Starting off i want to say that the professionalism is wonderful! Ms Mary at the office was great! Her and the rest of the team was very helpful !!! When it came time for my appliance to be delivered . Mr Aaron and his other partner ( didn’t get his name ) was professional as well, very polite and cool! They were determined to get my appliance in the small space. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your household appliances!!!

I asked around on a local Facebook group for the best local spot to get a new dryer delivered. Everyone said Chenoweth! I called up and they gave me all the info for the cheapest dryer, so I could look it up, price compare and check out other stores. They beat the big box stores for price and delivery! They were on time, gave me a two hour window of 12-2 and showed up at 12 on the dot! The delivery crew was super kind and considerate, very personable. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know!

A HUGE thank you to Danny and his son for getting us our new refrigerator so fast. I’ve always known of this company, but until yesterday have never met these wonderful folks. Our new fridge is amazing, and best of all we had it next day!! Danny recommended I price check the big box stores, which I don’t ever do because I like individually owned businesses, but for fun I did, and sure enough he was $500 lower on the same model!! Best place to buy appliances in the Louisville area. They have two warehouses full of appliances and people who know what they are selling. Not like the orange and blue vest people in the big box stores. Also they have skilled delivery people that doing it everyday.

We had a very positive experience. We ordered with them over the phone, they came to deliver and install it just two days later. The guys who came to deliver were very professional and friendly. They hauled off our old stove and had the new one installed within 30 minutes. We will definitely go back to them again.

I will probably be buying my next appliances from Danny and his great team. You should try them out. He knew information about the combo set I purchased. First time at Chenoweth!. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased my washer on Sat and it was delivered today,Tuesday. The gentlemen who delivered my product were super nice, courteous and professional! They went above and beyond not only making sure I was a satisfied customer with my new washer but they also replaced my damaged dryer vent hose when they saw that it was looking pretty bad! The show room is laid out well and isn't cramped but there is a good selection as well. The prices are beyond competitive. The staff is knowledge and informative without being pushy. We stopped in on a whim but will definitely be purchasing from here. It was a good whim.

If you’re in the market for appliances, I’d highly recommend Chenoweth Appliances. We were in the market for a microwave. We made the mistake of going to a big box store. Basically got a teenager who gave us a seat at her computer so we could browse their website. We left there and did our own research at home. We were in the area near Chenoweth and decided to look there. I kid you not we were in there about 15 minutes. They showed us 3 models (one we had already researched and put on our short list). We picked the one we’d researched and bought it. With installation included it was significantly less than the box store. These guys rock!

Bought the same item, plus delivery and installation and an extended warranty (4 years), and saved a total of $170. Don't overlook the small businessman. Steve Combs helped us replace our range that broke down after 25 years by showing us various options, all the while encouraging us "not to buy more appliance than we need". In the last 2 years I have received a New stove and refrigerator at property owners expense. The appliances are as they should be. My only complaint is the delivery people. Not that they weren't polite and efficient, but that they didn't level the appliances. I assumed that was part if the job, but evidently not. Any oil you put in the pans runs to the back. The refridgerater doors don't close on their own. You have to literally close them yourself. That took some getting used to. Many times we would walk into the kitchen and find the freezer or refridgerater door ajar. Now some if you might think for me to level them myself. That's not going to happen. I'm 65 yo with some health issues that would prevent that, even if I knew what I was doing. I purchased a dryer myself and it seems to be fine. I will still purchase a new washing machine from them next year because I like the company. I just think they're delivery people should be doing more.
