After shopping at other appliance dealers, our cabinet supplier put us in touch with Vinnie at Appliance Gallery. Vinnie helped us navigate the brands, budget, style, functionality, value, and lead times. He was extremely easy to work with, quick to respond with answers to our questions, and really made the entire process a pleasure. AG was able to accommodate our delivery date and the install went without any issues. The delivery team did the setup and installs and hauled away all the packaging. We have been in the home now for 6 months and could not be happier with our stove, hood, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We would recommend Vinnie at Appliance Gallery to anyone looking for a smooth, successful, and valuable appliance purchase.

I normally don't leave reviews but my experience with Appliance Gallery definitely warrants one. Vinnie was a great communicator, friendly and RELIABLE! From the time I purchased to install was 1 week. I had 2 teams of installers..Paul and Alou. Those 2 went out of their way to answer any questions and went above and beyond their job description to help me with our install. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tyler and Jim who completed our install. All were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. This company and employees has definitely made me a believer that there truly is a great Appliance Dealer in Milwaukee.

Very helpful. Lots of brands on display. The “showroom” is goofy and more like a warehouse. We asked if we could bring our dog and they said they are dog friendly. We brought our dog and one of their big dogs was all over our little dog. He wasn’t trying to harm her, but scared her and us.

Our sales consultant, Vinnie did an amazing job at qualifying exactly what we needed in a washer. He helped us find the washer that was the size, had the features, and was in the price ranged that we wanted. Vinnie provided up to date information about the back order on the washer (because of COVID) and it came even earlier than expected. Our builder was also very pleased and Vinnie ensured that everything in the house was ready before the appliances were installed. This made it much easier and less time consuming for the contractor and everyone involved. He also came out to ensure we were happy with the appliances and answered any questions we had once the install was completed. He is also available to answer questions after the installation, whether on the phone or via e-mail. Overall a great experience and I have already recommended Appliance Gallery and Vinnie to others.

I'm very happy with the way our kitchen turned out! What really impressed me is that Appliance Gallery was only ever concerned with getting a good end result from Day 1. Vinnie was great to work with the whole way. Since I was renovating, he recommended that we have an appliance installer come look to see what I could fit, and what kind of work we'd need to do to get new appliances into my older bungalow style home. They were never pushy just to get a sale, they wanted to do it right. That's what kept me coming back. I'm glad I did because Appliance Gallery's in-house installers were very professional, had great attention to detail while installing the dishwasher and leveling the range, and were extremely careful to not damage anything while moving the appliances into the house. They removed the old appliances as well. The 3rd party installers who assessed our options and handled moving the gas line, outlets, and ice maker water line were great to work with as well.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vincent at Appliance Gallery. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. Vincent responds immediately with any questions or concerns and even made a special trip to my house to look at my dishwasher for me(which happened to me my fault). He also came out during my renovation before the appliances were installed to make sure the cabinets were positioned/cut correctly. I feel so fortunate to have had such an easy shopping experience. Once again, Appliance Gallery provided outstanding customer service and a great product! I was very sad that I had to replace my 20 year old Viking double ovens, but with Vinnie's help and knowledge, I chose Monogram French Door Double Ovens. Can I give 10 stars?! We had a most pleasant experience with Appliance Gallery! We got the feeling that Vincent, and everyone involved, genuinely cared about my satisfaction. They were willing to go above and beyond to finish my range hood project in a professional and timely manner. When the appliances in my kitchen began to fail, I called a local service company. They told me that parts were not available to fix them. They directed me to the Appliance Gallery. There we met Vinnie who is very knowledgeable about retrofits. We selected modular Wolf cooktop elements and Decor wall ovens. And he connected us with Paul who, with his assistant, did the installation. This required some fairly complicated modifications of the island granite and the cabinet that contains the wall ovens. They accomplished this with great skill. The appliances look wonderful in their new homes. And this was all accomplished with no mess and quickly. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thanks to Vinnie and Paul for a great job.

We were shopping for a duel fuel range, met Vinnie and he asked what our needs were and immediately we started to look at the various ranges in his large showroom. He knew details about the many ranges we looked at while not researching information in a catalog. We bought a Cafe Slide In Range & a Broan Down Draft System from him and it was installed by very professional folks by the name of Paul & Lou. They spent 8 hrs at our home, cleaned up the area in which they worked and everything looked great again in the kitchen by the time they left. .The range is wonderful. Great Company to shop atask for Vinnie a true professional.

When our old, built-in refrigerator died, we needed to quickly find a new one. We went to Appliance Gallery and had a great experience. Because the fridge is in a very tight space, I asked Vinnie, the salesperson, to come out and do the measurements. He came out the same day (delaying the start of his vacation) to be sure we ordered the right size and could place the order that day. The new fridge was delivered before the promised delivery date, and the team that delivered it was outstanding. They were on-time, very friendly, and clearly cared about their work. When I need to purchase an appliance again, I will go straight to Appliance Gallery.

Wow! My kitchen looks fantastic. This was one of the best experiences with appliances and remodeling. This company and their installers are top notch. All of my beautiful appliances were expertly installed right before a big party at our house. My wolf range and sub zero refrigerator are BEAUTIFUL. The installer did an impeccable job modifying our cabinets to get the refrigerator in too. Great prices, professional and great service. Can’t be beat. Highly recommend!!

Came to Appliance Gallery to setup my brand new home. Throughout I received excellent service. I was greeted promptly and politely by an employee who wasted no time in realizing what I needed. After giving me multiple options as to what I may be looking for, I decided that the Subzero & Wolf models were what I wanted. When we built our house the builder put the Washer on the right and the dryer on the left under the folding table. Virtually every washer and dryer open so that you have to pick the laundry up over the doors to put wet laundry in the dryer that way. We had a Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer from one of the big box stores. It was just a little irritation every time we did laundry. When the dryer gave out for the second time and the washer was beat down I decided to see is a real appliance store could give me a better solution. My sales guy Vincent found an Electrolux washer and dryer combo that actually opened the opposite of all other units or at least can be configured to. I looked the units up to see if people who had them liked them. They were rated very well by consumers for washing and drying and generally working well without problems. Vincent quoted me a price that was at least as low as online pricing. He ordered the units for me and scheduled delivery. The Appliance Gallery installers removed the old units from a very snug fitting laundry and wash room and installed the new units in short order without banging up the walls and doorway. Sounds simple but there is a very cool farm style sink and counter top with JUST enough room between it and the door to carefully get the appliances in or out. The installers took the old units away no charge and they got rid of all of the packaging from the new units. Not that it matters in terms of reviewing this company but the Electrolux washer is dramatically better than Whirlpool. The laundry actually tumbles. In the Whirlpool duet it was simply pinned to the drum for the whole wash cycle. Our sale wasn’t huge for Appliance Gallery. Our problem was tough luck at the big box stores. Appliance Gallery solved our problem, charged a fair price, communicated perfectly and just got it done without any hassle. My wife and I are just finishing building out our basement and that brings me back to our feedback on the Appliance Gallery. We will be buying appliances for the basement kitchenette as well as new appliances for our kitchen from the Appliance Gallery. Highest recommendation.

Appliance Gallery was able to get us a new range and have it installed in less than a week. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and the party went off without a hitch thanks to Appliance gallery.
