Our Maytag refrigerator freezer was not working so we called Dne Appliance Repair Experts, This would be the second time we called them for a repair. They came on the same day we called them. They had the part and repaired it the same day, the price was reasonable and affordable. Professional and courteous are the two first words that pop up in my mind. I would recommend them for sure!

My refrigerator went out this holiday week. I have a family dinner planned. One Appliance Repair called me back within 15 minutes of my call. Excellent service by Mitch! We had a malfunction indicator on our whirlpool washer, called and technician came out within 2 hours. Had to order part and Mitch returned couple days later right on time as promised and washer now perfect again! Mitch was very courteous, professional. I highly recommend!

Our older dryer wasn't blowing hot air and we needed it to get fix. I called and made an appointment for a service person to come out later in the week. The serviceman came out, made a quick assessment, and fixed our dryer all within 30 mins. The serviceman was nice and was wearing a mask the whole time. If I ever need repair for an appliance, I will call this business again.

Alex S. the certified technician went ABOVE & BEYOND to service our broken dryer. He's extremely conscientious, honest and diligent. There were several issues that occurred along the way (none of which were his fault and too long to even explain) but made sure the job was completed to 100% satisfaction. The company itself answers their phone during business hours and will return messages in a timely fashion outside of said biz hours. I always spoke with a man named Michael and he was on it! Great experience overall. First time we used them and would recommend:)

I recently had DNE Appliance come out to repair my Whirlpool stove oven. The repairman showed up within the appointment window. He was willing to wear his mask and social distance during the service performance. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He retrieved the part from his car and promptly completed the work. The same day service was faster than expected. The repairman was here in 90 minutes and diagnosed the problem immediately. The part was ordered and the cost was within $5 of what I researched with other parts stores nearby. The part was shipped overnight and repairs completed the next day. We just had our dryer serviced. It turns out the parts are no longer available. If he were able to get what we needed it would have been in 3 separate part orders and would have ended up costing us hundreds more then the dryer did. The repair man was here in less then an hour & as everyone knows that is unheard of. Who is very thorough and explained everything and what had caused the problem. He was professional and very friendly. As was the person on the phone when I called for service. I would have no issue recommending this company or using them in the future.

My washer is well over a decade old. When it stopped running mid-cycle during a pandemic, I assumed the worst but hoped for the best. 24 hours later, my washer is fixed and I'm only out a couple of hundred dollars. I honestly thought I was going to have to buy a brand new machine. My repairman Sergey was prompt & extremely polite. Hopefully I won't need to call another repair service but if I ever do, I know who I'm calling.

I just used this company to repair a GE wall oven at one of my rental homes. When I called them originally they came out to diagnose the problem. the part was ordered and actually came in 2 weeks like they said. the tech came back out and fixed the oven completely so I was very happy and satisfied with their quick response and service. David at Dne did a great job repairing my 18 yr old GE 48" Monogram fridge. He was professional, fast and honest. He took the time to explain everything to me and gave me his honest opinion on what I should do if the repair didn't work. Although the repairs weren't cheap, mainly due to expensive parts, their pricing IS fair-I checked with GE-it was less than their quote. AND it was MUCH cheaper than having to buy a replacement fridge!! Thank you David and Dne !! I'm very satisfied with the job!

Our Bosch refrigerator bit the bullet and we needed someone to come ASAP. With the heatwave occurring in LA all repairmen were busy and were quoting me out weeks in advance to even just come and give an estimate. But Dne not only responded super quickly, they came out the same day to check it out. The board was fried and they needed to order the part for it. Or else they would have fixed the issue then and there. Paul was very polite, efficient and got straight to work. He kept up with me on the status of the part, and he had it fixed before the week even ended! GREAT WORK. If you're looking for efficiency and no BS service, this is the place.

Excellent service!! Very professional, punctual & prices are right on point. I would definitely recommend them and I would use their service again. My drain pump went out on my LG washer (7yrs old) and the part was ordered and installed within 2 days. They did not require a deposit for the quote or the part. It took my technician about 30-45 minutes to complete the job.. very happy. Thank you!!

We called DNE for a dishwasher repair. The guy was very pleasant and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He ordered the part and came back a few days later to install it. A month or so later my washing machine had a leak. A different technician, equally pleasant, found the problematic part and replaced it the next day. Both interactions were quick and easy. I can't really speak to the prices charged but they seemed ok, but cheap but not outrageous. The most important thing is that we have the crucial appliances working perfectly now.

David the dishwasher repair man arrived within The time frame agreed upon, polite, clean, respectful and went right to the problem while he was doing something the water in the bottom drained which was the problem, he cleaned the filter the machine is running and looks to be draining he pulled some gunk out and fixed my machine in minutes!!! no hype!!!the charge was appropriate I am thrilled and will refer them to everyone I know and call them again!!!! I called a lot of companies and did not book but the lady in the phone was great, smart and clear!!!!!

Our ice machine had significantly reduced the rate that it was making ice to the point that when ice was dispensed, it would take almost a day for another single serving of ice to be produced. The response time for an appointment was very quick and the repairman was very knowledgeable and explained the issue in detail. It only took a day for the parts to become available and the actual time to complete the service w as less than 20 minutes. Our machine now makes ice at the rate it used to when we first bought thr refrigerator and the pressure from the water dispenser has also increased. We are very pleased with the overall service!

I was surprised I was able to set an appointment right away. Service agent David arrived at my house 2 hours later to diagnose my dryer. He disassembled the dryer and was able to immediately fix the issue. I highly recommend this company. Great service at a reasonable price.

What can I say. It's always a gamble when hiring anyone to come into your house to make repairs. Well these folks have not only proved they know what they're doing but they have also proven that they are honest. My washing machine broke down last week and I called another appliance center and made an appointment, only for them to cancel at the last minute ( I was clearly upset) then I rescheduled and they did it again... ugh! I then called these great people and David got right back to me and gave me an appointment and showed up!! It was needing a certain part and he got it done right away and he was very professional... Josef provided excellent service. He arrived on time (although I was a few minutes late) he was patient and when I arrived he was ready to get to work. He was clearly knowledgeable about the LG brand dishwashers. Even though I did not have the mode number, he was able to figure out the part that I needed. The repair technician was nice, there was great coordination with the dispatch with reliable timing and information (they had to come 2x because the first was to scope out the issue and determine needed parts). To complete the work, the technician was quick,. He was so focused that he didn't even complain when the room was overly hot because he accidentally turned on the heat lamp with the light. The work was well done and he explained clearly the nature of the problem for me.

I found this company by Google g washer and dryer repair near Glendale Ca. Within 2 hours they send a technician to fix our Samsung washer. To be honest we have a family member cousin who is in the same repair business. Over the phone he told me it must be the computer board which will cost me approximately $400 . I agreed to have it replaced but he didn't show up for 5 days. Since we are a big family I couldn't wait any longer I found this company as I mentioned it before. The technician by name Alexandr, he is from Ukraine as he told me, came over and found the problem within 3 minutes I swear to God. Touch of a ginger he pushed the door lock and the problem was fixed. It cost me $60 plus I tiped the guy which he didn't want to take it. I insisted to take the tip. If I could give this company 10 Star I would do it. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you, thank you and again thank you for great service and for professionalism.

Wow what a great group of people. Fair and honest through and through. The 1st time they came out they warned us of the potential issues and let us make up our own mind. After dealing with a few of the issues ourselves we still couldn't figure out the problem. They came back out the next day and helped us out again. Once again honest and fair. 100% a must call. So Sunday morning I wake up to the refrigerator making a loud noise. I called 6 different repairman but every number went to voice-mail. Finally this company answered the phone and I made an appointment for Monday morning. The repairman came and knew by the sound what the problem was. He removed 2 huge chunks of ice and replaced a leaking hose. He left an hour later and my fridge was fixed and working quietly. I would recommend this company, Thank You!

When the part arrived they returned in a timely manner and installed the part. the machine is operating well after several washing/drying cycles. I would use DNE again.

My built in fridge/freezer died and I got onto internet and found this wonderful responsive company; They sent Dennis the next morning and he arrived masked, vaxed and on time. He was super knowledgeable and took the control panel with no guarantee it could be fixed or replaced since the model was almost 10 years old. I waited a week and had really good texts exchanges with him and with the company. He researched, found and ordered a replacement control panel, and half hour later I'm waiting for the first ice cubes to drop. Can't recommend Dennis and DNE more highly.

Called the company and got a same day response and a next day visit by the technician. Repaired fridge within the 2 hour time at the house as he had all parts with him. I think that this was a bit more $ than I would have paid if I had shopped around but food in fridge did not have to be defrosted so big savings there. Also initial service cost ($75) was applied to the total cost. Good work!

Best service ever. Our dryer broke and we had a different company come out to fix it and spent almost $400 fixing it. A few weeks later, multiple other pieces broke on it so we called these guys (not knowing if it was the previous company or just our POS dryer)! Josef fixed multiple more parts that were broke. A few weeks later one of those parts once again broke and Josef came back and it was all covered under the warranty they supplied. We ended up needing a new dryer (we figured we would eventually but with Covid everything was backordered so we tried to make due with what we had) and he even gave us recommendations for what ones to get (and stay away from)! He definitely didn't try to nickel and dime us like other company's have.

We have an Electrolux stove/oven that I bought in 2009. At first no one wanted to touch the repair. Finally, David came out from DNE appliance and fixed our stove. Just needed a new part and a little tweaking. I will use them again. David saved us from having to purchase another stove.

My old GE gas oven stopped working suddenly last evening. I called DNE right way and was able to get an appointment for this morning. The repairman showed up promptly this morning. He was friendly and competent and repaired my oven in less than an hour -- just like new! The price for labor and parts was reasonable (I checked prices on line beforehand) and a lot easier and much less expensive than buying a new range/oven. DNE will be my go-to appliance service in the future

Our Maytag washer stopped between cycles and DNE sent their service provider in to check it out right away. He was so kind. He pulled out a load of heavy, sopping wet clothes and helped me put them in black trash bags to deal with later. I could never have lifted them out of the washer, I was truly grateful for his help. We needed new parts, he ordered them, and came back a few days later and set us up. He also told us the history of our washer and the Maytag company and made us appreciate our appliance even more. New is not necessarily better! Truly a professional job, and if we ever need another appliance repaired, we will call DNE. Highly recommend!

I have an oven that is only 2 years old that caused the electrical breaker panel to blow, when I put it through its cleaning cycle. As a result, the thermostat in the oven was also damaged. The technician had to order a new part, and once installed detected a problem in our breaker panel. We were very grateful for his assessment, as it may have prevented us from experiencing a fire, as the whole panel did, indeed, need to be replaced, and there was evidence of burn marks on the wall behind the oven. The service was quick - he performed the service at the price quoted - and, the technician was experienced.

I had a problem with washing machine, my door was cracked on the side. Still, I could wash my clothes in there if I had to install the door by myself. But the little problem got serious when I tried to wash big amount of clothes since the door still was kind of open and the water would drain from the machine. I called to their repair company and one of their workers came to check it out. Sergey was a very diligent man who helped us. They ordered the new door for my washing machine ( which is not even on sale anymore, it's been almost 20 years) and they delivered it right on time. Sergey fixed it in 5 minutes and my 20 year old machine looks like new.

Ohmigosh... What a great experience we had. Two miserable experiences prior..one with a certified Samsung dealer who wanted an arm and a leg and the other with a 'reliable' company who turned out to be anything BUT reliable. JOSEF arrived on time, was polite and friendly After the first two failures with the technician not returning to finish, Josef solved the problem in less than 1 hour, charging $60 less than one company and $90 less than the other. I can't recommend them highly enough... TELL YOUR FRIENDS !

When I called they immediately call to look at my fridge I have a whirlpool so when he told me what was wrong which was motor they didnt have the part, so waited 2 days for the repair. When was fixed no problems after that. Just being honest labor is pricey but was fixed. I would recommend to others.

My fridge, to my horror, went on the blink Freezer worked but veggies started to stink I called out for Igor, He responded with vigor, Now all is well, so fast, in a wink! Swift service, precisely at the time promised. Igor sized up the problem, saved me from replacing the unit (and depositing cubic yards of fridge in solid waste for centuries). His price was more than fair -- his visit charge is among the lowest and is waived if you proceed with repair. I'd use this guy again in an instant!!
