We had an excellent experience with Atech Appliane. My phone call was answered right away and they were able to schedule a service call quickly. Ronnie Harris from Atech was right on time and gave me my requested “I am on the way call” so I could get home to meet them. He was able to accurately diagnose and repair our washing machine on the spot. In addition to being courteous and friendly he took the time to show us routine maintenance to prevent the problem in the future. A big thank you to Ronnie Harris and Atech Appliance.

Ronnie Harris was and is a professional, helpful, and, informative service tech. Ronnie helped us understand what was happening to our ice maker by explaining everything he was doing as he worked on our refrigerator. Not only did he diagnose a problem that three other companies missed, he finished an installation that was done by a competitor. When and if we have to call A-Tech in the future, we will always request Ronnie. We will suggest A-Tech and Ronnie to all our friends in need if appliance repair. Thank you Ronnie, Great job!

Great service. Setting up the appointment was easy. Ronnie was here early in morning and called us to keep us updated on his arrival. Reliable and timely and fixed the fridge in matter of half an hour. He was friendly and the service was not expensive. Will recommend him any time.

My stove went out...called for an appointment. It was handled safely and quickly the tech could not fix it in one appointment but identified the problem and some serious hazard issues our house inspector should have caught saving us from certain shock and or fire.. Marty is totally professional and knows his stuff and codes and safety. So thankful Marty caught the wiring hazard it could have cost us our house and our lives. Marty had to come back a 3rd time, not of his own fault. The part ordered was not what he ordered so had to come back. Problem was completely fix. He's very good! Request Marty, you will be very happy.

Atech Appliance has fixed several of my appliances and they did awesome jobs. I had another company supposedly fix my appliances, whom I shall not name, but they are in Jacksonville,AR, and I hated their work. Waiting for parts that said in stock for weeks. Two months to fix a refrigerator and they didn't fix it. I had it swapped out by Lowe's and the repairer called about two weeks later with the piece. Washing machine and dryer taking too long to repair. Atech is on the job. They are no way near like the other guys. James is very kind and courteous. My best friend was very impressed with his behavior and work, neat and orderly. He gave us much information on the appliances. Within days my problem is fixed. Parts come in a week or less. Fast and reliable service.

I bought a new dishwasher a few months back, and unfortunately, it's had a couple of issues draining the water. The repairs were covered under warranty, however, though ATech appliance. Ronnie did the repairs, and really knew his stuff! Really friendly guy, and all of the folks I've spoken with at their office in the scheduling process have also been extremely friendly and competent. I'd certainly use them for other repairs.

Great Service! Setup the service appt with one call. Day before ATech called to confirm the date and time. Ronnie and his co-worker arrived in the promised window... even called me when they were 10 min out. They helped me troubleshoot a misbehaving Insinkerator Instahot. Professional, friendly and very helpful. When the need arises, I will call them again!

Didn't use them for the repair. Paid for the trip call and diagnosis. It was $99 plus tax and not cost effective to repair my LG washer. The tech did however find the issue quickly which was a small tear in the bellow of the front loader. I used eternabond tape (used for RV roof repair) on the tear and no more water leaking from it. I would have never found the issue myself. It was worth the $99 to have someone tell me what was wrong and fix it myself. Maybe I can get a few more years out it now. Very happy with their service.

It's a Vibe With the Dickersons

Ronnie went beyond and beyond to fix and my family’s washer and dryer. Literally not being able to wash for a week was like when in the hell will I be able wash my damn. He kept me from getting frustrated and even showed me a trait or 2 but he was exceptional and displayed complete genuine class. Ronnie is his name from Little Rock Arkansas and believe he will continue to have my business.

Have a fairly new Maytag Front Load Washer that had decided to just hum, while keeping the door locked and no way to turn off the machine. We had purchased an extended warranty so called Home Depot for repairs. They turned us over to A- Tech Appliance for service. So we talked to the scheduler and she indicated that it would be the next day before they could make the repair call. A- Tech Appliance called about two hours latter and asked in they could come the day that I called, but late in the afternoon. Of course I said "yes". That afternoon about 1:15pm got a call from the service guys, "can we come early?" Ronnie, and Brandon, arrived and diagnosed the problem and made the repair. We had just had a new Maytag Dryer delivered the day before and they even made sure that is was installed properly. Really great professional service!!

Brandon Sykes was our Atech technician today and last week. He was here for two reasons: problem with refrigerator and dishwasher. His knowledge regarding both problems was excellent. He diagnosed the problem with each and advised repair to the refrigerator and gave us an estimate on the dishwasher -- both Samsung appliances (don't buy). He was here to day to repair the refrigerator -- great job, done efficiently. In addition, he was clean-shaven, neatly dressed, and courteous. I would have him back anytime to meet our appliance repair needs. Regarding the dishwasher -- we are determining whether to purchase a new appliance or repair this one -- weighing heavily on the side of purchase because the one we have is a Samsung. Atech is fortunate to have Brandon Sykes as an employee. Treat him as well as he treats his customers. Way to go, Brandon.

Both ovens failed on Thanksgiving. Local repair couldn’t even check on them until Dec 11. Called Atech on Monday after Thanksgiving and they came Tuesday, ordered parts and explained what had happened. Fixed perfectly as soon as parts were available. Very nice Technician and great service!

I called for a quote for an appliance repair. Farhad was extremely helpful and was able to provide a complete quote for the repair. (Another local appliance repair company I spoke to refused to provide a quote over the phone. They want to charge you to come to your house first.) I will likely choose to replace the appliance rather than repair it, as the cost of parts and labor is very high.
