I have gone to other furniture stores and the minute you start asking questions about the furniture they start to get annoyed and start getting pushed and asking you if you really are interested in buying there products but not Lisa, question that I asked her and answer that she gave me. I had a really pleasant experience with April and her team at the Civic Center location. There was a delivery mishap on the day my furniture was supposed to arrive and their 3rd party delivery service said they wouldn't be able to reschedule until several days later which wasn't going to work with my schedule. Although the delivery dispatch representative did her best to be professional and keep me in the loop with what she explained to be a hectic day, she wasn't able to provide a viable solution for the schedule I needed the delivery to fit in. I called Conn's back directly to relay what had gone down and I requested to pick up the furniture rather than risk another scheduling conflict. April promptly responded to my request and made it happen, and even provided an additional discount for the inconvenience of having to reschedule the original delivery! Her and Tashi, the representative that initially helped me with my purchase, were both very kind and professional and took care of my needs in the time frame I needed it done. I would highly recommend these ladies SPECIFICALLY because they were the ones that made this happen and turned a messy situation into a successful purchase. I would definitely forewarn potential shoppers though -- be sure to have an open schedule if you plan on using their 3rd party delivery service. They were great up until the point that they couldn't make my delivery on time and where they failed to execute was adapting to a new delivery schedule that did NOT impact the customer for what was their mistake. Being a great talker and having manners is wonderful, but it falls short when it comes to actively trying to find solutions instead of just stringing customers along to do their jobs for them. This was not the case with April as she took full responsibility and resolved my issue quickly. Thank you to April and everyone at the store that helped me complete my purchase!!

Excellent customer service. Overpriced warrantee ($318 for a $660 computer.) Incredible selection and prices aren't outrageous and interest rates are about 30-35%. After they took my order, took another hour to get out of the store while they "trained someone. Would not tell me what my payment was until all done with sale and products brought out to me. Then he tacked on extra insurance that I did not ask for then blamed it on a newbie. He only removed it when i started to walk out, very deceptive. You have such great chairs to sit on for sale, but when we sit down to go over the contract etc for 45 minutes, we sit in hard plastic yardsale style chairs. Can you not afford to have comfortable chairs for customers while we're the test dummies for a cashier transferring over to sales? Maybe a bottle of water offered as it's 105 degrees out and we have to wait so long? May shop with the company again but definitely not with this location.

Very friendly staff and clean store. The prices aren't too bad either. The biggest complaint I would have, is that the electronics are is not very big. It would be great if they were to expand that area and offer a bigger selection of items and brands. Overall though it is a good place to get new items for your home.

I brought a dinette set from Conn's during late 2015. Conn's set up a small monthly payments and in two years it was paid off. Conn's has great customer service.
