After searching and searching for a must needed refrigerator I came across Varouj Appliances! I read the great reviews & made a call. I spoke to Saul, he was so nice & helpful! I asked if he was able to text me pictures of certain refrigerators and he was quick to help me. I paid over the phone with a secure link which saved me a drive. He scheduled the delivery. I received a reminder delivery call the day prior. My delivery guys ( Matthew & George) were so surprisingly quick & helpful with our delivery! And then I discovered Varouj Appliances. They have an impressive inventory of top notch appliances from every manufacturer you can think of. I browsed through their online catalog and discovered that their pricing and options consistently were doing better than that of any competitor. Considering their physical store was near my house, I decided to check out the stove and dishwasher I was looking to buy in person. I was greeted with outstanding customer service from Vincent and the entire team. Varouj Appliances is a family owned operation, so it was a pleasant delight to see them really care about the customer and provide them value rather than just trying to make a sale. I ended up buying a new Frigidaire stove and dishwasher at an outstanding price not found elsewhere, and they offered quick delivery and installation as well. The installers came to my house, disconnected and recycled my old appliances and installed my new items with clean care and precision. Installation didn't take longer than one hour and it was an easy, hands-off process for me. I would highly recommend making your next purchase from Varouj Appliances because it was simply the best appliance-buying experience I have ever had in my life. You cannot find similar value anywhere else.

After spending much time shopping the local box stores and some of the independent appliance stores I came across Varouj Appliances on line and gave them a call. I talked to to Lavon and he was able to order it for me with only 30% down. I spent many hours researching ovens and after I found the one I wanted I was not able to order it through any of my local big box stores even though they all either displayed it on their floor or their websites. Lavon with Varouj Appliance gave me an awesome price, better then any of the big box stores and better then any of the independents I talked too. I am doing a complete home remodel and because of supply chain issues I have a lot of money tied up with things I need but had to order and wait an unusual amount of time to receive. THIS IS WHY WHEN LAVON TOLD ME I ONLY HAD TO PUT 30% DOWN to place my order, he made a sale... Hopefully the rest the process goes just as pleasantly but so far so good.

I ordered a chest freezer through Varouj Appliances (with Edgar--go to him, he's the best) along with 3 other places since everyone is out of stock during the pandemic. They were definitely the quickest and easiest to work with. Each time I called, they kept me up to date on the status, and made sure to call me when they had something comparable in the size I requested (I called because I was hoping it would come earlier than their expected date). The delivery was quick and easy...I wish I had gotten the delivery guy's name, but he is was so sweet and made sure he was wearing a face covering. He unpacked everything and took out the packaging and was great! He also called me 30 minutes before arrival and gave me an accurate estimate on ETA, which I really appreciated. If you are going to get any appliances, I would highly recommend Varouj Appliances.

They do seem busy, took a few days to nail down the specifics, but super happy they could get us a same week replacement, so it all worked out. We had an excellent experience using Varouj for our washing machine purchase. We received friendly, patient, helpful assistance from Miro, who aided us in finding the right unit for our needs. We received a much better price quotation for both the washer and for extended warranty coverage than we could find in any of several big box stores. Delivery by Ruben and Ronny was timely, courteous, and professional. They installed the machine carefully, safeguarding our woodwork and flooring. We definitely recommend Varouj and will use them again.

My dishwasher in my apt rental finally gave out after over6 years and we were in need of it being replaced. My apt management used Varouj Appliances services for the new dishwasher and install. The delivery and installation went smoothly. They contacted us when they were about 20 mins away and arrived within the time window as promised. They removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one quickly and efficiently, all on New Years Eve ( morning). I have run the dishwasher for the first time last night and all seems to be working properly! It is odd to share a review when you do not end up buying anything, but here goes. I ordered a wall mount for a superseded model of Samsung TV. It does not look like Samsung is making it any more as you could not get it from their site. I ordered from Varouj and payed for the part. As I was waiting I reached out via their web robot to ask for an update. I received a quick response and was told it was on back order. Meanwhile, none of the mounts were in stock anywhere so I took a gamble on a second hand unit. It arrived and was in perfect condition so I reached out to Varouj to cancel the order. No problem at all and I received a full refund promptly. I was very happy with their service and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

My property management company used Varouj’s services to replace my kitchen range. Varouj contacted me within 24 hours of the service request to set up an installation date the following week. They confirmed my appointment the evening beforehand and contacted me 20 minutes before they arrived to deliver and install the new appliance. They worked quickly and even reinstalled my fridge that I had moved the day before to have my flooring replaced. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and both workers were friendly and professional from start to finish.

The job ended up being a little more cumbersome than originally thought, and they weren’t sure if they could get it done in the time allotted, but they made it happen and I’m so happy with my new stove. We tried to by an upright freezer locally in the state of Virginia to no avail. The major retailers and local vendors were all sold out until the July/August timeframe. With the pandemic in full tilt, we were desperate for a freezer. It was recommended that we try Varouj even though they are located in California. I was pleasantly surprised when they came through for us. Varouj had it shipped across the country in a little over a week. We now have an upright 15ft cubic freezer in our garage and no longer have to make frequent trips to the grocery store. We are very happy customers and recommend Varouj 100%

I feel they have fair prices and when an issue comes up they have taken care of it right away and that's what's really important to me. Some places will sell you an appliance and that's it. I rarely leave reviews, but WOW... just had to come on here to say how AMAZING Ruben and Ara were. I'll spare everyone the details, but there were a lot of issues with getting the washer/dryer to fit in the staircase. That didn't deter these guys though as they came up with a viable solution and spent a LOT OF TIME and energy in getting the job done - all while keeping a positive attitude and being so nice. HANDS DOWN the best service I have ever gotten!!! Highly recommended!!! 2 other companies came and left without even trying to get the machines up the stairs. Thank you!!

These guys were so easy to work with! Our apartment maintenance set them up as our vendor to get a new dishwasher and they called within only a couple hours of the apartment maintenance guy leaving to schedule an installation appointment. Juan and George installed the new dishwasher today. The old one gave them some trouble (they had to use a jackhammer type tool to get it out!!) but they got it out eventually. Of course that made quite the mess so I offered my dustbuster. Juan cleaned up the mess before he and George installed the new dishwasher, which I really appreciate. So often we have maintenance done and whoever comes in leaves a huge mess. Not these guys - they cleaned up everything! Thank you!

Bought a fridge from these guys off Amazon. Received a call to schedule the delivery time several days prior (and ahead of schedule). Later I had some questions about its delivery. I called and the phone was immediately picked up by a real human who took a couple minutes to double-check the delivery time for me. By far, BEST PRICES ON THE INTERNET or Brick & mortar store!! They beat Lowe’s, Amazon, and Home Depot by several hundred of dollars.
