I randomly chose Nate’s from google after the belt on my dryer snapped the other night. I called, and he answered at home and was very polite. He was able to come out in less than 48 hours to fix the dryer. He was very fast and very efficient in his work. He stripped the dryer down and had the belt on and everything up and running in what felt like a couple minutes. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and skills. After mentioning that the heating element had crapped out recently in my oven, he jumped to the task and had that fixed just as fast as the dryer. Now I have both appliances running perfectly for an incredibly low/fair price. All in less than an hour. I have never had a better customer service experience in my life. I will be a lifelong customer from now on. I can’t say enough positive things about Nate’s.

My husband and I recently needed service for our Cooktop and Wall Oven. We contacted Nate and setup an appointment. He came out and assessed our problems. He was punctual and professional and he answered all our questions and he even offered up suggestions. He had us up and running in no time. Nate comes in like a whirlwind and works magic! By that I mean he showed up at our home, came inside (and took his shoes off, how respectful!), and then proceeded to fix our refrigerator/freezer combo before we knew what happened. He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I was hesitant with only 22 reviews but he solved the problem and had put everything back together in 30 minutes. Will definitely be using him again if needed and would 10/10 recommend!

I reached out via their Facebook marketplace ad to see if they could assist with my clothes dryer not heating up, and within an hour I had a response and an appointment for the next day! Nate arrived exactly on time and had all the parts (even with some cost saving options) needed to get the work done. As he worked to completely deconstruct the dryer to make the repair he explained what might have caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future, made some observations about brands to look for and some to avoid depending on the appliance. I can't say enough positive about him - he did a great job and when he left we felt a little smarter about appliances :) Would definitely use him again!

Nate was AWESOME!! I contacted him via text on Sunday evening when I realized my refrigerator wasn't cooling as it should have been. He immediately responded and gave me an appointment for Monday @ 1PM. He was able to come earlier and even sent me a text to make sure coming early was ok. He had to go get a part but I would say he was completely done within 2 hours. He gave us business cards and I definitely will be referring him to anyone needing appliances repaired.
