Very helpful!! They have many genuine parts there and the staff is very knowledgeable. I felt better knowing that an a actual person can see the part and know what I need. If I would have ordered it online I would have ended up with an aftermarket part that doesnt last long and probably not what I needed. I'd rather try to fix it than trash it. Great place will be back.

I thought I needed a new dryer button. They checked it, it was still good. The guy that took care of me asked a few questions about my dryer. He said it's the thermal fuse and explained why and showed where it would be in my dryer so it would be easy for me to replace it. Would definitely go back for any other issues with my appliances. (Las Vegas location)

Not the 1st time , but a RETURN trip to these guys, & got a great deal on dryer repair kit! Both times, I ended up with a successful repair , cuz these guys are AWESOME ! , + , it cost me less than originally quoted(?), I guess these guys are in the X-mas spirit! signed, A very satisfied customer!

Very Friendly Staff and atmosphere. You will not have to wait for your part to be retrieved. At any given time of the day, there are at least 3 reps. to help you, and they know their stuff .. If you are new caller, PLEASE HAVE YOUR MODEL & MAYBE SERIAL NUMBER HANDY IF THEY NEED so they can expedite your parts. Appliance parts company is very close to the strip. I hope this was helpful to all the folks out there. CIAO

Absolutely the best appliance parts company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They always have exactly what I'm looking for and if they have to order it, their warehouse is in Tempe Arizona and they can have it in 2 days most of the time. For example, I needed a timer for my washer. I went in on a Saturday. They did not stock that model. That's ok. It was a long shot anyway. So it was ordered on Monday and arrived that Wednesday!! Thanks APCO!! YOU GUYS are the best in my book!!

Called spoke with Rick and asked about the washer not filling for the rinse cycle, and over filling. Rick told me to check the the hose going to the pressure switch which is located on the load size selector knob. Sure enough the hose was clogged on the side of the wash tub. cleaned it out, works as advertised. I cant thank Rick enough for the support. Thanks Rick

Make sure you have your appliance model number as sometimes the component's P/N won't help. I know it sounds strange but trust me. However the staff there knows their stuff and got me exactly what I needed even though I made the mistake above. Added bonus, they have a ton of tools, cleaning supplies, as well as neat grill accessories available as well.

I originally went to a place called Appliance Parts Center on Eastern Ave. The part I needed was priced at just under 50 bucks, way over what I had seen it for online, so I came to Appliance Parts Company (the names are very similar) on Western Ave. Same exact brand and part was $26.06. Virgil, the sales clerk, was extremely helpful and gave me lots of good advice. Skip that other place and go to Appliance Parts Company on Western Ave.

I went to APC today looking for a new start relay for my LG fridge that stopped cooling. I did not have the model number of my exact fridge with me so they guys had to do some serious sleuthing to find what I needed. They did not have the relay, but they gave me something much better. It is a universal 3 'n 1 start kit and it worked like magic! Took me 10 minutes to connect it to my compressor and everything was working like new again. I am so grateful and highly recommend APC!
