Wow! Bill is amazing. I called the office received a next day appointment. He fixed what needed to be fixed and checked my other problem. He ordered the parts and is coming back out next day! He is very professional and honest. He made sure to show me what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He was very thorough and made sure the problem was fixed!!!! I will continue to use him for all of my appliance repair needs.

Bill came to repair my Viking refrigerator the same day I called. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly enjoys his work and cares deeply that it's done right. He ordered and installed a new compressor and saved me several hundred dollars over competitors. He would not let me pay him for doing a minor repair on my gas range. His mother was delightful on the phone. A refreshing change from past appliance repair experiences!

Bill and his partner did such an excellent job repairing my refrigerator its like a new one again They even show me what was wrong with the many problems that was causing it not to run. They went beyond the call of duty taking extra steps to ensue that I was satisfied. Highly recommend A One Appliance. A very honest company. Now I don't have to buy another one. Saved me alot of money by having very reasonable price.

My issue started off with the washer beeping at me and a weird error code. I didn't know what it meant, but I looked up Appliance Repair Techs and I found many in my area. I looked through all of the reviews but A One Appliance Repair seemed to have the best reviews. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I gave the information about the type of washer I had, the error code, and any sort of model number information. Bill came over on time and completely prepared. He not only knew exactly what the error code meant, but he also had a part in his hand ready for replacement. He told me the code can indicate one of two parts going bad. He replaced the cheaper part and told me to call if I had any issues. I had to call less than a week later but he was able to come over the same day with the other, more expensive, part. He was able to fix it and told me he was sorry it wasn't fixed the first time- It's pretty unusual that this part goes out. He gave me the old part to hold on to and told me to call in about a week or so to check in with him. He wasn't taking payment until he knows it works this time. I called him 2 weeks later and told him there was no issue. He successfully fixed the washer and saved me a ton of money in the process. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company for all repair needs and I will recommend A One Appliance Repair to anyone who wants reliable service at a reasonable rate.

My LG washer would not drain the water out and the door would not unlock so I called for repair and Bill came out the next day and repaired the washer. The cost was affordable and Bill was knowledgeable about my washer so I will use them in the future. They are the most affordable and honest appliance repair business I have experienced.

I called A One on a Thursday morning and they came out the same day, which was huge since every other appliance repair company I called told me they were scheduling 2 weeks out as soon as they heard our zip code. Bill came out and was very helpful -- explained what was going on with our fridge and, even though it's not a permanent fix, got our fridge back in working order, which was a huge deal since we have twin babies at home. Service call was reasonably priced, and I appreciated his honesty in dealing with us -- rather than jumping into a fix, he gave us a temporary fix and said that if it went bad again within 2 weeks it wasn't worth paying to get fixed and we should buy a new one, but if the leak was slow enough that it lasted longer, getting it sealed would be a permanent fix. We are currently seeing how it goes, and our fridge is working great again. After a lot of poor experiences with home issues, I couldn't have been more satisfied with this experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend! We came home from work on a Thursday night and found our refrigerator not working. He was able to come out Friday evening to diagnose the problem. He did not have the part to fix it with him but offered to come back the next day even though he doesn't normally work on Saturdays unless it is an emergency situation. He was very quick, polite, and pricing was more than fair. Great locally owned company.

The woman who answered the phone was kind and professional. But I have a compact washer, and they only service full size appliances. She was helpful in recommending a company who does work on compacts. Called them and got an appointment for the next day.

Bill was fantastic! He fixed my Fisher & Paykel washing machine that 2 other companies wouldn't touch and he also fixed my ice machine. Not only did he provide service in a timely manner, he also threw in a washing machine part complimentary because it was getting ready to go out and he didn't want me to have to bother with it again. Bill is very competent and I would highly recommend him.

I was given a window of time and he showed up during the window! William was very knowledgeable, friendly, and prepared for whatever was wrong. He fixed it right up! Next time an appliance stops working, William will be my ONLY call. I highly recommend A One!
