My AC was not cooling my house down over night. We have had 103° plus weather for 2 months straight and the temp in the house wasn't getting under 81°. This company came to the rescue! Very good experience w this company. I spoke to someone named Richard and he was able to explain the process as well as give me a time frame when the technician would come. The best part was that they called me 30 minutes before they arrived so I didn’t have to miss work and wait around for hours for someone to show up. I needed my AC fixed and the technician was very efficient and was able to diagnose the issue right away. He had to get some parts but came back the next day at a discussed time and got the job done. Price was fair, customer service was great, definitely recommend.

This company is great. I manage some apartment units, and I'm really glad I have someone to call when things break. They are fast and usually have a technician come for service within a day or two. All of the technicians are knowledgable and polite, which is good since I can trust them to be courteous with my tenants. Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, their pricing is very fair. I've been a customer for years, but am only now writing my review since they recently helped me out repairing a bunch of heaters. Ask for Adrianne.

The central A/C broke in my townhouse. I contacted West Coast Chief Repair and it was amazing how understanding the costumer service was, scheduled technician to come in on the same day. I called them on a very hot day. My central AC vents were not blowing well and the house was getting warmer by the hour. My parents were over for an event so it was very important to take care of them. They sent a very professional and clean repair man and he checked the vents and the system. He actually told me it was probably the inside system filter. He changed the filter for me he had one in his van. He only charged me for the house call, didn't even charge me for the filter. Who in this day and age is this honest and capable. I was amazed at the incredible knowhow, and the HONESTY. Trust is so important. Thank you so much guys for taking care of my parents!!!

Very impressed with the work of my technician MARS who literally showed up for an install 6hrs after my initial request. Was extremely professional and his attention to detail was next level. Literally cleaned my window unit in 20-25 min and it's almost back to factory standard. The price was reasonable and was completed electronically. These guys are amazing and true professionals!!! I use them again and again for all my properties for HVAC and appliance repair needs. My tenant called me the day after Christmas stating her heater was not working and it was 40 degrees in LA. This company came out within 3 hours, diagnosed the problem and ordered all the parts that were needed for next day. The people that work here are very knowledgeable, starting from the customer service and ending with the actual repairmen. They have been in business for years and have a set process for everything they do. You don’t have to call them reminding about your issue and asking when is something gonna get fixed. It took a while to get the parts that were needed to fix our fridge, but WCCR worked us into the schedule when they received the parts because we were going on vacation the next day. If you choose West coast you have chosen the best. Kayla helped me out and set me up for my appointment for my washer & dryer she was very knowledgeable & helped me try and trouble shoot my washer so I could get the lid open. The tech art came out and determined is was the lid switch, he didn’t have the part but was able to pick up & came back out the next day & got my washer unlocked and working. The repair person came when agreed and was easy to work with. I only needed a minor adjustment (truly a loose screw!) and he found it and fixed it in sort order. Of the five companies I checked, these guys were less money and the check out trip payment would be applied to the repair if it came to that. (It didn't.) I might rate them higher but the job turned out to be minor (a good thing), so I don't know about prices and quality for an actual repair.

I have called all around town and couldn't find a repair company that specializes in radiant heaters I know it's an old and outdated system but didn't realize it would be such a hassle to find a company that works on this type of system. I have had an AMAZING experience with West Coast Chief Repair!!! I had some problems with my freezer. Made an appointment for Friday. The tech showed up, took a look and said he needed to come back on with parts since the freezer was old those parts were special order for my freezer. The tech showed up, took about 30 min fixing my freezer, changed the parts and was honest that it will need time to restart. About two hours later the freezer was back to normal. I would suggest this company as the employees were honest and attempted everything they could the fix my freezer at the least of the cost.

I called this company to fix my refrigerator couple weeks ago. I got scheduled the same day and the guy came in on time. The technician told me what are the stuff that he can repair and can not repair. Still advised me that it is still cheaper to have the refrigerator fix than buying a new one. My fridge was not repair on the same day because they need to order some parts. Two days after, their office called me and said that the part is available and can schedule it the same day-unfortunately, I am not available that day-and scheduled for later time. The technician came on time and actually called me 30min before coming in and fix my refrigerator. Now my icemaker is working perfect like when i got it new. Having an honest and prompt service from West Coast is a very good service to me specially for someone like me that do not have idea on appliances. I've been using West Coast for years now. Always good and reliable. Just like this time. The AC failed Sat late morning. Called them and spoke to Natasha. She was friendly and very accommodating. Apologized that she can't get anyone out the same day but scheduled me for Monday Morning. A tech came in right on time, determined that it was a blown fuse. Didn't try to upsell, didn't try to make stories. Changed the fuse, charged a very reasonable amount for the call and I have a working AC.

Great service. My (relatively) new fridge went out and I had no idea what was wrong with it. They could have easily taken me for a ride. Instead, the repairman was in and out in 10 minutes. Turned out the circuitboard needed rebooting, so he showed me how to reset it myself should it happen again. It was $80 for the reboot, but they could have easily charged me a fortune and I wouldn't have known the difference. The 2-6pm time slot was a bit brutal, but they actually called 40 minutes prior and the repair man was there by 1:30pm (1/2 hour before the allotted time). Their "service fee" was $25 cheaper than any other company I called. I'll use them again.

My name is Chen Almacen from Carson, CA and I am a disabled veteran with complicated heart ailment. On behalf of my wife Tess, I am submitting this review for your A/C Technician Mr. Alex Pak who responded to our emergency open service request via American Home Shield Insurance (AHS). Due to my health condition, I have to rely on our A/C system to cool me through the day. On Thursday, Sep 25, 2014, Mr. Pak arrived at our residence at about 9:30 AM and immediately investigated the problem of our centralized A/C system. He quickly detected a defective rotor blower from the furnace as the root cause. He then removed the defective part and went to retrieve a replacement. Upon return, I informed him that I have a mandatory doctor's appointment at 1:15 PM. Alex worked diligently through lunch and had our A/C system back on normal operation before we left for my appointment. Based on Mr. Pak's excellent job, I would like to convey my personal appreciation for his professionalism, courtesy, and compassionate attitude. I couldn't have asked for a better technician to take care of our appliance issues. It is my overall impression that Mr. Pak is on top of your list of outstanding employees. We have had technicians from other companies respond to our previous service requests but Alex stood out as the best we worked with. We've had recurring trouble with our Bosch dishwasher for the past few years and our home warranty company keeps sending out technicians who are incredulous toward my wife, rude and make the two of us feel like idiots for simply having an (extremely well-kept) appliance that doesn't seem to wash dishes well. When our dishwasher started throwing around fetid water and making our dish ware disgusting (and embarrassing) to use, I felt like there was no recovery in sight. And then I met Bert Reed from West Coast Chief Repair, Inc, who is quite possibly the best tech I have ever come across and would NEVER hesitate to use again. In fact, whenever ANYTHING goes wrong with one of our appliances, I'm dropping any pretense and going straight to Bert. First, the guy knows what he's doing. Where four other techs got angry and told my wife she needed to clean out the dishwasher (which she does) or basically wash the dishes herself before subjecting them to the machine, Bert immediately identified the problem, ordered the right parts, and then came as fast as possible to install them -- on time -- and very efficiently. While there, he diagnosed a couple of other issues (with another appliance) and gave me the knowledge I need to keep it intact -- and he lowered my electricity bill in the process by helping me to replace a $25 gasket that was costing me at least double that much in lost refrigeration. I can't speak for the rest of West Coast Chief Repair Inc. but Bert is now my man for life!
