I rarely write a review, so know this actually means something that I took the time to let people know about this place. First off, Ryan, my salesman, was incredibly patient in helping me and my wife find what we were looking for when it came to our new kitchen. He never pushed us into the higher end models. We walked the showroom and looked at oven after oven and fridge after fridge. Ryan was great in his knowledge base and acumen for finding what was right for us. We really can't speak highly enough for the time he took getting everything together for us. To top things off, we got a call from the owner after all was delivered just checking in on how everything went from looking, buying to delivery. Like I said, it was just the time that was taken from start to finish for this business to show the customer that their business meant something. I will be back as many times I need to and I will be directing anyone I care about to ABC Discount Appliances.

Me and my wife recently bought a LG washer from ABC. The unit only ran one cycle and then it wouldn’t drain and spin was a defective machine. The people at ABC Ed and Patty took care of us right away and ordered a new washer. They are even delivering the washer and picking up defective one at no cost even though I picked up the first one.I can’t say enough on how great this company and its employees are. I will always buy my appliances at ABC and will tell my family and friends to do the same. Great small company very kind caring and honest people.

Ryan and Rich were totally helpful in initially getting repair from the manufacturer and when that didn't work, they made replacing it with an upgraded new unit ASAP. Like many - I started my search for a new washer online scrolling through reviews. Once I narrowed down what I wanted I visited several big box stores/appliance stores alike. Eventually called ABC for a quote and ask a few questions. They put me through to sales - Andrew Minkiewicz. Found him very engaged with helping me navigate my final decision. I arrived at ABC to purchase a refrigerator August 7,2021. Based on my research. The plan was to purchase a GE, Whirlpool or Frigidaire. I picked out three units . Cindy and Ben checked for their availability . Then they priced checked each unit against their competitors to ensure I was truly getting a discount @ ABC Discount. We scheduled the delivery for the 13th of August. The unit arrived this morning on time as promised. The delivery guys were polite and quick. No complaints.

ABC does not disappoint. All of our major appliances have been purchased there. We just ordered a new Napoleon Prestige Series Outdoor Grill that was assembled and delivered by ABC. Their flawless assembly takes a major burden off the buyer, particularly when one is aware that there are over two hundred individual parts comprising the unit..All this at a most competitive price. Why go "big box" when you can go on line and visit this local merchant who really cares for their customer?

Communications is the only area where I would like to see improvement. the sales staff did not have a detail knowledge of appliance stock and availability. Then, a few days later the stove showed up. Regarding rebates, with the great help of "Patty" we were able to get this resolved. If you need help from office, ask for her for performance eiyh customer focus. I would continue to recommend ABC.

Wonderful experience at ABC. Our refrigerator died and left us in a panic. We spent hours calling every appliance store and could not get delivery before 2-4 weeks. Finally we called ABC in Pennsauken, NJ and Patti helped us immediately. We needed specific sizes since we live in an apartment and she worked on finding a refrigerator that would fit within an hour. I found the perfect model and both Lowe's and Home Depot, with a sale going on, couldn't get me the fridge at a cheaper price than ABC appliance. Our fridge broke this summer. We didn't want to spend time in a store because of covid, so I called, then ended up emailing with Ben. The dimensions for our fridge space made our options limited, but Ben helped us pick one without having to go to the store. Took a few days to get it delivered because they had just restarted deliveries due to COVID, but once we got it delivered, we didn't have any issues. They delivered the new one and hauled away the old one, didn't leave any mess, and the new fridge has been great!

I purchased an entire appliance set for my kitchen from ABC Discount Appliance when I purchased my new home. I was helped by Rich, the owner, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. Not only did he stay within my budget, actually cheaper than I thought, but I was able to get high end appliances that I thought were out of my price range. The delivery was quick and painless, for me, but the delivery guys went out of their way and had to reconnect my water line, extend my gas line (apparently installed incorrectly for years), basically saving my life, and moved a cabinet 3 inches higher to fit my microwave under the cabinet. When I say I was blown away by the service, not only in the store but at my home, is an understatement. To this day, I know I can always call Rich and the staff at ABC and they will answer any questions I have and fix any issues. I recommend them to anyone I know. Don't go to a big box store where you pay more, lack service and get the run around when issues occur. The only place to go is ABC Discount Appliance.

Not going to lie I was pretty skeptical at first. But this is probably the best experience I've had with an appliance store. 3 months ago I had a GE fridge delivered by another store I won't mention by name and they carved a trail of scratches going into the kitchen. Then they had the nerve to say the it was already like that! Needless to say I had them pay for damages and dropped them. Recently my oven went bad after my 3rd time getting it serviced so I thought maybe it's time to get a new one. A friend of mine had just gotten a microwave from ABC so I thought screw it let's try them. Fastest and easiest sale I've ever done. Delivery men came the next day,threw down a rug and brought it right in and took my old away. Maybe I'm stretching but a little less than 25mins? Either way best appliance store I've been to.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased a kitchen appliance package for my new home. When the delivery crew was unboxing everything they mentioned to me there may be an issue with getting the refrigerator in the kitchen because of the size. After about 20 min of work there was a knock at my door and there was another person from ABC, he told me that he was here to assist the delivery men with the refrigerator. In no time these 3 men picked up the refrigerator and lifted it over my counter and cabinets into my kitchen, I was shocked. A few days later I revived a call from Rich, the owner, and he explained that every week he randomly calls customers to gauge their level of satisfaction with ABC and just checks to make sure that his customers are 100% satisfied. I explained how impressed I was on how his crew went above and beyond to get my refrigerator in my kitchen. He then told me that the 3rd guy was in fact him, I was floored once more. Not only was I getting a call from the owner to ask how my experience was but HE CAME OUT to help deliver. This is why I buy local, not online not “ big box “, he told me that he is extremely proud of their reputation and that he would do just about anything to satisfy a customer. This is the place to go if you want salespeople who really know what they're talking about! I have been buying from ABC for over 40 years and I've always been satisfied with their service and better than competitive prices. You can shop anywhere for price, if you know EXACTLY what you need. But this is the place to go if you need to find the BEST choice. I once needed a gas cooktop that I could install without losing the drawer underneath our old electric cooktop. They found me a unit that fit; we enjoy that very useful drawer space every day. Another time I needed a built-in oven for a narrow cabinet. They found me a narrow oven which had a 2" wider internal space than the one I had intended to buy. What's that worth over the life of the appliance?
