! Go with your local neighbor guys and gals at Tony's! They will make you happy!

They’ve made a customer for life - had a busted valve on our water heater which caused a leak and called the number that happened to be listed on its side, which was Tony. We were floored by the awesome service- he went above and beyond by helping us not only with the heater but also with an issue we asked about for the furnace (fully fixed it easily) He even noticed an issue with the washer drain and fixed it- and best of all he SHOWED us how to maintain and fix this stuff. He clearly knows his craft well. Worth every cent, and they’ve earned a customer for life.

I had my AC go out on Sunday morning, and I determined that I needed a capacitor. I called all over and no one was open to sell me a part, they wanted to come out and do an emergency service (>$200). Tony's was OPEN, and I drove 30 miles to get this part, which was less than $30, and fixed it myself. They were kind, professional, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this business to anyone! We had a different company come look at an air conditioner and they told us our water heater was leaking as well and need to be replaced for a hefty charge. We found Tony's about six years ago when my outside freezer went on the blink full of food for a huge gathering. Picked up a new one and had it delivered and stocked the same day. Since then, its been a fridge, dishwasher, stove, water softener etc. Nothing but the best in customer service. Recommend them to everyone I know!

As I found myself looking at Grills at 7:30 in the morning, I was having a hard time finding the Daniel Boone WiFi - by GMG, in stock locally. No websites seemed to let me talk to someone by phone or to tell me if they indeed had stock on the item I wanted. Then poof....Tony's Appliances popped up in a Google search. Immediately attracted by their Happy, Bright, and Fun Logo, I clicked through to their site. Not only did I find that they had it in stock without talking to anyone, I was also able to pick up my phone and at 7:45 AM communicate to a more than cheerful employee, whom clearly understood what Tonys stood for, that I would be ion to pick one up that day. After driving to Tony's I was greeted with an amazing showroom, friendly atmosphere, and the girl whom I chatted with earlier. They answer the phone, they come as soon as possible (often the same day you call). They can service a plethora of appliances and they can also sell you what you want/need. My dryer went out this weekend. We recently moved here from Arizona and did not know who to call. We found Tony's online and called. They had someone out right away Monday morning. Jeremy was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained and showed me what the problem was with my dryer. He fixed the dryer and the dryer is quieter now than before it broke, amazing! I asked him a question about my washer and he took the time to show me what to look for and how to properly take care of the washer to extend its life. Jeremy is awesome and I will use them again with other appliances as needed.
