When our 20 year old refrigerator broke down I was going to buy a new one from a big box store. The smaller ones I wanted were sold out and there was no guarantee when they would get them in. I checked this place out and found a slightly used one for $250. They delivered and took the old one away. It comes with a 90 day warranty. Very happy with their service so far.

I’ve always had the best experiences from this place. Back in 2010 when I got my first stove and refrigerator from them. Since then I have brought 2 more stoves, a dryer and a refrigerator from them. The came in the delivery window I was quoted. I will be back to get my washing machine and a stainless steel refrigerator from them to match my stove.

First, let me just say how absolutely AMAZING the customer service there is. The woman working the counter, Naquoya, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly and, most of all, straight forward. She answered all of my questions and understood the kinds of concerns people buying used appliances might have. With that said, the selection here is unbelievable. They have a wide range of appliances and they have clearly all been attended to. They offer a 90 day warranty on appliances purchased from them (don't get me started on the so-called 1 year warranty's for most new appliances). With them, if you have a problem, you know who you're calling and you know who will be showing up. Beyond having a great selection at stellar prices, they also do appliance repair. I can tell you that I won't just be coming here when I need another appliance; I will be calling them when I need any repair work done as well. Do yourself a favor. Skip the big box mart, take a drive down to West Allis and save a ton of money.

Overall great appliances and good service. I bought 4 appliances and had some issues with a couple of them. The issues were taken care of in a tmely manner. I was a little disappointed that the $35 hook up charge does not include leveling of the appliances. I was told by one of the repair guys that none of their competitors does it. Considering all one needs to level an appliance is a level or a container of water and a few minutes it seems easy enough. If none of the competitors does it by adding this step to the delivery it would make 'As New Appliance' that much better than competitors. My advice pass on the hook up.

It is not wheelchair accessible and that is inconvenient for those with walkers and wheelchairs. The customer service sales rep was very helpful although my mother was unable to go in the store herself. I had to video chat with my mother for her to find a refrigerator that she was ok with.

The appliances seemed like a good value for the price. They come with a 90 day warranty. And for a reasonable fee they will deliver. Problem is unless they deliver there is no warranty. Second issue they will not deliver outside Milwaukee and Waukesha. Game over. 🤔 …

I would like to especially commend the delivery guys this past week-- they were on time, fast, polite, cheerful, and did a great job removing, replacing and hooking up a gas range in a tight space.

Good stock of appliances. Bought a washer on Sunday delivered on Tuesday. $30 delivery charge and they delivered, installed with new hoses and removed the old one. Prices have gone up a bit but the steel tariffs have pushed new appliance prices up even more.

Great selection of like new appliances, warrantied for 90 days with delivery and hook up options. Staff is friendly and helpful and they are running a giveaway for customers currently. I would recommend stopping here first for your appliance needs and saving some money.

After a long search for a washer and dryer for our new home, we found As New and are so glad we did. Their prices came in at least $200 less than other refurb shops for the pair, and they delivered two days later for less than $20 (Milwaukee county only, I believe). We ended up paying just under $400 for our pair WITH delivery and came in way under our original budget! Both the customer service gal at the store and the delivery guys were as friendly as could be. They give a two hour delivery time frame and stuck to it, and I believe they have free removal as well. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received and would recommend As New to anybody.

I bought an investment property, and didn't want to throw thousands of dollars into the appliances. There's many used stores out there, but As new stood out because of the amount of inventory they had. I bought a brand new 'scratch and dent' refrigerator for half the price of what it would be at Best Buy! The delivery drivers were clueless, I paid for them to install my dryer, and they didn't know how. They also damaged my awning above the front door, and scratched up my walls. Lay off the weed dudes. Overall I'm satisfied for the price I paid.

Had a great experience with As New. Went to pick out a new washer on a Sunday (which was convenient as many appliance stores are closed on Sundays), and had it delivered for a very reasonable price the very next day. Delivery included carrying the new washer into our basement, hooking it up with a new set of hoses, and haul-out of our old washer. Their prices, delivery time, and customer service were all way better than other stores we looked into. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

We came looking for a dryer but also needed a refrigerator. Everyone was very helpful but left us on our own to look at the selection & make our decision. We bought 2 appliances! They offered delivery for $30 (we're on the other side of town) & they'll set up & remove old appliances.

We live outside the Milwaukee area with steep farmhouse style stairs down to the basement - I just about killed myself getting our old washer down there. So when that washer finally died, I wasn't looking forward to the experience. As New had a great selection, and we ended up spending a little more for one with a refurbished transmission. The delivery was very reasonable - $25, plus a $5 fee for delivery outside Milwaukee County (City of Waukesha), plus pickup of the old unit was free! The communication from the store after the sale was great, the delivery guys were extremely punctual and professional, didn't even come close to marring anything bringing the new unit in and taking the old one out, hooked it up with new hoses, and best of all, the washer works as advertised. Great place, will recommend to friends. Thanks, guys!

I bought a may tag fridge and stove the same day. the refrigerator went out 4 mo later ....than today the stove blew.......both didn't last NOT even a year..... I know this is a use shop but spending 600-700 dollars for both I expected them 2 last a Lil longer..........EDITED......they just offered me a discount for all the bad luck I've had with multiple appliance...... so there trying to please their customers which is a good thing........
