I was referred to Universal Appliance Service by my mother in law, and I have to say their customer service was far and above my expectations. I called them today to fix my dryer, and they had someone out the same day to fix it. My wife called to tell me that it was already fixed and how nice the gentlemen was that repaired our dryer. He was even so kind to entertain our 3 year old son by letting him watch what he was doing. He even looked at our dishwasher and instead of charging us for the minor repair, he pointed us to where we could get the part and how we could fix it on our own. I am blown away that service like this still exists.

Excellent service!! The technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable. Fixed my washing machine quickly. Told me how to maintain it for the future. He even gave me some tips to get the ice maker in my refrigerator working. Highly recommend!!!

I called and call was answered immediately and receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She scheduled me for the next day and gave me the time window and said technician would call prior to coming. This morning the technician, Dimitri, called me and was able to come 20 minutes earlier than what was promised. He was prompt and very professional and polite. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken drain pump, took the defective part out and showed me the damage. He replaced new part and machine performed as it should. He told me how to clean the filter leading to the drain pump to prevent future damage to the new drain pump. He then cleaned my refrigerator coils while he was there and gave me a $40 discount on that service. He again showed me how to maintain the cleaning of the coils to prevent damage to the condenser. I was very impressed at this caring attitude and his advice to prevent future appliance problems! If I could give 10 stars I would! Dimitri's service was great!!

I called on a Sunday becasue my refrigerator was not working. They promptly scheduled me for Monday from 11am-2pm and shared that my technician would call in advance. Dimitri my technician called before arriving and gave me his approximate time of arrival (super appreciate this juggling my work schedule). He arrived right on time and was exceptionally courteous and professional. He wore a mask coming in and considerate of our covid environment. Here is where I really liked him, and, will go back to this company. He had to do a reset and did a condenser cleaning. He said that they board may be going, however, cautioned me before I would spend any money to see if his fixes worked. I thought that was exceptionally honest, there was no hustle for a bigger sale, just the thought that he wanted to take care of his customer. I will call Universal for any appliance issues that come up, they have earned my business forever. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy when it would have been just as easy to charge for something and I would not have known the difference. I really appreciate that Dimitri and the company that we represents choosing to do the right thing. :)

I called Universal Appliance Service this morning (7/28). They gave me an appointment for 7/29. A few hours later, they called to say they could visit me today (and gave me a time) if that was convenient for me. I said yes. Dimitri arrived on time. He quickly assessed the problem with my clothes washer and informed me that the repair would be almost as expensive as buying a new washer. (The transmission unit had failed.) He suggested I buy a new washer. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will use Universal Appliance Service again if needed.

The young lady that answered the phone was patient and kind. Also have excellent information. Peter was the person who came out. He called and ask to come out early. He checked and found the trouble right away He gave an estimate of the price. He fixed it was nice quick and pleasant. The price was good. Gave me a discount for being old. Was clean and put everything back in order. I have already made another appointment with him and will tell others this is a good company and to ask for Peter.

Initially I called Universal Appliance Service to repair my Bosch appliances (Stove & Oven). In the past, many appliance repair companies charged me an arm and leg for poor to mediocre service. I found Universal Appliance Service and decided to call. The service rep I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and listened to all my questions. I felt as if I were being heard and not rushed. So the service rep came out and showed he was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was afraid I needed new appliances but the technician told me to relax and he could save me thousands in new appliances. I honestly do not have any complaints about the whole process. I felt confident and comfortable with the work provided. The price was fair and not over the top. I highly recommend Universal Appliance Service for all major appliance repair in Las Vegas.

Great service! The service tech was very professional and honest. He told us that he thought that the only thing that was wrong with our washer was, that it needed to be taken apart and the parts needed to be cleaned, he said that we should be able to do this ourselves. We did exactly what he told us to do and the machine is working better than it has in years. He could have done this for us and charged us an arm and a leg to do so. I recommend this company 100%.

I have an old 22 year old built in refrigerator and Demetri repaired not only the entire freezer and refrigerator but serviced my refrigerator to work for many more years. Most appliance service people wouldn't even know how to repair these old appliances and would have suggested that I replace it for $8-9,000. Also, he saw my hinges were not closing my door and is looking for these ancient parts. He came back passionate about fixing my door and now it is closing much better. I will refer them to everyone I know!

Peter was professional, explained everything, and made sure the washer worked before leaving. I don’t know if the price was equivocal to other companies, but the price for a top loader Maytag washing machine drain pump repair was $240 which is a helluva a lot cheaper than a new washing machine! The serviceman was very professional. Much to our dismay he was unable to repair our Asko washer. The part would cost $600 so it was cheaper to buy a new one. But he could have charged a fortune and he only charged the price of a service call. They repair all brands of appliances so I will be calling them for any future appliance repairs. It is good to know there are honest people in Las Vegas.
