My washing machine was having some problems. After doing research on who could do repair work I came across Mr. Appliance of North East Louisville. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. Randy came out and diagnosed the problems which turned out to be new belts and valve inlet and sleeve. He had to order parts and come back another day to fix it. Randy was knowledgeable, professional, and kind as well as gave great customer service. My machine is up and running and will hopefully have many more years left. I would also like to give a shout out to the office girls also. They were helpful!

Super professional! From online booking to the text reminder to the technician showing at the schedule time. It was a super good experience. The technician was super friendly, took care of our fridge issue, paid the bill on the spot and done! Can't ask for more :-) (except to not have your fridge break) but if it does... these guys are great!

Drew came to our house was very professional and personable. He tracked down what was wrong with our refrigerator within 45 minutes. Set a time to come back when he had the part to finish the repair. I had to change our repair time and the company was very responsive and changed it quickly for me.

I am confident that my servicemen did a good job and my husband was very happy with the professional booking process. They came out quickly and the communication was great. My only complaint is that the serviceman was pretty degrading to his trainee. He got disrespectful and impatient with him multiple times in front of me. He was making sure the job was done right, which I appreciate, but that's just not how you treat employees and people who are learning. I'd be looking for a job elsewhere if I were that trainee.

I recommend this business as highly as possible. Our 12-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working. I called and talked with Chris, the owner. He explained the probable problems and then added an individual to the phone call who was actually out in the field and who added to the information I was receiving. They gave me advice on how to get the refrigerator to work in the short term; that worked! Chris also gave me a very firm estimate of what the cost would be and then explained that I needed to consider whether I wanted to invest several hundred dollars in an older refrigerator. I called him the following day to tell Chris that his advice on how to get the refrigerator to work in the short term worked and to insure that the necessary part was available and not on back-order. Chris ensured that the part was on a truck before we scheduled the repair. This was an incredibly refreshing and encouraging experience.

I called Mr. Appliance yesterday and told them my dryer was not running heat. They said they could have someone out tomorrow. Not only did they have someone out here today (time of review), they had my dryer fixed and ready to go today to. Jordan was nothing but professional and he was very nice. Asked if I had any questions and explained everything I asked. He showed professionalism, kindness and provided great customer service. This was my second call to them and I’m so happy I called again. Jordan was early but believe you and me I was very happy to see him. As a family of 6, we really cannot afford to have our dryer off for longer than necessary. So I appreciated it very much. They did call and text before he arrived which was great. Thank you again to Jordan and Mr. Appliance for the stellar customer service, it’s almost a rarity in the world we live in and it was refreshing to see in action.

They text me the day before to let me know who and what time to expect the repair man, also sent a pic of him. He came in inspected the refrigerator and quoted me a price to repair it. Very efficient and clean cut gentleman!!! I will have them back if I ever have any appliances issues!

I always have serious reservations when I need an appliance repair person, since I have had some negative experiences in the past. However, Drew showed up from Mr. Appliance right on time and went right into the job without any sales pitch whatsoever. He was very efficient, friendly, professional and competent, quickly determining the problem with my GE dishwasher and fixing the issue perfectly at what I thought was a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Rob came to our home this morning, he was on time, presented himself very professionally, dressed in uniform, you could tell he takes his job seriously and looked and acted like he cared about what he does! He was prepared at the door with his tools and shoe coverings, he was extremely polite and helpful and very knowledgeable about our washing machine and he fixed it! I asked for references from the manufacturer and I’m glad I chose Mr. Appliance! We will definitely be calling them in the future if we ever have any other issues. Thanks Rob!!!

Needed a belt replaced and was able to get appt 7 days earlier than my normal company. The owner Chris scheduled the call and was very friendly. Jessie came out and quickly made the repairs and gave tips about our other appliances. He has very polite, friendly and honest.

They responded same day to our fridge that was on the fritz. Drew was my technician, and he said we could use a box fan behind the fridge until they could get in a new one which helped us save a lot of the food in there. My toddler was sleeping, and he made every effort to work quietly to avoid waking her, and remembered that she napped in the afternoon when he returned two days later to complete the job. He was excellent. Fast, professional service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I have a Fisher-Paykel dishwasher. Jesse was able to diagnose the issue and order parts. He used a temporary fix so the dishwasher was useable while waiting on parts to arrive. They were always on time and polite with a notification that they were in their way. When there was an error code immediately after they installed the ordered part, I was able to contact their office and get them to immediately return and fix the small issue that caused the code. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.
