STOP! Look no further for any home appliances you may need! K&A Appliance is the place to go. We were in search of a washer and dryer. I had checked several places and found most to be overpriced or rather out of my price range. A friend of mine, who lives out of state suggested I check out a scratch and dent store. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about K&A. From my initial inquiry via email, a follow-up phone call, customer service on the floor and purchasing personnel to the delivery! The professionalism, courteous, friendliness and efficiency were outstanding!!! I would highly recommend! I am very satisfied with my purchase! I will be purchasing from them again in the future! Bonus: not a scratch or dent in sight!

We had a superb experience purchasing and installing our new LG washer/dryer tower. We walked into K&A just to do a quick investigation and soon realized that the price for the tower we were looking at was too good to pass up. The sales manager Lex was so easy to work with; he was forthright, sincere and attentive. Our installation was 5*****’s ! Angel R. and Julian exceeded any expectations we had. First and foremost they were punctual; a rare event these days. When they arrived at my home they greeted me with a smile and a good morning, just overall great customer service. They were so attentive during the whole process. Julian and Angel were mindful of my home and took every opportunity to keep me informed while they removed my old appliances and installedalled my new one. They also patiently answered any questions I had; they were beyond respectful. I truly wish that every appliance installation we’ve had was as good as this one. I cannot say enough how unexpectedly pleased we are! K&A you have Great staff!

I recently purchased kitchen appliances from K & A and had a very good experience. Cisco was helpful in finding the right appliances out of hundreds to choose from. Kristen took care of the transaction and setting up delivery. I had no wait time and got what I needed in less than an hour. When the appliances were delivered there was a minor problem with the set up. I called them the same day. They sent two technicians over the next business day and issue was corrected. Jaime and Giovanni were knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I have made several purchases from K & A and I recommend them for their selection, pricing and great customer service.

From the initial phone call to the final installment, K&A Appliance Inc.’s customer service was fantastic. They offered coffee to me while browsing and were quick to hold the door and assist even where they didn’t need to. Although their Tuesday & Wednesday delivery days were full they offered to bring it to us within the hour of purchase today! A huge blessing to our family! Upon installment when they noticed there wasn’t a water filter in the fridge they called their supervisor to bring one right away. Similiar to many items within their store, there was at least a $1,000 discount for two marks on the outside of the fridge. Angel and Danny installed our refrigerator and were absolutely fantastic. Kind, polite, courteous, and went out of their way to be helpful. I can’t tell you how thankful I was that they delivered our new fridge so quickly!

K&A Appliance has been very helpful with locating an affordable but durable washer and dryer. Ray was very knowledgeable in house and explaining the different specs of all brands. Once we picked a Whirlpool pair, we were called same day for delivery the next day which was very appreciated! We had Angel R and Robinson for delivery. They were quick and very efficient the whole way through hook up, testing, and clean up. Highly recommend this place for appliances.

This is a well-run business. They are customer focused and while some items have small damaged, they are overall in very good working shape. Also, they are very transparent of the damage and let you know what warranty will be in place. Delivery was high quality and quick. Highly recommend!

I bought a dryer here a couple years ago and it was a great experience. The guys delivered it on time and installed it. This last time they were so very helpful. We had bought a used washer/dryer off FB Marketplace and I needed a drain hose for the Whirlpool washer. I went to five other places before stopping in here. Lowe's didn't have it, Brubaker's needed a model number, McComb's needed a model number, other Lowe's didn't have it, Restore didn't have it, finally, K&A did. I even had three pictures of my washer and could describe the fitting I needed. This wasn't a weird or unusual part or model. K&A actually had the exact model we bought for sale. They knew exactly what I needed and were really nice about it. They were the rainbow at the end of a very frustrating morning dealing with unhelpful, "knowledgeable" people.

So many varieties of appliances to choose from. It will be hard to beat the great prices at K & A! Not only are the prices great but the staff there friendly, thorough and just plain fantabulous! I wish I could not say I am here all the time, but I am and glad they exist. They have good appliances, a good service department, and great staff. One area they really stand out in is their delivery and install. Home Depot and Lowes are sometimes cheaper for what I need, but I always have a better experience with k&a, well worth the added cost. I really will not buy from Home Depot anymore because of the delivery issues.

I highly recommend K & A Appliance store! When you think of a scratch and dent appliance store you may not think of good service. K & A has it all. We found a gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator that we liked and purchased them on a Saturday. They were delivered the following Thursday – no long wait to receive the appliances. Installation took very little time and we were up and running with new appliances. We found a mechanical issue with the refrigerator so I sent an e-mail to the store. The next morning the sales manager, Lex, called us and let us know his plan of action. The issue was resolved the same day! Great products, great delivery and installation, awesome service.

My wife and I ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered to our second floor. From our visit to their store to ordering to delivery these guys were amazing throughout the entire process! I was having trouble replacing an LED light in my the freezer of my Whirlpool Frige/Freezer. The Whirlpool "tech support" were no help at all. I called A&K and a nice gentleman helped me with instructions on how to remove the old one and even sent me a link for were to get a new bulb. All doone over the phone at no charge, even though I didn't buy the frige there. I will definitely shop there the next time we need an appliance! That kind of help is hard to find these days.

I've used K&A to purchase 12+ appliances over the past 10 years, plus numerous service calls. Sales staff are hit-or-miss, I've had one good experience, and several salesmen who were knew next to nothing about the machines they were selling. Don't expect them to know much about the machines, do your own research with Consumer Reports etc. Check prices online, as they are supposed to be a discount place, but often their prices are the same as the big box stores and the local specialty appliance stores. Their service techs are great, in my opinion. But if you're investing in new appliances, go to a specialty appliance store to get knowledgeable sales staff and products they will stand behind.

I found this company on google because I needed a dishwasher repair and the big name company I have always used couldn’t get me on the schedule for 12 days. I was delighted with the experience with K&A. The scheduler was helpful and the repair tech was very professional. And their service fee is guaranteed for 90 days!!! This was very important because, of course, my appliance worked on the day they came to fix it. It stopped working the next day and they were able to come right out and fix it without another service fee. I will definitely be using this company again!! Thanks for exceeding expectations!!

We came to K & A Appliances to see their selection before going with another retailer. A good friend recommended them and I'm so happy we decided to go. We found a dryer bigger than the one I was going to purchase from the other retailer and over $200 less than the value simply because it had a small scuff on the front. Granted, some appliances do have noticeable dents. I found them to be knowledgeable and honest about their products. Tony was extremely helpful! We mentioned to him about the belt on our dryer breaking and rather than have us rush to purchasing a new dryer he encouraged us to call during the week and they may be able to help us get a belt so we can repair it instead. Our dryer was old so I was ready! Angel and Danny were the two that delivered the appliances (they had a good deal on deep freezers) and they were great! They properly installed our dryer (which another retailer wouldn't even do) and gave us tips on how to fix our vent and looked up exactly what we needed to get. They have stoves, overhead microwaves, refrigerators, washer and dryers (electric and gas, as well as commercial) and deep freezers. We went to their main location in Greenfield. Oh yea, delivery fee is based off of distance from their store. 10 miles or less is free delivery. It was also free installation and free appliance removal.

This place was recommended by a family member, so when we found ourselves in need of a washing machine, we decided to check it out. We were greeted promptly by Corey who showed us what was in stock and was very apologetic about their lower than normal inventory. He was pleasant and was not trying to "hard sell" us on anything. We found one we liked and they were able to offer delivery in a couple of days. Worked out perfectly as I had some time off scheduled and could be around to handle the delivery. The drivers called about 15 minutes out and let me know they were on their way. They arrived, got right to removing the old Samsung and were ready to install the new one. From arrival to test to departure was under 30 minutes. I didn't get their names but they were also pleasant and knew what they were doing. Our first experience here was excellent and we will be sure to return when we are in need of other appliances.

John & Michael delivered and installed a Christmas surprise for my grandmother this week. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They possessed excellent customer service skills, thorough installation skills, and were diligent of the home and space they worked in. Michael took the time to explain to us how the new washer and dryer worked and answered any questions we had. They made sure to provide contact information as well in case we needed any further assistance. Chris M. was our sales person at their Lancaster location. He greeted us as soon as we walked into the sales floor and really set the tone for our experience. He was very friendly and helpful as well. He was willing to move the appliances out and let us look at them and check them over before we made our decision. He answered any and all questions we had honestly and to the best of his knowledge. We had heard good things about K and A. When the time came to replace our clothes dryer, we decided to check them out. Our salesman, Mark, was great! He was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. I appreciate that so much in sales staff! Saving the big bucks is what this place is all about. I purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer; guess who's income tax return arrived? I was greeted at the door and pointed in the right direction. This is absolutely no pressure shopping. After perusing the aisles I found my W&D. After a very thorough inspection, I only found a minor scratch on the dryer and I'm still looking for something wrong with the washer... So I waived to the guy who sent me into appliance heaven and he directed me the office area where a young lady rang me up. $25 to deliver, they took my old ones away, I saved an extra $100 because I bought both the W&D and saved at least $500 on my purchase. I don't want to give K & A Appliance a good review because I don't want anyone else to know about this hidden gem! We had our upright freezer die and needed one fast. We called and spoke to Corey who told us they had several. We stopped by and he immediately met us and helped us find one. The price was unbelievable! We learned about K&A when my mom needed a new washer, and we have just returned for a new stove for our home! We worked with Corey during our time at the warehouse, he was very knowledgeable and really listened to the things we had to have for our new appliance. He showed us a few models and explained the differences between them so we could make the best choice. I waited until we had our stove delivered to write this review so i could speak for the whole process! It was so painless. We were called 3 days before our delivery date and given a window for delivery time. On the day of delivery the gentlemen who were bringing my stove called me about 20 minutes before they arrived so I had a better estimate of when they would show up, which I really appreciated! When John and Daniel arrived they were very respectful of my home, I had behind my old stove cleaned already but they did let me know they would have given me time to clean it before the new one was put in. After the stove was installed (which took maybe 20-30 minutes between taking the old one out and fully installing the new one) the guys explained and showed me a few features of my new appliance and let me know about my warranty. They spoke very highly of the company they work for when they explained they also service products for their customers if any problems arise with my new stove. I would happily buy from K&A again, I will actually be looking to go there for a new dishwasher in the next few months! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance! and I just have to say this, if anyone is nervous about the "scratch and dent" part, don't be! my new oven is GORGEOUS! there is a small imperfection at the bottom of the oven drawer but you can barely see it! I saved a good chunk of money because of that small dent!

So glad a friend suggested going here. Our dryer died and we didn't have the money for a new one. We were without a dryer for over a month! We checked this place out and it's great! Huge selection of all kinds of appliances. The first time we stopped in we were just there to look. We found a dryer in our price range. I was shopping for a washer. My brother and friends told me about A&K appliances in willow st. They were very happy with their service. Last Saturday I went there for the first time. I walked in and was greeted by Corey. He was Awesome,very helpful and honest. He answered all my questions. Since I lived with in 10 miles they offered free delivery, hook up and removed of my old one. They said they could deliver it on wed. Which I was happy with. when I was checking out they went over every thing with me. I knew I was buying a scratch and sent washer, but is was so small you nearly noticed it. They let me know the day before that my two hour window would be between 10:30-12:30.Than they called when they were on their way.Which was right on 10:30 I had to work so my friend Vicki was here when they got here. She told me John and Robinson were very nice and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. Before they left they over every thing and even made sure it worked. We purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer from K&A for around $1,000 and it was a flawless experience. The same set was selling in Lowe’s for around $1,500. We were greeted and asked if we needed help as soon as we walked in the door, we picked out what we wanted and were in and out of there within 30 minutes. We didn’t have to listen to a sales pitch and were able to just browse at our own leisure. Delivery/installation was $35 for our location and since our hoses were shot and needed to be replaced we paid an extra $30 after everything was installed, but we found it worth it to save ourselves the trouble since they had everything they needed on the truck. We’ll definitely be returning any time we need a new appliance.

I am so happy with the service and delivery from K&A. They made quick work of fixing a small part on my dryer a few months ago. Also, they serviced my dish washer, which was more cost effective to purchase new. The service tech, Doug, was super nice and helpful. Since I wasn’t replacing the part to fix my dishwasher, he gave me a $25 coupon towards my new purchase. The delivery guys, Angel and Robinson, were equally awesome. They were able to install the dishwasher quickly and efficiently, even with 4 kids, a cat and a dog running around. It was all done in two business days! I’d like to tell you about an experience I had the other day with this company. I was rather shocked as my previous experiences had been rather mediocre. I was headed out to move my car when the delivery men arrived. I was in a hurry trying to get my two 7 year-olds out the door and catch our small dog at the same time, I could not find my keys and was feeling flustered. I told the man I was trying to move my car, they shouted, no worries! Leave your car there! Which meant that they would have to travel with my dryer even further up my long driveway to the destination, however, they did not seem to care if it made my life easier. As they were installing the dryer they noticed my older tubing had several holes, and for some reason my husband and I were intending on keeping it. They immediately went out to the truck and replaced the vent tubing for us and said that it would be much safer that way. We also tried to salvage an older dryer cord which was also missing a prong. They said, we sell new cords for $10 and have them out in the truck. I was so grateful that for some reason I just happened to have $10 on me and was able to get the cord for our dryer. Not to mention that $10 is a great price for a cord. Compared to competitors prices that cord was half the price of other cords being sold at other appliance stores. The biggest note of generosity was when they were moving my washer slightly over to get the dryer in, that’s when we all noticed a large puddle. I could have cried. I knew my washer was not working very well last week, but I tried to ignore that fact. The gentleman pointed out to me that not only was there a crack in the washer hose, but the hose that was on the washing machine was no longer being sold. One of the men said he had a hose in his truck and he could fix the problem in a couple of minutes. I went from feeling complete frustration to complete happiness. These gentlemen really made my day. They came to my house to deliver a dryer and they left my house having delivered a dryer with a sense of well-being. Thank you Angel and Robinson.

Bought a washer there about a month ago. It works well and has no visible damage, so I’m not sure why it was so cheap. My wife and I are pleased with our purchase and our experience with K&A. Huge thanks and appreciation goes out to Jodi and both delivery teams on Wednesday April 29 I Purchased a dryer via phone and was very satisfied with my purchase at that point They arrange delivery first thing Wednesday morning. Unfortunately due to a mistake and miss communication the dryer they brought was too large to fit into my laundry room. The delivery driver called into the office to let them know of the issue they then proceeded to take my old dryer along with him and headed on their way. We walked into the Willow Street store 20 minutes before closing time. Corey Keller was courteous and genuine. He never even noticed the clock ticking down, instead helping us choose the refrigerator we wanted. He made sure to look over the whole appliance with us so that there wouldn't be any surprises when it arrived at our home. The installation was fast. The guys even had to take a few doors off, but they re-hung the doors quickly. It turned out that the fridge door handles were the wrong ones; K and A had someone else out to our place the very next day with the correct handles. We also couldn't have the water and ice hook-up we wanted right away, but Cisco and Daniel explained how it could happen later, and now we can't wait for Cisco to return and do that for us in the near future. Plenty of appliances and brand names to choose from. We bought a GE dryer from Mark who was not high pressure. Showed us the warehouse and answered questions we had and brought price down to be lower then one found online. Staff was friendly and John came to install. Both men very professional and efficient. John suggested to place the door so handle would be to the right of dryer which made easier to open. He went over how the dryer works. I suggest checking out K&A when doing your appliance shopping.

Do your homework and you can score big. We found the exact model of fridge we wanted for 75% less than retail. In my experience, not unlike a big box store, don’t go expecting their staff to know much about the products. Purchase was easy, delivery was free and the guys that delivered and installed were great.

Not only is it such a relief to save money on appliances which sometimes look or are brand new, but the customer service that backs their products is outstanding. We bought a Samsung refrigerator this past summer from K&A and had issues with the ice machine freezing up. If we called on a Thursday, technicians were at our house the next day. All of the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious. After visiting several local appliance stores, finding what seemed to be a good choice, but deterred by bad reviews my "last ditch" option was to Google "scratch and dent appliances near me." Up popped K&A Appliance, which I was unfamiliar with. Expecting to be disappointed again, we went to the warehouse and were astounded by the vast inventory. PURCHASE: We needed a gas stove (to replace ours which just died), in white, with a bottom drawer (instead of a floor-level broiler -- who thinks that's a good design?!) K & A had just one, so that made our decision easier -- take it or leave it. The sticker price was $125 less than the best deal I had found elsewhere. DANA offered an even lower price if we bought it that day. I said I'd want to go home and check reviews and he said "No problem, we'll hold it for 24 hours." Reviews had nothing but good to say about the stove, so we went back and made the purchase at the reduced price. DELIVERY was scheduled 2 days later on a Monday and they showed up even before the 2 hour window that was promised! CISCO and ROBINSON were professional, good-natured, polite, and highly competent. They took a tricky delivery path with a great attitude, answered my questions, gave me advice, and were a delight to work with. Delivery and removal of old stove were BOTH free -- nobody else offered that. SATISFACTION -- a month later I'm loving my new Frigidaire gas stove. It is everything I had hoped it would be. (I've bought other new appliances elsewhere that I expected to love, but alas am either ambivalent about them or hate them.) K & A will now be my FIRST stop the next time I need an appliance -- which will probably be soon, since I have a 23-year old fridge. : )

Great place to get appliances that are brand new with maybe a slight blemish. Mark in Sales, and John and Robinson who delivered our Whirlpool refrigerator treated us like we were family and made sure we were totally satisfied with both interactions. Even had a slight hiccup upon delivery (loose fan blade) that the guys immediately resolved. You won’t get THAT level of service from some big box store appliance delivery - they’ll refer you to service which’ll be there in a week or so (seriously!?). BTW don’t ever buy anything Kenmore as they’ve farmed everything out within the past five years and their service is DEPLORABLE FYI. You can’t go wrong with K & A Appliance!!!

LARGE warehouse-style showroom with a lot of "new scratch-n-dent" appliances. The damage to most of the products they have is so minimal that it's barely noticeable, though one here and there had a more significant dent. The web site claims "up to 70% off retail", but we couldn't find anything more than about 25% off. Make sure you compare K&A to the local big-box guys when they have sales to make sure you get the best deal.

The sales staff in the office made it happen and said that delivery would be in 20 mins! I had just got home and the van showed up with my new fridge. They were quick and efficient, called me ahead of delivery and let me know when they were in my parking lot. Good prices for scratch and dent appliances. they actually stood by their 13month warranty In November 2016 we purchased a samsung built-in microwave, Whirlpool side by side fridge and Whirlpool dishwasher for a basement finishing project. we were very disappointed that opening the box i discovered a badly dented microwave. I don't think i looked closely when picking it, but I installed it and it worked fine, being a built-in most damage didn't show, it looks fine. finally finished kitchen a couple weeks ago and installed fridge and dishwasher.Last week I took back the dishwasher, it wasn't draining , they treated me with curtacy and took it in to figure out what was wrong. over a hour passed and receptionist came to tell me they won't be able to fix it, ok let us see how this is going to pan out. they didn't have a comparable replacement available i would have been satisfied with. but did have another that wasn't ready to go. so we agreed i would wait a week to see what others they may get in. hopefully tomorrow when i call I'll have a wonderful report to add. keeping my fingers crossed. Well, I called wensday and they said they would call me back. 2 hrs later THEY CALLED BACK gave me a model# of a replacement for me to check out and decide if it was to my liking. i asked if tomorrow would be ok to pick it up. (we live 40 miles from Lancaster) they put my name and # on sticky note, hoked it up and ran it and set it aside. it looks great and worked perfectly. still didn't give me shelf missing from fridge, but make sure you look over your purchases, even take pictures. I will definitely be going back to K&A Appliance to purchase next appliance we need.
