We were greeted promptly on arrival by Kurt, our friendly sales consultant. After determining our needs he quickly guided us to several options. He explained in detail the difference between makes and models. This allowed my wife and I to weigh the information and make a final choice based our our need. Kurt was helpful in thinking of all the minor details in making the new purchase functional in our kitchen (such as an external handle interfering with any drawers in the area of installation) Over all we were extremely happy with the sales process and would highly recommend this store to anyone. Spent hour after hour in the big box stores looking for an LG refrigerator, gas range, and microwave. It seemed like nobody had all 3 of what we were looking for in stock. Looked at Grand Appliances almost as a last resort. I had it in my head that they wouldn’t be price competitive. I don’t think Grand is a small business by any means, but in this case I believe they have somewhat turned the tables on the box stores because they have a much bigger inventory on the floor that you can see and prices that met or bettered the boxes. With knowledgeable sales associates, and quick delivery, do yourself a favor and consider them early in your search!

I needed a new dryer. I was helped as soon as I walked into the store. There were multiple dryers in the brand that I wanted. So I could actually see the different models. That’s hard to find these days in most stores. Delivery and Installation will be in a week. Staff was pleasant helpful and informative.

Stopped at the store on Layton Ave in Greenfield. Looking for a clearance or scratch and dent washer and dryer unit. Told the salesman that when we entered the store. He showed us to the "clearance room" and pointed out what was available then left us to decide. It was so nice not being pressured to "up buy" when we made it clear what we were looking for. Delivery and hook up set up for next weekend. Will see if excellent customer service continues. Thanks Jimmy P. Update: delivery came as promised. The only issue I had was when the automated call came the night before delivery, it wouldn't accept the code #1 to confirm. Kept getting the automated call. Finally texted and emailed confirmation. The guys set up everything withing 45 minutes. Did the first load without problems. Thanks again Grand Appliance.

Gotta love these guys!! The salesman Kurt was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in on Monday June 29 and was stressing because i was having a celebration with about 25 people on Sunday July 3. Kurt said he would try to find the refrigerator I wanted in Madison. New refrigerator was delivered on Friday July 1 by noon as promised. Can’t say enough about the service and delivery.

None of the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, Colders, Best Buy) had it in stock, and it was going to take several weeks to deliver. UPDATE; Our new Electrolux Washer was delivered on time on monday as scheduled. The 2 guys that delivered our washer were very professional, took our old washer to be recycled, cleaned up all the cardboard and wrapping materials and put the washer right where I wanted it. Great Job Grand Appliance of Greenfield! Our 12 year old washer died (truly sad) on Thursday night. Our salesman Alex at Grand Appliance Greenfield was great from when I first spoke with him on the phone to get info on a washing machine, if it was in stock etc. We stopped in the store Friday night and Alex walked us thru the features of a couple of different brands and we decided on a washer, quick and easy, great price and it will be delivered on Monday. Overall a great experience with Alex and Grand Appliance.

Stopped in to get acquainted with the latest refrigerators knowing the day was coming that we will be needing a new one. Grand Appliance was our first store to begin this process. We were greeted by everyone and Maria approached us to ask us about our interests. We gave her our intentions which were to get educated on the new fridges on the market. Maria started with a few questions for us and took us on a tour of options that would suit us. We felt she really knew all there was to know about all appliances they sell. We quickly learned important information to make an educated decision. Maria asked all the right questions, showed us pros and cons, sizes, colors, and quality. We felt really good about our choice because she knew what she was SELLING! We weren't planning on buying for awhile but we were led to a great choice, it was in stock, and we pulled the trigger!

We went to Grand Appliance on a Monday and ended up buying a washer and dryer. In Tuesday's mail we received a flyer saying they were having a customer appreciation sale on Wednesday in which we could have saved $50. I called them and left a voicemail inquiring about the coupon and I also said I had a question about our new washer. I also emailed the sales person who helped us. I never got a call back and I never got an email. I understand if they couldn't offer the coupon but at least give me the courtesy of contacting me. We are happy with the washer and dryer,but they have very poor customer service in my opinion.

11/9/2022 - Updated to 3 stars based on most recent experience. Previous 2 experiences were a delayed delivery due to salesman not telling us delivery team was running behind nor telling them we would not be home since they were well outside the promised window; and a salesman lieing to us saying our delivery was coming in a couple days only to find out we were #60 on the list and ended up taking a different model just to get it. Current experience - Needed a refrigerator and stopped in on 11/4 and 11/5 and were helped by Dan Hauner; he gave us by far the best sales experience in all our visits to this store. He was attentive, but gave us our space, and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and what would work for the space we had available. Helped us pick out, get rang up and out the door in fairly short order and delivery happened on the day he promised. As usual, the delivery crew had little issues; we've never had a problem with the delivery folks. I have upped by rating to 3 stars due to this overwhelmingly positive experience with Dan Hauner. I hope Grand treats him well and keeps him because he is a fantastic representative of the company compared to the 2 previous salesman who helped and botched our orders. Because of Dan we will consider trying Grand again for our next appliance need. Hopefully someone from Grand reads this and takes care of Dan to keep him on staff because he was fantastic.

Very good and expensive experience. Since I have not purchased appliances for 20 years I was just going to look at white ones. Between my son and Kurt they helped me understand that white for certain appliances is kind of out of date. As I may sell my house within the next 2 to 3 years, a real agent and possible buyers would not look at an all white kitchen as a good selling point. So Kurt was really helpful and not aggressive in helping us pick out what was right for me and for someone down the line. A side note my late husband and I purchased all our appliances at Grand 20 years ago when we built our home. Thanks for great service and good sales people.

Update: Still 5 stars. Needed a stove 2 weeks befor thanksgiving. They had stock in the right LG stove so i didnt have to settle in an effort to get it quick and on sale. BTW the big box stores had the same stoves about 2 hundred more. Last experience... In a huge rush to replace a dead refrigerator. Ran in 30 mins before closing, picked put a replacement, got educated on fridges and paid for with delivery in 2 days..

We went to Grand Appliance to purchase a package of appliances, including a fridge, range, and dishwasher. We came in with a quote from a competitor to do a comparison. We worked with Adam and he was AWESOME! He knew every appliance we were considering, along with their exact location in the store and most of their specs. He saved us money on a scratch-and-dent fridge (with a very minor blemish) that allowed us to upgrade the other two items in our package and still stay within our budget. He was able to beat the completion’s price with better products. His sales style is informative without being pushy. I live in Illinois and take care of my care Uncle, who lives in Milwaukee. The staff at the Greenfield Grand appliance have been amazing. I've had to order appliances long-distance and they have been wonderful helping me with the purchases and setting up the installs. My Uncle is an elderly veteran and the installers have always treated him with kindness, respect and patience. Today I ordered a window AC unit and Peyton L., made the process smooth and easy. So purrched washer and gss dryer. Sales guy was good but the delivery was a problem. They delivered and was suposed to hook up both. Washer they got hooked up ok. When it came to the dryer since it was gas they couldnt get the fitting off. Said i had to get a new pipe. So i had to call the plumer. The plummer wss able to get the fitting off and hooked up my dryer. The plummer charged me 200.00 for what should have costed me 56 dollars. Call grand the said would refund me my hook up fee. But im still out 140 dollars.

Even after the delivery men and their boss tried to coax me into excepting the lesser model, the warehouse mgr assured me I would get the right one the next day, it took 2 days. Literally, took me under 20 mins., to be greeted, explain what I needed, peruse inventory, ask questions AND purchase my new GE convection, self cleaning, slate (matches my GE fridge I got somewhere else), 6 burner stove with delivery and 6yr warranty (1 GE, 5 Grand Appliance). Best part, it was also on sale and arrives in under 2 days installed and out the door with old model. Salesman Carl was a gem... wasnt pushy or sketchy more so when I was a bit concerned if I was getting slate color, he was attentive and precise in showing me all was in order. Im so excited.

This is the short story of how I ended up at Grand Appliance. My wife and I spent a few years designing a new kitchen. It will be a complete demo down to the studs and subfloor and starting over from there. The complete job will be done by wife and myself at an estimated cost of $70,000. Last year (2020) we decided to pull the plug and get the project rolling. Then covid hit and we discovered most of the appliances that we picked could not be had because of the shut downs of industry throughout the world. Fast forward to today. We decided to start acquiring our appliances for the remodel job starting with the most needed ones that we could use until the supply chain ramped up enough to buy them all. Since our dishwasher was 17 years old and our most hated appliance in our kitchen, I searched for vendors that could supply me with what I wanted. I started with the usual scumbags, i.e. the big box stores (Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes etc.) with no luck. Then I tried my old standby's from the internet that I had purchased from in the past ( AJ Madison, Plessers, Sandy's etc.) and to my suprise, no luck. Not only did they not have what I wanted in stock, but they wouldn't even order it for me! I had heard a lot of great things about Grand from a few friends, so I decided that I would give them a try, since they are local and I could talk to a real person face to face. I stopped in at the Grand Greenfield location to see what they could do for me. I was met by sales rep Wayne Rubach, who not only explained the who, what and why of the backlog situation, but was more than happy to order exactly what I wanted without trying to sell me what I didn't want. He even knocked a decent amount off the price to make sure I was happier shopping with them than the competition! I am happy and my wife is even happier that we finally found a vendor that can actually do something for us. The whole visit from start to finish was maybe 10 minutes. I am very happy with my first of many visits to Grand, the store is neat, clean and organized, the employees are as friendly as can be and there is NO pressure here! You get what you want, and if I needed guidance, I'm sure they could accomodate in any way honestly and thoughtfully. I have about another $25,000 in appliances to purchase for my project, and I will definitely be working with Wayne again and again until I complete this project, even if it is something that they don't carry, I'm sure they have the knowledge to point me in the right direction. I find it refreshing to find a local vendor to deal with in this world of Amazon instant gratification, you get what you get type of shopping. Thanks Grand for a great experience!

My experience at Grand Appliance and TV in Greenfield was great. I came in to get a dryer to replace an older one that had failed. I was looking for the Speed Queen gas dryer and Grand is one of only a handful of places in the Milwaukee area that carries them. I finally decided on a scratch and dent model as this will be going into the basement and I would probably have scratched it taking it down anyway. I had a washing machine picked out at another store, but was waiting over 1/2 hour for assistance to purchase it before I left . When I walked in here, I was able to find the exact same washing machine. I was assisted pretty much immediately. I teased the sales rep that the machine was $1 cheaper at the other store, but also said I was only joking, but it actually was. Yet he still lowered the price of the unit, so that the price after taxes was the same. My only wish was that they stocked items, but obviously it's a smaller store front. I'll come back when my dryer goes out, or my fridge. Lord knows both of them have seen better days!😄

I have changed my review on Grand appliance, pricing great, held items till ready, but, when delivered had 4 out of 5 items, will not answer the phones when calling, states busy , drove back and all sitting not even on the phone, ended up driving back 4 times to get it straightened out, communication is horrible with manager, wouldn't do anything for our problem, will not go back

Great appliance store. Went there for appliances for a rental property, told them we wanted stainless steel but on a budget. The guy had the perfect "landlord special" he called it..... micro, range, fridge in stainless for 1300, dishwasher was separate but cheap. Will be going back there for our own stuff in the future. Have been here multiple times price shopping. The sales personnel are very responsive, informational, helpful and NOT pushy! We have made two purchases here. First was a new stove and microwave. The only issue was on delivery. A small dent/scratch on the stove that will not be seen. We were given an appropriate credit for it. The second is a refrigerator. Again the problem came on delivery. I did not accept it because of major dent and scratches in multiple places. The delivery people and sales were great on understanding. Second delivery was canceled because the items "Did Not Come In", "Maybe Next Week". AGAIN.. The Showroom and Sales people were GREAT!!! THE COMPANY REALLY NEEDS TO CLEAN UP THIER WAREHOUSE ISSUES! Handling of inventory and care for products pre delivery! This is why I only gave them 4 stars.

Received an automated phone call and text with my time window. A few hours later I get a call from the sales rep that sold me the fridge saying he “got caught up with another costumer” so my fridge didn’t make it on the truck and it would be another 3 days now until I got. I have a toddler and can’t be without a working fridge for that long. He provided no compensation and really no solution to the problem HE made except for me to just cancel my order and go elsewhere. By the 2 nd dry we are having problems with it, so we called, and they wanted to have us report to customer service, the problem with that is we made our problem known through customer service about our washer and after 2 weeks we didn’t have a call back and we had to call another store to get Them to come out to fix our washer. We purchased a refrigerator and microwave from Grand Appliance in Greenfield. When the refrigerator was delivered, the delivery guys removed the mounting screws from the door handles to get it in the front door, and then left with them so we couldn't mount the handles back on. I called customer service over 5 times, each time going straight to voicemail, and never got a call back. Whirlpool customer service replaced them instead. The microwave was delivered with what appeared to be a gash from a forklift through the box, the unit itself had a large dent in the side. Some time had passed before we noticed that damage since our remodel project was delayed and it stay sealed in the box, and after some back and forth with customer service via email, they agreed to replace the microwave. The new microwave is in perfect condition and works great.

My experience with this company Jason in particular was fantastic. I shopped here, Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, Menards and Best Buy. Jason was the only and I mean only sales person who actually took the time to educate me on the products I was looking at. They are all the same price when your looking apples to apples product i.e. Exact same models. The difference is in the service and here is the only location I had received any. I spent $3500 (same I would have spent anywhere else) this was the only company that took oh I don't know maybe 30min to show me and compare product with me based on my needs and what I was describing. Thank you again Jason your customer service is what brought me back and made my purchase with you even with other company's providing longer finance terms and possibly better support. (no experience with that yet). The delivery team was fantastic too can't forget to mention them! Thank you again Grand Appliance!!!
