Needed an evap fan motor for a 25 year old fridge and they had it in stock for me to grab within an hour of calling. For that availability the price was only 10-20 more than online sources that would take days to ship. Be advised that they do not take cards but you can do Venmo/Cash/Check. Will look here for future needs.

Needed Whirlpool timer. Big S repair wanted to charge $468 to fix washer. Called Kathy at Manchester Appliance Parts. Had the timer the next day. Fixed the washer with the help of YouTube in 15 minutes for $110 When I need a part if MAP doesn’t have it no will have. BTW, the part was $10 cheaper than the online option. Highly recommend Manchester Appliance Parts.

Exceptional customer service! Part I needed was not in stock, but they had some on order. I got a call that afternoon stating it had arrived, I wasn’t able to make it before the posted closing time, but they kept the store open for an extra 10 minutes so I could get the part and fix my stove that night! This will definitely be my go to spot for appliance parts!

Awesome customer service! I called on a Sunday hoping they were open even though the hours said they were closed. The owner met us at the store so we could get the part we needed to fix our dryer! Best customer service experience ever! I'm so happy I called!

Middle of the road experience. Personally I feel as if you are not affiliated with an appliance repair facility or local rapir shop your visit turns into a consultation rather a sale. I received a list of number of professionals to call for a simple fix i am compentent to repair. A sale lost and an unfortunate internet sale gain. I just needed a part not a lecture. Which is unfortunate since local repair shops are a dying breed.

Absolutely fantastic. They had the part I was looking for and very convenient hours of service. I would recommend them before buying online

Been there about 2 years ago, going there today to fix Dryer. Kathy knows her stuff. She is very friendly and helpful. Saved me over $150.00 last time when I fixed my Dishwasher for a little over $15.00 for the part. Plumber wanted $80.00 just to come to the house!

They have all the parts you need to fix your broken appliances.
And if they don't have it they can order it in a timely manner

Nice that they are there, very convenient since I live nearby.
Cash or check only? Are you kidding me? IT'S 2015!!
Them: "We don't do cards since most of our business is for businesses"
Me: "But you do business with the public right?"
Them: "yes"
Me: "Then you need to take cards" Duh
-Stop trying to not pay taxes by taking cash only
-Pay attention to your customers needs (Who walks around with a freakin' checkbook?)
-Get a Square reader (or one of the several other readers), cost is almost NOTHING and super simple to set up!
