I’m so glad I found this place to purchase my appliances for my house. The service from all of the team members were great and they all seemed to have a passion for the work they do. I met the owner, Jonathan who explained the options I had and allowed me to take my time making a decision about what I wanted. There’s a huge variety of new and used appliances, which means there’s a price for every budget; which is something that you wouldn’t get at a major store. I was impressed with the financing options as well, and how the terms and conditions were very explained without prejudice. I’ll definitely share this business with family and friends to support a small business owner that is doing an excellent service to their customers and community. I purchased a brand new Samsung Stove and Smart Fridge. And a gently used Electrolux W&D set. I’m glad they offer delivery and warranty which was a great deal for me as well. If you’re looking for great service while shopping for your home appliances, City Appliance is the place for you. Oh, by the way—they also own the City electronics across the way with great laptop and televisions to choose from. -#MaxApproved!

Great customer service. I just had my washer and dryer delivered and it love it. It is a Maytag set and definitely an upgrade from my previous units. If ever I need any more appliances, I will definitely be contacting City Appliance. They also were very knowledgeable and walking me through my dryer vents and the importance of getting it cleaned regularly. Great company, professional and great customer service. I purchased a used dryer over a year ago and still no issues. I just moved 2 days ago and called City to see if they could change out my cords from a 4 prong to a 3 prong. Aaron and his partner literally came the same day. I had the wrong cord but they allowed me to swap with them. Super professional and got it done quick.

Amazing service. We went in for a gas stove, and accidentally purchased a gas/electric combo (our fault, not theirs: beautiful stove btw.) We didn't figure it out until AFTER delviery. They were super nice, and let us swap it for a dishwasher+difference in price refund. They picked up the stove and dropped off the dishwasher, no problem. They even came out and did a repair call when the dishwasher was leaking, which turned out to be an issue with my water line, NOT the dishwasher. So--stellar service, great appliances, and super helpful to even the most difficult customers.

I was hesitant about purchasing a used dryer but found a very great selection here. Went into the store and purchased one but got home and realized it was too wide for the space that it needed to go in. They were very accommodating in letting me just swap out for another one over the telephone and then delivering that one to me. I was a few days over my 30 day warranty when I had a problem with the dryer I purchased. Jonathan was very accommodating and still honored that warranty and had another one delivered to me. There is no place I will purchase a used appliances from if I ever am in need except for at City Appliance.

I recently bought a washer/dryer set from City Appliance. They were great from the beginning and to the end of our transaction. The staff were friendly, willing to make the deal happen and were very accommodating. Had a minor issue with the dryer and they went the extra mile(literally) to make it right for me. I purchased a washer and dryer set from City Appliances. The owner was a pleasure to work with. He made sure the washer & dryer set plus delivery all fit into my budget. My set was even delivered early on the scheduled day of delivery. When I thought something was wrong he came right back out to double check the set and assured me things were normal for just having it moved it. When the washer broke less than a week in he had his guys out to deliver me a new set the same day! I have nothing but good to say and will come back for any other appliance needs I might have.
