The best appliance repair service, period. Don’t look anywhere else. I will only choose them from now on. My story: my GE washer had issues and needed repair. Every other place I contacted just took my number and told me they couldn’t schedule me for at least a week. But that morning Dalius was texting me collecting details on the problem, offering times and even trying to arrange same-day service if he could squeeze it in. A few hours later Ivan showed up, diagnosed the problem as needing a part that likely would take a few days to get. But he managed to find one, pick it up, and install it in the same day! Machine is now running great! Their honesty and integrity is top-notch. Their responsiveness is unmatched. Their costs are very competitive. Their work is fantastic. Thanks guys!

What a great company! They were able to look at our freezer much sooner than they thought they could. Ivan came out late afternoon, and he was so thorough and patient. Our fridge is in a difficult spot to access, but he found a way to get to the problem and fix the issue we had been having for way too long. This is a great story my neighbor was getting her dryer fixed I was outside and noticed my face plate on the bottom of my car was hanging off did not have the tools to remove said hanging plate, I saw Ivan coming to his van and he stopped to help me! He was very sweet very helpful and kind. The definition of a good samaritan look at God he puts people in the right places and Ivan is a care awesome individual!!! Expedient Service and Quality work. Called 8 am on Monday after dryer stopped heating Sunday afternoon. Ivan returned my call at 9:30 am and was at my house at 10 am. Diagnosed and replaced faulty thermostat and cleaned my dryer vent which likely caused the thermostat failure. Ivan was finished by 10:45 AM that same day. 2 hr 45 min turn around from initial call to repair made. Recommend.

He’s come out twice; once for our Viking gas range and once for KitchenAid dishwasher. Excellent service both times. Takes the time to really diagnose problem. Dishwasher problem was just reset in control board. No costly parts replacement. Highly recommended.

I hardly ever write online reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with My Appliance Fixed. I just wish more companies would be like this one. If so, our lives would be so much easier. They responded quickly to my call. They arrived when they said they would with a text telling me they were 15 minutes out. The technician (Dalius) was clearly very, very competent. He quickly said that the problem with my dishwasher was going to be one of two issues. One was going to cost a lot of money (the control board) while the other would not require any parts and could be fixed very easily. Fortunately, for me it was the simpler (and cheaper) fix! Dallas could have very easily told me that I needed a new control board and made more money and I would not have been any wiser, but he did the best thing for me, the client. I will be calling them for all future appliance repairs (but hopefully not anytime soon). My experience with them was great!

I let them know what issue was with dishwasher and was told that they would follow up with me on Monday to schedule a time to come in on Tuesday or Wednesday. Found their website and what is nice is that they have a form to fill out for you to describe your problem so when they call back, they are familiar with what repairs you may need. Filled it out Sunday evening; Dalius called Monday morning, and set up a Tuesday appointment. He was very nice and friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. He was finished fixing my oven within a half an hour! Highly recommend this company and will most certainly call again if I need anything else repaired.

Dalius was very polite and honest. He introduced himself and took his shoes off immediately upon entering the house. He did a thorough diagnosis of our dishwasher and ordered the replacement part, which took about a week to be delivered. He was available at convenient hours to install the part. The part came in the wrong color, but he offered to order the correct color immediately. There is a 30 day warranty on repair work.

I highly recommend Dalius Berukstis/My Appliance Fixed. He is knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, courteous, and I feel his rates are reasonable. My inexpensive 2 year old refrigerator was running warm. He diagnosed the problem. He told me that he could only do a temporary fix, and that I would have the same problem in maybe a year, so I should just consider buying a new fridge instead. He explained the problem so I could make an informed decision. I won't hesitate to call him in the future with any appliance issues.

I had an old refrigerator/vending machine that stopped cooling. It was either the compressor, or low/no freon. The unit was unique, and NO one wanted to work on compressors, or recharge with freon on older machines. Dallas came out and looked at it, and as the compressor was running, we agreed to recharge it. Ten minutes later, it was running,and starting to cool down. He said he also works on ALL appliances! Sharp, courteous family man! Highly recommended!

If there were more rating stars, I would give 10 stars!! I called to have someone come out and fix my washer which was not agitating properly. I spoke to Dalius who was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I gave some information about my washer to him over the phone, and he stated that he could come out to my house in 45 minutes to an hour. Dalius arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and fixed the washer within 30 minutes. For people who are concerned in having a new and unknown service man in your home, let me just say that I've never had such a wonderful experience with such quick results. Dalius is a cut above the rest when it comes to honest and reliable service, not to mention the 30 day warranty on parts and service. Please don't waste your time calling anyone else, Dalius is the one to call first. Thanks for such a positive experience.

My appliance fixed handled my situation very well. I had a dryer that wasn't working. They found the ignitor was out so they replaced it, and it was working. unfortunately that night the ignitor went out. I called them and they came in to diagnose the problem without labor charge. It turned out it was the control board. Ivan came back to replace the board come to found out it was damaged in shipping He came back a final time today and everything was working. Even though it took multiple visits it really wasn't their fault. They didn't charge me for labor after the first day and came back multiple times to resolve my dryer issue. Dallas, my repair man was great! I have an off brand duel fuel double oven and he was able to diagnose, order the part from NY, and fix all within 6 days. An honest man...the bill came in 125.00 less than quoted because it apparantly was easier to replace the part than anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Really happy with the service I received from Dallas. He was able to come out the day after I called and was patient and thorough explaining what was going on with my washing machine and freezer. He explained how I can increase the longevity of my washer and said he'd be willing to make recommendations for a new one when the time comes, as well as my options for replacing my ice maker in the future. He also checked in via text a week later to make sure the repairs were still working well! I got a slight discount for having 2 appliances looked at, and pricing seemed very fair. Friendly, professional, and I felt comfortable having him in my condo while home alone. Would recommend this company!
