Bought a new fridge. Prices were comparable. Fascinating antiques in the entryway. Sales guy was okay. They gave no deal, and charged for delivery, recycling, and installation. We were burnt out after too many stores and just said f<#& it. Best place, maybe not, but they did get the sale.

Service was really good. After leaving Home Depot and Menards because nobody cared to help us with a refrigerator. We had service immediately at AC Carlson. Price was in the ball park as well. All questions were answered professionally and delivery went smoothly.

Without exception, they always exceed the expectations of my tenants and family. Gordy, Dave and Dan are true customer service professionals. We will definitely continue going to A.C. I grew up going to A/C Carlson with my family to meet our home appliance needs. Against my better judgement, and out of desperation I got a fridge from a local box store, only to need to cycle through 3 more before pulling the plug on them. Lynne was incredibly understanding and helpful. She met all of the needs on my checklist and was very patient in the process (I admit I was frazzled with the ordeal leading up to my visit.) I should have followed my initial instinct and cut to the chase, though the other company facilitated the 3 consecutive sales, A/C Carlson and Lynne saved the day. We live out a ways, and knowing I can count on them gives me no reason to even question where to go in the future. Delivery was great too, very personable guys! Thank you for showing true class and customer care!

Stopped to see about a replacement gas range. Lynne was most helpful. Took time to learn our needs and wants. Then showed us what was possible discussing features against our list. Not pushy or high pressured. Pricing the same as from the big box places. Overall a very nice (not yet bought) shopping experience.

Friendly employees and amazing customer service. Incredibly helpful on a Saturday when our dryer suddenly died (naturally right when we had many loads ready to do), other stores closed before 1pm but they were open until 3pm. We gave them a call and they were so personable and confirmed they had the part before we hurried over. We got the dryer fixed 👍🏼 and their friendly and helpful service left such a great impression on us. We will definitely call on them again with any issues in the future.

We were looking for a solution for freezer in our garage as the newer ones can not handle the winters in Minnesota. We were shown several options at AC Carlson and we plenty surprised that we were able to get our new freezer delivered within 3 days after the order.

My husband & I just had a AC wall unit installed today. It looks nice and works great. The guy who installed it was nice,funny & careful. He showed us how to work the remote and how to clean the filter. He explained to us all about the AC and how to use it. He got the job done correctly & etc. He did a great job. Let me start by saying its refreshing to deal with a company that cares! We came to AC after a poor experience with the other chain appliance store in the area. When we got to the store it was busy but Matt wrapped up with the customer he was helping and helped my wife and I. Let me tell you Matt is top notch. Not pushy at all, personable, and asked the right questions to help guide us through the buying process. A day after the appliances were delivered he gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was correct and that we were happy with our purchase. Do yourself a favor and skip the head ache of shopping around, they are competitively priced and have far better customer service than any of the other shops in the area. Bottom line is i will go to AC for all my future appliance needs, and you should too!

I wish I could give a 5 star review because Gordy in sales is just awesome— he’s knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery experience was awful. The one installer was incredibly rude but what I’m most upset about is that they damaged my house. All they had to do was haul the old washer right out but instead they stopped at the exit door and damaged the trim to my stairway. AC Carlon was 40 dollars higher than Warner Stellian but I decided to give them a chance because sales was really great but now I paid 40 bucks extra to deal with a crabby and rude installer and to fix and repaint the trim in my house. On the up side the washer is nice and works but I’d hesitate to buy from them again because my house was damaged.

My husband and I just took delivery of a new grill and microwave today. Our experience with AC Carlson was top notch in every way. First, Matt was very informative via text with information about grills. When we stopped in the store to eyeball them, he was extremely helpful - plenty of information and absolutely no hype or pushiness. Luke, the installer, brought Matt along to remove our old grill and install the new, as well as set up the microwave. They were good-natured, efficient and answered all our questions. I now know where we'll go in the future for any and all appliance purchases.

Had ordered a dishwasher from Bestbuy and knew I had to wait. The day came and they postponed, that new day came and they postponed a month. I angrily cancelled my order and searched for what I wanted out there in stock and came across AC Carlson. They had exactly what I wanted, in stock, comparable price. Delivered 2 days later BUT they opened the box before coming in the house and it was DENTED. They called it in, and said they had another in stock and would deliver later. Which they did. Great Service, had what I wanted, paid what I wanted. I can’t imagine trying a big box store again. Highly recommend.

A little more expensive than the scratch & dent clearance places, but absolutely worth it. The salesmen here are knowledgeable and readily teach you. I was also impressed with both salesmen from my two visits. Both salesmen were approachable, very proper in manors, and could read body language to know when to walk away and give us space for a while as we discussed whether or not to buy and which one. Lastly, they offered same day delivery and the delivery people were helpful & courteous. :-)

I bought 4 appliances for my kitchen, Rod the salesman was very nice, and helpful there was no high pressure sales pitch he was knowledgeable about the appliances. The delivery guys were terrific! They took great care in not scratching my floors and went over basic instructions of my new digital stove and fridge. They were friendly and professional! One last thing, I had to call as I am somewhat technically challenged... I spoke with I believe Matt who walked me through how to use my microwave he was very kind and patient! I would highly recommend considering purchasing an appliance at this family owned business!

Dave went above and beyond from explaining all my options and prices to unbelievable service. He treated me like a family member. The prices were competitive with great quality. I was referred to AC Carlson by a colleague when planning my kitchen remodel. I was on a limited budget, so I needed to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I browsed the website first to get ideas before actually going to the store and noticed they had a page highlighting promotions. I was able to plan out which appliances I could purchase together to get the highest rebate. Once I made my way out to the showroom, the sales people were very welcoming and knowledgeable (and not pushy like most can be!). They helped make sure I picked the right appliances to take advantage of my rebate. Scheduling delivery was a breeze, and when my beautiful new appliances were delivered, the drivers were the perfect blend of professional and friendly! Highly recommended! Plus, it's always best to shop local :)

This place is awesome. 5 years ago we bought a foreclosed house which had no refrigerator. By chance we stopped in at A. C. and because of the overall atmosphere we ordered a refrigerator which was going to take a few days. Given we had nothing Dave delivered a loanerwho does that??? Now in need of a microwave and for us there is no other option. Thank you!!!!

Made a phone call to see about delivery options and Gordie told me to come in and check things out. Was greet as I walked in and then shown the refrigerators. He would check cost and stock before making a decision. Found the refrigerator and he made delivery happen the following day due to my refrigerator going out the night before.

We recently bought a Dishwasher and a Clothes Washer/Dryer combo unit. The salesman was helpful. Both units were delivered and installed within one week of purchase. We had the units installed at two different locations and two different installers were involved. Both installers were friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend AC Carlson.
