Super service! Excellent tech knowledge!! Needed my washer repaired… they came out the same day. Dave was my repairman and he knowledge was outstanding. Diagnosed the problem in QuickTime. And his work is so clean!

I used their service twice in one week. The first time was for my LG refrigerator that was frosting over and the fan blade was making a noise due to the ice. I was given a choice to unplug the refrigerator and manually defrost versus replacing the heater. I appreciated having that choice and after melting the ice, the refrigerator fan motor no longer makes noise and is fine. The next week, our LG washing machine would not tumble and an LE error code said it could be the drum rotor or the rotor sensor. Dave replaced the sensor and also cleaned our drain tubes for the door seal. They arrived on time. Dave is a solid professional and explained everything he was going to do. I will use them again.
