I've always loved this store because of the customer service is so nice and it kept me coming back to make purchases. I don't want to name drop, but my last visit, I'm guessing the employee was having a bad day, felt very rude tone even though I didn't do anything. I just want to remind management to tell employees to stay positive even though days can be hard sometimes.

Absolutely incredible camera shop! When you walk in the door its like stepping into another world, just for cameras! I was greeted by staff immediately. The same person took us around the shop got us what we needed immediately and made his sale. After making a sale the store clerk was still super helpful. He took us around the store and educated us on a few cameras and lenses. Highly recommend stopping here for all your camera needs in Las Vegas.

I usually frequent the "default" camera stores in NYC when I need to buy any photography-related equipment, but trying to get a hold of the elusive 105 Macro for the Z mount has been a challenge even for these established stores. I saw B&C as a lone seller having the item in stock last week, I was skeptical...because I've never heard of them until then...I did my research and apparently they've been around for a long time and they are an official Nikon distributor. I sent an email inquiring about the availability and got a response right away. I placed the order and a few days later, I now have the lens mounted on my Z6 as I type this review grinning like a little kid who received his first Nintendo game system on a Christmas morning. Suffice to say, I am very happy and B&C has a repeat customer.

Great camera store! I went to this store several years ago, and it wasn’t exactly a place I’d wanted to return to, but since then they’ve made a few adjustments and upgrades. There’s a great variety of cameras, lenses, and accessories to browse. Store is clean and laid out well.

Seamless rental experience. Lots of great gear and accessories for photographers. Note that all sales are final at the store. The manager was extremely generous and allowed me to return an unused filter. In the future, I will keep their return policy in mind.

Great place for professionals even people just starting out. My first time there was today. They have great quality equipment. I️ believe the rental deposits are a little overboard I️ mean if I️ really wanted to buy the camera I️ might as well if I have to hold the value of the equipment on a card in order to rent. I️ think that defeats the point of renting. But other than that good customer service. Greeted at the door, and someone had answers to all of my questions. I️ will be back to purchase some things.

Best camera store in vegas- better yet, the whole west coast. Everyone at the shop are some of the nicest people, and some of my now- long time friends. They even have a little cute cafe-type-thing where they have snacks & water & coffee all free-of- charge, they're never stingy about letting you test equipment at all, and do some of the coolest events I've seen a camera store do. If you're ever in Vegas and/or live here, and want camera stuffs, this is the place to go to.

Outstanding online order experience. Was looking for an item that nobody had in stock due to limited color availability. Everyone said 4-6 month back order from manufacturer. These guys had it in stock. Was very skeptical as I’m in Kentucky and they are in Vegas and I had never heard of them. Did a quick Google search and everything looked good so thought I’d give it a try. Within hours of ordering i got notification it was shipped. I took my camera in for a cleaning and they were able to clean the sensor and get the dust off for 2 days or the mid 60 hours but but for priority you need cleaned in one day it cost me an extra 20 and since I didn't have a lot of time to wait around I went ahead and did it Cameron looks great on the pictures now thanks

A couple of months ago I had a great experience with buying a S1H and Lens at this store. Forgot to leave a review!!!!! So here it is. When to spend around 7k on gear and they gave me $500 off a very expensive Lens. Forgot his name but while I was paying for everything he told me to hold on he had to make a call. Little did I know he called the owner to see if there was something they can do for me since I was spending cash. Came back and told me they can take a few bucks off, I was astonished!! Super great service! Long story short my camera broke on a trip to Las Vegas and while they were unable to help repair it, they allowed me to use a dark bag to at least get the film out of the camera. They then suggested a cheap little 35mm camera for the rest of the trip and the photos that came out of that were great! All around high fives for the service!

What can I say, pleasant experience as a first time visitor. I called in to see if they can a lens in store, they did and held it for me until I arrived an hour later. I walked in with a pleasant greeter which followed the sight of a beautiful woman working there. I asked for Diego who held that lens for me. During checkout he informed me about their diamond protection with great detail which influenced me to purchase it as well as I plan to shoot outdoors more often. I'll definitely be adding this store as one of my favorites for everything camera.

Awesome people here! We've had some nice conversations with the salespeople when trying to decide between different products. The store layout is nice and makes sense and there's even room to stop in and hang out and chat with other photographers. It's very inviting. The summer fest was also really cool this year and they had great prices, some discounts, and tax free! It's absolutely worth the drive to go check it out!

This place always makes me feel mixed emotions. The employees are super helpful and informative… However, some of them seem like they are too cool to treat to me like a normal person. It’s strange, some of them have this “ I’m a professional photographer so I know more than you” kind of attitude and it always makes me feel kind of dumb. They always answer my questions thoroughly and direct me to precisely what I need... but sometimes that help is delivered by a patronizing aloof “expert.” That being said, I would be remiss if I did not mention the employees that do not fit this bill. A couple times I came across a wonderful employee (a young male, with an accent that sounds Eastern European) who was a consummate guide and was super friendly. Then another one wouldn’t even look up from the computer when I walked directly up to him. Their prices about 25-30% more than what you will find on Amazon or any other online retailer... but this is typical of any brick and mortar retailer and the price you pay for instant gratification or time sensitive needs.

Lots of friendly help and a great selection of photography gear, which you've just got to have in your bag. Also, a great selection of bags, backpacks and containers for your expensive gear. They put on classes in the store next to them, too. Love this place!

I have mixed feelings about this store. It is one of only a couple camera stores in Las Vegas that have survived the pandemic shutdown and Amazon/online ordering. They do "price match" but add on sales tax where some online vendors include the tax in the purchase price. So ultimately you may pay more here (nearly 9% more) but if you can not wait for delivery of an online order, B&C camera is your only real option locally. I give them kudos for being a local industry staple and staying in business inspite of the incredibly difficult challenges. Also one or two staff sometimes BS and don't know what they are talking about, one of them in particular really annoys me for this reason. If you don't know the answer to something, don't BS me and learn about what you are selling. Also rental policy here is insane for the size of the deposit they expect. For these reasons, 4 out 5 is the best I would rate.

After discovering this through searching, I went in looking for a new high-quality video tripod. Ava was very helpful in my selection process, ultimately picking up a Manfrotto tripod. The store was clean and organized, plus it has a nice assortment of other camera equipment. It is a local business, so it is a good thing to support during the pandemic.

We wanted to update a macro product set up and familiarize ourselves with the new equipment since we last purchased. I researched equipment reviews and decided what general direction I was going to go in but I wanted to touch the equipment and interact with a real person in real life. I read the store’s reviews and it seemed like they were very proactive with hobby customers. I assumed it would be the same with businesspeople like ourselves. Not only was there an event going on but there was a Canon representative who was able to show the latest equipment and answer questions. I did sample shots and reached out for more data. No problem. Everyone was helpful. We modified our first choice and went mirrorless to get the automatic focus stacking as opposed to the SLR that I’d have to manually bracket. This was suggested by both the sales person and the Canon representative as well as answering all my questions. There was a side query from the Canon rep to the salesman, “don’t you run classes?” which I took as a signal to wind this up. Since I was there to purchase a camera and a lens, I didn’t let it deter me I went on and asked the second question to help me make my final decision. I asked for a smaller lens (35mm) as opposed to the 100 mm and decided it fit the immediate call (not super macro shoot a bugs life.) I was there an hour and the salesman had to go to go on break, but everyone was very patient. All sales are final except for defects, so I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt put upon or that I was a bother. In the past I would have bought this out of New York and saved about $300, but I was rusty and it was worth it to do this in person. I spoke to the owner who clearly appears to love what he does and is accessible. I highly recommend this fantastic and fun resource for a great “in real life” experience.

Store has an extensive amount of inventory. Staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. Did not feel rushed at all and had plenty of questions to ask. It's also very modern and clean. If you have any kind of camera needs I recommend this store over any of the larger stores that only have a camera section. Example is Best Buy I only had about 8 lens filters, this store had about a hundred or more.

Incredible selection. Very knowledgeable staff. I don't think I've ever seen a camera store with so many options. Pretty much everything from canon, Nikon, Sony and leica, as well as most other brands, lenses, adapters, lighting, etc. Plus they're very helpful and accommodating about letting you try different lenses, adapters and other goodies in the store before buying things. They also have a large rental selection for cameras and lenses.

LOVED this place when I was in Vegas! Sadly I dropped my camera on a hike and the lens slipped a gear and would not focus. With 2 weeks left in Vegas, I stopped in and purchased the Tamron 15-30 mm for my D750. It was SUCH a nice lens, and this shop was so polite. Will definitely stop by here again!

I was visiting Las Vegas/Death Valley and forgot my polarizing filter so stopped in here and left wishing we had a store like that at home. Sales people were very knowledgeable and super friendly and the store had a full selection of cameras, lenses and accessories. They also do lens and equipment rentals so I may consider that next trip as well, rather than lugging everything along. I got some good tips on hikes in Red Rock too. (My family enjoyed having breakfast at the Egg & I in the same shopping center, which gave me a little more time to enjoy the selection at B&C.)

The place to go for you camera needs. However, if you have vintage cameras and are looking for batteries for it, the internet may be your best choice. The staff "geeks-out" over shop talk. The staff are enthusiasts. There is also a developing store close by in the same mall for you 35mm needs.

Good selection of gear but I think you have to be rich to shop here. I felt out of place when I seen the price of most equipment was outrageously out of my budget. Thought I would give photography a try only to find out I could just rebuild a car for cheeper. Can't believe some lenses go for thousands of dollars. Now that I have spent over 3k for the camera I now have along with several lenses. Because you never know what type of lens you would need/like to learn to use.

In the times of Amazon, this place is still surviving. Now its expanded and has a larger layout and more new toys! Since the new owner expanded, I have had nothing but superior customer service. Did not matter if I was just there for a filter or a case or my wife needing a expert opinion on a noise her camera was making, always fast and friendly staff. Problem is that I always walk out with more than I went in for. Somethings are more expensive than online, but not so much that I would give up having local service. Need to support the local guy and they give you a reason to. Most items are comparable to online. They also seem to want my business! I am on their mailing list and see that they have workshops for all levels and brands.

I recently rented a Tamron 10-24mm for my 60D and, I must say, the service here was just as great of quality as the lens itself! My initial plan was to rent the lens, return it, and rent it again after a couple days because I didn’t need it for the whole week. B&C has a decent selection of high-quality camera products and a knowledgeable staff. However, the prices are well-above what you can get the products for online. If you are unsure of what products you need, I do recommend visiting the store and talking to one of their staff members. However, DO NOT overpay for the products you need. Some items are over 20% more (before tax) than you would pay at an online retailer, so just be aware and shop around if you need to before settling on your purchase.

I live 2 hours from Las Vegas and along with my favorite restaurants, B&C is always on my list to stop by. These guys know camera equipment and have always been spot on with their recommendations. Great selection of gear, a ton of bags and accessories. Their prices compete head-to-head with the big on-line camera sites. If you want personalized service, counsel, and value added, then this is the place to get your gear. My only complaint is that they can get swamped and so they don't have as much time as I personally would like. BUT on the other hand, I am glad they are busy because they are making sales and will be around. If they are busy, I just have patience and wait for it to slow down and then they have all the time for me I need. If you call asking for a $15 part and they don't take the time to hunt it down, good for them because I am probably in line waiting to buy a lens or camera. Highly Recommended!

Great people, very helpful, now my main camera shop. EDIT: Alrighty, just adding more. So I being fairly new to photography finally wanted to get a new camera. I walked in quite a few times, told them about what level and style i wanted to shoot, and asked for suggestions. They pointed me towards a few, explained some deals, and i was on my way. Did some research of my own, made the choice, bought the camera after handling it. They were extremely helpful in this process and more than willing to share their suggestions Ive been there several times now for various things, and have always been helped quickly (give them some slack lol, sometimes there are quite a few people each with lots of questions, but they get to you as soon as they can. Love probing their experience for suggestions, but in the end make sure you still do your own research and then make a choice (like most things). Called ahead to price a tripod and monopod. Rep on phone was amazing. I entered the store having to walk through a cloud of amoke from an employee standing outside the main entrance smoking. Walked inside milled around until i found the tripods (no greetings, no may i help you). Once i touched a tripod to turn the tag over a young rep flippantly says you need help? I said i called and was told you guys have tripods in this price range. Rep said no, we don't proceeded to walk away. I said do you have any monopods in that range he said i dont know and turned to walk away. I walked over and found a tripod, in the price range i asked for. He breathed out as if i had insulted him. Ordinarily inwould have walked out and bought it elsewhere, cheaper but i had a shoot 30 mins later and couldnt afford to. He pulled the floor model put it in a box, went to a drawer and pulled out a clip, snapped it into the tripod and rang me up. I gave 3 stars mostly because the rep when i called was amazing, otherwise i would have given 1 star. I have shopped here in the paat and NEVER received anything under 5 star treatment.

Pretty much the only camera place in Vegas. Some of the staff is very knowledgeable, some not so much. Updated from 3⭐ to 4⭐... Still pretty much the only local camera place in Las Vegas so my opinion has nothing to compare them to. In my experiences, they have gotten better knowledge wise. I feel that some local competition would force them to get better. Not that I think they are bad, but like I said before, there's nothing in Vegas to compare them to.

Fanominal. Kyle listened to what my video needs were. I inquired on a Sony and Panasonic video camera. He then quickly suggested a Luninex 4k camera. It was on sale and $300 to $400 Less than what I was considering. After some reviewing he lead me to the best choice for me. Great place and the customer service is excellent. I recommend them to all my photographer friends visiting Vegas. Update: Ok I had to drop the rating down to 3 stars from 5 because the very next day when i went back to purchase something, they refused the method of payment that they accepted before which is Samsung pay through Chase Bank. It's a more widely accepted form of payment than apple pay because it uses the same credit card reader. I never had a merchant refuse a payment because they didn't understand how it works. The staff and management need to address this quickly or they will lose a lot business. I will return it to 5 stars when they accept SAMSUNG PAY AGAIN!

I stopped by B&C camera during one of their big trade-in events. Although I didn't trade in equipment, I had the opportunity to speak with the Leica representative (Ebi Kuene). I purchased the new Leica C-Lux camera, and I have been extremely impressed. I recently took it to the Smith Center, where we had seats in the way , way, way, back. The pictures I was able to get with this little camera were amazing. Often times, it is impractical to bring big professional equipment , and this little camera is perfect for throwing in your bag for just such situations. The staff at B&C are always knowledgable and professional. I am very impressed with my experience.
