We had an excellent experience with AllPartsGrills.com (Parts USA Grills). I spoke with Mark on the phone, he had the parts in stock, took my order and emailed me a receipt right away. We spoke on Monday and received the parts four days later on a Friday. Our Kenmore grill was a gift and is now well-loved. Finding a new burner assembly and a new V-deflector plate (the part that goes over the flame) online was a little discouraging--after finding the manual for the grill online and finding the part numbers, I couldn't find any places in Michigan--the best I could find was a "universal" burner piece from big-box stores that we've used in the past, and didn't work well. I finally found 3 places online. One didn't have the exact part but it said it would fit our model number--but when I looked up reviews for that company it sounded like many people ordered online and never received their parts. Nope! Another company showed the parts on their website, but the site showed the parts were out of stock. We were thrilled to finally run across this company and very pleased with the good customer service. The parts fit and worked well--we cooked out tonight and are so happy to be going into the spring season with a grill that works just like new. I wanted to leave a review so we can find this company again if we need them, because we'd definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended.

Contacted the local Trane supply facility only to be told I couldn't buy direct. They recommended All Parts and provided me with a part number. I called into All Parts and provided the information and a few minutes later confirmed it was in stock. Took the old blower motor in to confirm it matched up and was happy to find the part available. The rep behind the counter (sorry - forgot your name) was quick with the information needed to swap the motor. Price was about what I expected, direct and friendly service. Couldn't be happier. Had the new blower wired and installed in less than an hour.

They didn't have my part in stock, but got it from their warehouse in a couple hours. Gave me some options for being able to get it from them since I'm a bit far away. Everything worked out great. Yea, the price is higher than online, but after paying for one or two day shipping it wasn't completely out of line. I needed this part and they got it to me. I wish I didn't have to go to Milwaukee though! It's a bit annoying how rare parts houses are

Our grill parts finally arrived after calling twice and emailing three times for a shipping update , which we never got. The parts are very good quality. I just wish this company was more responsive to shipping inquiries.

They are great! I ordered parts for my Weber grill 2-3 weeks before my daughter got married so I could grill for guests. They were supposed to arrive with plenty of time to spare but had still not arrived with 1 week to go. When I emailed Allparts, they quickly called me to tell me they had not received the parts yet and instead they would fill my order by breaking up 3 other parts packages and overnight them to my home!! I received them the next day. I rarely write reviews but can't speak highly enough about such great customer service. Would search Allparts out to use them again for whatever grill part I needed.

Their customer service (Mark and Gary) is great. The part I received was defective. No questions asked. They sent me a new part with a return shipping label. The price for the part was also superior to other on-line sellers. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

I called them on Wednesday and ordered the part I needed for my furnace, he told me that it should be at my house by Monday but I actually got it early so that was a plus. He didn't give me any confirmation or tracking number and I hadn't asked for one. I figured if I didn't have it by Monday I would just call them back. Everything worked out perfectly, the only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because the guy I spoke with on the phone was a little difficult to speak to when I first called but lightened up towards the end of the call.

I needed a part for our portable dishwasher. They originally told me I might be able to pick it up on Tuesday, but then called on Wednesday and said it would arrive on Thursday and they would call when it was in, which they did. I would recommend them highly to any do-it-yourselfer. Reasonably priced and quick.

Last Saturday ( 5-23) decided to drive from North Fond du Lac to see if they had a burner and heat shield for an Aussie Elite,brought old unsafe parts with me,yes,during Covid,wait outside,after awhile,sure enough they matched parts up!! Today,put all together, think it is better than original- - I recommend this business to all that are looking for gas grill parts. By the way, thought the prices were more than fair,wvwn asked if a mistake was made!! 6 stars for me..

I live in Michigan and I bought a house in 2004 which had a vintage 1972 Charmglow natural gas grill. It worked great until 2015, which I then had to turn off permanently. In the past couple of years, I found parts online, but never really knew what to buy, in what order, or a complete list. I found "All Parts" last weekend and I was stunned to see that they sell a complete rebuild kit for my Charmglow grill, HEJ-1. I ordered the kit, received it within one week, and this Friday, August 30, I had the rebuild kit and all the parts necessary to get my old grill running again. Thanks All Parts!
