Our two year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher that we purchased from Milwaukee Appliance was having intermittent problems stopping during the wash cycle. I called for service on a Monday and the service technician was here the next day, diagnosed the electrical problem and fixed it within an hour. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and the repair cost very reasonable.

This review was 4 months in the making, and I could easily have written a novel, but I will keep it concise and accurate. Polite, committed, patient, understanding, caring and honest are all words that accurately describe Milwaukee Appliance and all of its ownership and staff. When you combine their business model that includes having their own delivery crew and own repair staff with their overall way of conducting day to day business, well, this is the only place for all of your appliance needs! If they don’t have it, they will find it. Given the supply line and labor issues we are living through, Milwaukee Appliance made things happen and clearly believe in providing nothing but top-notch customer service from sales and beyond your purchase.

Great job! I called a couple places about my oven door and the first question was "what brand is the oven?" I was told they didn't work on Samsung stoves - I never even got to describe the issue. When I called Milwaukee Appliance, there was never a question about the brand. They simply asked what was going on and asked for a good date and time for me. I was able to get an appt. the next day but opted for a couple days out. As promised the tech, Jason, contacted me the day before and we agreed on the time. Jason showed up wearing a mask, which is cool. I'm not overly concerned but I thought it was very professional. He was all smiles and personality! As I hoped and expected, the issue was very simple for him to fix - no parts needed - and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend them and will call again if needed. I just hope I get Jason again!

I ordered an extra oven rack over the phone. The service associate was courteous and efficient. He located our info and said he would order it and call me when it was ready to be picked up by me. The associate called about a week later. I picked up the rack, paid for it and was given a receipt. That took 3 minutes! Very nice people at Milwaukee Appliance.👍

Milwaukee Appliance, what can I say? We have just completed the purchase and delivery of our second full kitchen appliances, this time for the ‘In-Law Suite’ in our home. We were fortunate enough to be able to afford Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances – a wonderful upgrade at an affordable price! Several colleagues, neighbors and family members have purchased miscellaneous appliances for their homes (washers, dryers, dishwashers) and expressed nothing but complete satisfaction. The Pandemic has wreaked havoc with supply chains, but the crew at Milwaukee Appliance did everything they could to make sure that we were able to move into our ‘new space’. The owner even came out to ensure our satisfaction with the installation – when was the last time THAT happened at one of the ‘Big Box Stores’??? My wife keeps telling me I have to stop going up to customers in the appliance departments at ‘those stores’ and whispering that ‘the crew at Milwaukee Appliance will do better on price and service!’ Guess I’ll stop when they throw me out!!! Great price, great service, wonderful people that have EARNED my business and loyalty!

I initially had Milwaukee Appliance repair and service my dishwasher. They were incredibly fast and courteous. A few weeks later my dryer went out and they recommended a great scratch and dent model that saved us a good deal of money. I would highly recommend them when you are in the market for new appliances or great service!

Trust in the Workplace! - Tom provided my Wife and I with top notch service when choosing our new Kitchen Aid Range & Dishwasher. We couldn't be happier with our New Appliances. He provided top notch customer service in explaining our New Appliances Features/Benefits; and answered all of our questions to give us true Peace of Mind. When the time came for delivery, Drew & Gary were very polite and friendly during the entire installation procedure. They were very courteous while making sure they removed our old appliances without damaging anything in our kitchen. Once, our New Appliances were installed they explained how to use various settings on both the Range and Dishwasher; and made sure everything was in working order before they left. I will definitely be back to work with Tom and Milwaukee Appliance in the future. Thank You for Treating my Wife and I so well! A++++

An excellent experience. Went looking for a new refrigerator. They have a very large selection, especially "scratch and dent", in all types of configurations. But if the defect is on a side that will be hidden, like next to a cabinet, who cares??? We got a $1,600 refrigerator for $999, with a dent no one will ever see. And for $90, they will deliver and setup, take our current fridge to the basement and remove the basement one that puttered out. Definitely going back!!!

The service call to fix my washer went smooth up to the price point. I asked for a quote prior to service was told $40 for the in home estimate. I asked for their hourly rate and was not given a price. I think 60-90 per hr would be fair. All told I paid 170.00 for less than 1hrs work. I had a drainage clog and pins were loose on my front loader.

Milwaukee Appliance is THE best! When I have to call them, something is not working right in my world, and they ALWAYS come and ease my pain and get my appliance back in working order. We manage two households full of appliances and have had them here many times over the years. They have always been prompt, kind, extremely honest about replacing or repairing, also fair (we had an issue with an washer, and they handled the situations very fairly), They go above and beyond every time. We have also purchased many appliances from them, and have had great experiences each time. From the first call to the completed repair or install they are the ones our family trusts! Not sure if they're prices are the cheapest, but we were pleased with the outcome. They fixed our stove, which wasn't heating to the right temperature and sold us a dishwasher to take the place of our broken one. Initially, we had a few issues with the install, but they came back and fixed everything to perfection and were very reasonable.

Used our oven last night and it worked fine. Today, New Years Day, went to turn it on and it was completely dead. Despite being very busy, and getting ready to go on small vacation, owner came over to my home within a few hours, and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Said he didn't want to go on vacation and leave us without a working oven for 5-6 days. Total dedication to client. Truly appreciated!

We are beyond satisfied with both the service and quality of the products we purchased, and as far as price, they beat the competition by a mile. We bought a complete kitchenAid group fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher and after pricing it out online and at several local venders we chose to go with Milwaukee Appliance, Tom gave us the best price, no one was even close, he had a cabinet guy come out and cut down a cabinet and that too was done very professionally and extremely reasonable and on short notice. Tom has been very helpful all through the process and has been helpful as we look to replace a washer and dryer. I would highly recomened both Tom and Milwaukee appliance if you want a great deal and great customer service experience. On a side note the install crew was also top notch and went above and beyond with our install.

Went there looking for a New Washer as my old one died. Found what I was looking for at a better price than Home Depot, Lowes or Menards. They loaded in my vehicle for me and even included new water hoses for hook up. Will visit them again when I need another appliance.

Initially, I was very impressed, but the follow-up was quite poor. Asked for a call back as there were a couple of minor issues with the delivery, and over two weeks later I have received no return call. The customer service with the first visit was very good, so it was disappointing to not have the proper follow up.
